Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for hardening objects made of concrete under defined temperature and humidity conditions according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the objects are in particular paving stones, concrete blocks, pavement slabs or curb stones, which are made of concrete in large numbers and after the hardening should have the same properties as possible, such as largely the same appearance and largely the same strength. This can be achieved with joint curing under defined temperature and humidity conditions.
  • the hardening time can be shortened to 24 hours, for example.
  • less binding agent such as cement
  • the objects hardened under suitably defined conditions also have a higher strength than uncontrolled hardened objects made of concrete.
  • a known such device for hardening concrete blocks is in " Kraft ET AL: QUADRIX System, October 30, 2016 (2016-10-30), URL: https: // cdn.tne-cms.com/2657-72384d04-8058-46df-a034-69c49235d311-quadrix+brochure + english .pdf
  • This device has a shelving system, provides supply air with defined temperature and humidity conditions and for this purpose has an air conditioning system for providing the supply air and a flow pipe system for distributing the supply air made available in the air conditioning system.
  • the shelving system has several shelf supports and several supported on the shelf supports and support elements arranged one above the other in several levels for supporting Shelves on, with the objects to be hardened are stored on the shelves.
  • the supply air is distributed in the head area of the shelf system with pipes and from there passed through several vertically arranged pipes of the flow pipe system into the foot area of the shelf system. Exhaust air is extracted in the head area of the shelving system. As a result of the air rising along the shelves arranged one above the other, largely the same temperature and humidity conditions are created at different heights of the shelving system.
  • a very high level of humidity is advantageous for hardening concrete. This leads to a high dew point temperature and consequently to the fact that water from the supply air condenses on parts of the shelving system when these parts are only slightly cooler than the supply air.
  • moisture is deposited on the shelf supports in the foot area of the shelf system, that is to say in an area in which the shelf supports are concreted into a base plate. In this area, the shelf supports are conventionally cooler than in higher areas of the shelving system.
  • the shelf supports are usually galvanized, which provides a shielding effect and additional active protection against corrosion by acting as a sacrificial anode. Nevertheless, the permanent exposure to moisture results in a shortened service life of the corrosion protection and thus the risk of corrosion on the shelf supports, which are the load-bearing parts of the shelf system.
  • the invention is based on the object of protecting the shelf supports from corrosion on their feet for a longer period of time and thus increasing the service life of the shelf system.
  • the invention solves this problem with a device for hardening objects made of concrete under defined temperature and humidity conditions according to patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
  • the invention provides that the The flow pipe system is at least partially integrated into the shelf system, with several shelf supports at least in sections simultaneously being pipes of the flow pipe system through which the supplied air can flow downwards, which guide the supply air into the foot area of the shelf system at close intervals, so that the shelf supports through which the
  • the invention initially recognized that there is improved protection against corrosion if the shelf supports are also kept above the dew point temperature in the foot area of the shelf system.
  • the invention has also recognized that an increase in the temperature of all shelf supports in the foot area of the shelving system is achieved if the supply air is directed to the floor at close intervals and there heats the floor slab over a large area.
  • the invention has also recognized that shelf supports are also heated in the foot area when the supply air is passed through these shelf supports and that at the same time the base plate is heated so evenly that adjacent shelf supports, through which no supply air is passed, also have a temperature above the dew point temperature take in.
  • the invention uses the closely spaced shelf supports as pipelines for the supply air, which is conducted with the flow pipe system into the foot area of the shelf system.
  • the shelf supports are arranged so tightly that it is sufficient and preferably provided that only every second shelf support is used as a pipe of the flow pipe system.
  • the shelf supports through which the supply air flows are heated directly.
  • the shelf supports through which the supply air does not flow are so close to the shelf supports through which the supply air flows that sufficient heating of all shelf supports also takes place in the foot area of the shelf system.
  • each shelf support through which supply air does not flow has at least one adjacent shelf support, which is at the same time a pipe of the flow pipe system and is therefore heated by the supply air and also heats the adjacent shelf support sufficiently.

Description

The invention relates to a device for hardening objects made of concrete under defined temperature and humidity conditions according to the preamble of claim 1. The objects are in particular paving stones, concrete blocks, pavement slabs or curb stones, which are made of concrete in large numbers and after the hardening should have the same properties as possible, such as largely the same appearance and largely the same strength. This can be achieved with joint curing under defined temperature and humidity conditions. Compared to objects made of concrete that harden in an uncontrolled manner, the hardening time can be shortened to 24 hours, for example. At the same time, less binding agent, such as cement, can be used for the concrete, since the existing binding agent is converted almost optimally with the set moisture. The objects hardened under suitably defined conditions also have a higher strength than uncontrolled hardened objects made of concrete.

Eine bekannte derartige Einrichtung zum Härten von Betonsteinen ist in " Kraft ET AL: QUADRIX System, 30. Oktober 2016 (2016-10-30), URL:https:// cdn.tne-cms.com/2657-72384d04-8058-46df-a034-69c49235d311-quadrix+brochure +english.pdf " offenbart. A known such device for hardening concrete blocks is in " Kraft ET AL: QUADRIX System, October 30, 2016 (2016-10-30), URL: https: // cdn.tne-cms.com/2657-72384d04-8058-46df-a034-69c49235d311-quadrix+brochure + english .pdf This device has a shelving system, provides supply air with defined temperature and humidity conditions and for this purpose has an air conditioning system for providing the supply air and a flow pipe system for distributing the supply air made available in the air conditioning system. The shelving system has several shelf supports and several supported on the shelf supports and support elements arranged one above the other in several levels for supporting Shelves on, with the objects to be hardened are stored on the shelves.

In this known device, the supply air is distributed in the head area of the shelf system with pipes and from there passed through several vertically arranged pipes of the flow pipe system into the foot area of the shelf system. Exhaust air is extracted in the head area of the shelving system. As a result of the air rising along the shelves arranged one above the other, largely the same temperature and humidity conditions are created at different heights of the shelving system.

A very high level of humidity is advantageous for hardening concrete. This leads to a high dew point temperature and consequently to the fact that water from the supply air condenses on parts of the shelving system when these parts are only slightly cooler than the supply air. In particular, it has been shown that moisture is deposited on the shelf supports in the foot area of the shelf system, that is to say in an area in which the shelf supports are concreted into a base plate. In this area, the shelf supports are conventionally cooler than in higher areas of the shelving system.

The shelf supports are usually galvanized, which provides a shielding effect and additional active protection against corrosion by acting as a sacrificial anode. Nevertheless, the permanent exposure to moisture results in a shortened service life of the corrosion protection and thus the risk of corrosion on the shelf supports, which are the load-bearing parts of the shelf system.

The invention is based on the object of protecting the shelf supports from corrosion on their feet for a longer period of time and thus increasing the service life of the shelf system.

The invention solves this problem with a device for hardening objects made of concrete under defined temperature and humidity conditions according to patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

In a device for hardening objects made of concrete under defined temperature and humidity conditions, with a shelf system built on a base plate, which has several shelf supports made of individually galvanized steel protruding from the base plate and several support elements supported on the shelf supports and arranged in several levels one above the other for supporting Has shelves on which the objects are stored, with an air conditioning system, the air conditioning system having at least one air conditioning unit for providing supply air at an adjustable temperature, the at least one air conditioning unit being designed to heat the supply air, with a flow pipe system for distribution the supply air provided in the air conditioning system and with a return pipe system for recirculating exhaust air in the air conditioning system, with the air conditioning device being supplied wholly or partly on the inlet side with the exhaust air from the return pipe system, the invention provides that the The flow pipe system is at least partially integrated into the shelf system, with several shelf supports at least in sections simultaneously being pipes of the flow pipe system through which the supplied air can flow downwards, which guide the supply air into the foot area of the shelf system at close intervals, so that the shelf supports through which the supply air flows are directly heated and the supply air directed into the foot area of the shelving system heats the floor slab over a large area.

The invention initially recognized that there is improved protection against corrosion if the shelf supports are also kept above the dew point temperature in the foot area of the shelf system. The invention has also recognized that an increase in the temperature of all shelf supports in the foot area of the shelving system is achieved if the supply air is directed to the floor at close intervals and there heats the floor slab over a large area.

The invention has also recognized that shelf supports are also heated in the foot area when the supply air is passed through these shelf supports and that at the same time the base plate is heated so evenly that adjacent shelf supports, through which no supply air is passed, also have a temperature above the dew point temperature take in. In particular, the invention uses the closely spaced shelf supports as pipelines for the supply air, which is conducted with the flow pipe system into the foot area of the shelf system.

The shelf supports are arranged so tightly that it is sufficient and preferably provided that only every second shelf support is used as a pipe of the flow pipe system. The shelf supports through which the supply air flows are heated directly. The shelf supports through which the supply air does not flow are so close to the shelf supports through which the supply air flows that sufficient heating of all shelf supports also takes place in the foot area of the shelf system. In particular, each shelf support through which supply air does not flow has at least one adjacent shelf support, which is at the same time a pipe of the flow pipe system and is therefore heated by the supply air and also heats the adjacent shelf support sufficiently. At the edges of the shelf system, each shelf support or other support is preferably flowed through by supply air and thus at least in sections at the same time a pipeline of the supply air pipe system. As a result, sufficient heating of the base plate is ensured even in the edge areas of the shelving system. Shelf supports through which supply air flows and shelf supports that are not part of the supply air pipe system are arranged in a chessboard-like manner between the edges.

Thanks to the invention, the service life of the device is increased. At the same time, even more uniform conditions, especially for the hardening of concrete, are created at the individual parking spaces for the objects in the shelving system, which further increases the quality, in particular the compressive strength, the abrasion resistance and the color uniformity, of the hardened concrete objects. The objects made of concrete are in particular paving stones, concrete blocks, pavement slabs or curb stones.

All shelf supports of the shelf system are made of individually galvanized steel. At least the shelf supports, which at least in sections are pipelines of the flow pipe system through which the supplied air can flow downwards, preferably each have a C-profile with an open side. This open side is preferably at least in the sections in which the respective shelf support at the same time a pipeline of the flow pipe system is closed by means of a cover element. The cover element is preferably a sheet metal profile, in particular a piece-galvanized sheet metal profile. The C-profile, together with the cover element, ensures that the pipeline of the flow pipe system is circumferentially closed. The supply air is preferably supplied to the shelf supports through separate pipelines that are laid approximately at the level of the carrier elements.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the flow pipe system has a plurality of inlet air openings arranged in the foot area of the shelf system and each formed in a shelf support for blowing the inlet air out of the flow pipe system. In particular, such a supply air opening is provided at the foot of each shelf support, which is designed in particular to allow the supply air to flow onto a base plate on which the shelving system is built. The supply air flowing out of the supply air openings is in particular heated and therefore heats the base plate.

The air inlet openings preferably each have an adjustable opening width. As a result, adjustments can be made after the device has been put into operation for the first time in order to achieve a distribution of the supply air, which leads to a uniform temperature and humidity in all areas of the shelving system.

The shelf system advantageously has a plurality of carrier elements which connect the shelf supports to one another in the head area of the shelf system. The carrier elements are preferably all made of individually galvanized steel. It is particularly preferred that a return pipe system for returning exhaust air is at least partially integrated into the shelf system. Several support elements are at the same time pipes of the return pipe system through which the exhaust air can flow. In particular, the air is circulated through the room in which the shelving system is arranged, guided. The air is blown into the room as supply air through the flow pipe system and sucked out of the room as exhaust air through the return pipe system. After the exhaust air has been appropriately processed, i.e. after the temperature and preferably also the humidity has been adjusted, the exhaust air extracted is fed back into the flow pipe system as supply air. A further exhaust air device is optionally provided for extracting exhaust air into the environment.

Preferably, at least the support elements, which are at the same time pipes of the return pipe system through which the exhaust air can flow, each have a C-profile with an open side. This open side is advantageously closed by means of a cover element, at least in the sections in which the respective carrier element is at the same time a pipeline of the return pipe system. The cover element is preferably a sheet metal profile, in particular a piece-galvanized sheet metal profile. The air routing of the exhaust air in the carrier elements takes place in particular in accordance with the air routing of the supply air in the shelf supports.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the return pipe system has a plurality of exhaust air openings arranged in the head area of the shelf system for sucking the exhaust air into the return pipe system. The exhaust air openings are arranged in particular in the open sides of the carrier elements following a respective cover element. An air inlet opening is preferably arranged on every second shelf support in the foot area and an exhaust air opening is arranged in the head area of every second shelf support, which is a shelf support without an air inlet opening. This results in a close-meshed network of air inlet and outlet openings and a largely uniform upward flow distributed over the surface of the shelving system past the shelves.

The device according to the invention with the flow pipe system partially integrated into the shelf system can also be used as a commercially available one Shelving system can be used without the supply pipe system being supplied with air. The device according to the invention can also be combined with an existing air conditioning system or with parts of an existing heating system, if necessary also if necessary. According to the invention it is provided that the device for storing objects has the air conditioning system.

The air conditioning system has the at least one air conditioning device for providing the supply air with a temperature that can be created or for providing the supply air with a temperature that can be created and with a humidity that can be created. All or part of the exhaust air from the return pipe system is fed to the air conditioning unit on the inlet side. The air conditioner is designed to heat the supply air and optionally also to humidify it. The air conditioner is advantageously also designed to dehumidify the supply air. As an alternative or in addition, the air conditioner is also designed to cool the supply air. In this way, the air conditioner can provide the supply air with a desired temperature and humidity. The different functionalities for air conditioning are either structurally distributed over several devices or are wholly or partially combined in at least one air conditioning device.

The air conditioning system preferably has a control which controls the at least one air conditioning device in such a way as to keep the temperature and humidity in the area of the shelving system in a predetermined range by means of the temperature and humidity of the supply air. For this purpose, at least one temperature sensor and at least one moisture sensor are preferably provided in the area of the shelf system. The sensors provide the control with measured values. The control activates the air conditioning unit on the basis of these measured values. In particular, the air conditioning system is designed to maintain a temperature in the area of the shelf system in a range between 20 ° C and 40 ° C, in particular between 30 ° and 40 °, educated. The air conditioning system is also advantageously used to maintain a humidity in the area of the shelf system of more than 40%, preferably more than 60%, more preferably more than 90%, in particular in a range from 94% to 97% or from 95% to 96 %, educated. Corresponding climatic values have proven particularly useful for hardening concrete. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the humidity control including the humidity sensor is omitted.

The device according to the invention is designed for hardening concrete. The objects to be stored in the shelving system are made of concrete or have concrete. For example, shelves with concrete blocks are stored in the shelf system shortly after the concrete blocks have been manufactured, where the concrete blocks, thanks to the climate provided by the invention, harden within a short time to such an extent that they can be removed from the shelf system after 24 hours and, for example, in further treatment can be shot peened. Immediately afterwards, the shelving system can be filled up again with other concrete objects to be hardened. In the area of the shelving system, a climate prevails almost permanently, which in principle favors corrosion. Thanks to the invention, however, the formation of dew on the feet of the shelf supports is effectively counteracted, so that an advantageously extended service life and useful life of the shelf system is achieved.

The shelving system preferably has a steel substructure. The shelf supports are supported on this steel substructure. The steel substructure is preferably cast into the base plate. In particular, the floor slab is cast from self-leveling screed. The shelf supports protrude from the base plate. Before the base plate is poured, the steel substructure is leveled in order to achieve a horizontal alignment of the shelves later.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that rails are also attached to the steel substructure. Carriages for the transport of the shelves to be supported on the support elements with the objects to be stored in the shelf system can travel on these rails. The rails should be level. Thanks to the fastening of the rails on the steel substructure, the rails are inevitably aligned horizontally when the steel substructure is aligned horizontally. So it only needs to be leveled once. The rails are preferably attached to the steel substructure by means of clamps.

Conventionally, known support elements for supporting shelves are suspended in known shelf supports which have a large number of holes for this purpose. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, however, it is provided that the support elements according to the invention for supporting the shelves are screwed to the shelf supports. The shelf supports are preferably closed, at least in sections against which the support elements are in contact, that is, they are designed without holes for suspending support elements. As a result, the shelf supports can be used particularly advantageously as pipes through which the supply air can flow, without supply air being able to escape through such holes.

The support elements are particularly preferably screwed to the shelf supports with thread-forming screws. In particular, the screws do not cut into the shelf supports. As a result, the surface of the shelf supports coated with zinc or a zinc compound is retained, so that the corrosion protection on the shelf supports is also retained in the areas in which the screws are screwed in.

The support elements are advantageously made of galvanized steel. In particular, the support elements are galvanized by means of a magnesium-zinc coating. Such a coating is, for example, under commercially available under the trade name "Magnelis". This coating further improves the protection against corrosion, in particular also in the area of the thread formed in the shelf supports. All other parts of the shelf system made of steel, in particular the shelf supports, the carrier elements and the screws, are advantageously individually galvanized.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the support elements have a specially developed shape which allows the support elements to carry high loads on the shelves. In particular, it is provided that the support elements each consist of a multiple angled sheet metal. This sheet metal advantageously has an upper contact surface through which the support element is screwed to the shelf supports, and a lower contact surface through which the support element is also screwed to the shelf supports. When the support elements are installed, the contact surfaces lie flat against the sides of the shelf supports. The support elements for the shelf supports are each screwed to the shelf supports at two heights.

More preferably, the sheet metal which forms the support element has a flat support surface for a shelf between the upper contact surface and the lower contact surface. The shelf is preferably a board, in particular a wooden board. The angled sheet metal advantageously also has an inclined support surface which connects the support surface to the lower contact surface. As a result, the support surface is advantageously supported in the area of an outer edge of the support element. More preferably, the angled sheet metal has an inclined connecting surface which connects the bearing surface to the upper bearing surface. The inclined connecting surface rises obliquely from the flat contact surface to the upper contact surface. A bevel is preferably provided above the upper contact surface to keep a shelf placed on the respective support element at a distance from the shelf support. In the area of the fold, the support element is again angled several times. The fold works effectively counteracts tilting of the shelves when loading the shelving system. As a result, the shelf supports, the support elements and the shelves are protected from damage that tilted shelves could cause by colliding with the shelf system. The less frequent occurrence of damage minimizes production interruptions and lowers costs. The fold is designed and arranged in such a way that every common shelf, in particular with a thickness in the range from 10 mm to 60 mm, is at least partially at the level of the respective fold when it is loaded. The screw heads of the screws, by means of which the shelf supports are screwed tight in the area of the upper contact surface, are also protected against contact with the shelves, especially when the shelves are placed on the support elements, thanks to the bevels.

Figure 1 shows a device according to the invention for hardening objects made of concrete under defined temperature and humidity conditions. The device has a shelf system 1 and an air conditioning system 2. Parts of the air conditioning system 2 are also isolated in Figure 2 shown. The direction of view in Figure 2 is identical to the viewing direction in Figure 1 . The shelf system 1 has, in an area provided for the storage of the objects, behind two rows with twenty-two supports each, ten rows with twenty-two shelf supports each, which are shown in FIG Figure 1 are collectively denoted by the reference symbol 3. The shelf supports 3 are used to support a large number of shelves, which are not shown in the drawings for reasons of clarity. There are more in the lateral edge areas of the facility Supports of the shelving system provided, which, however, like the supports 3 in the two front rows, do not support any shelves. On the shelf supports or supports in the edge areas of the shelf system 1 there are cross braces to stabilize the aforementioned shelf system 1. In the head area of the shelf system 1, support elements for connecting the supports and shelf supports 3 are arranged transversely to the rows in which the supports and shelf supports 3 are arranged provided and in Figure 1 denoted by the reference number 4.

In the embodiment according to Figure 1 a corridor is arranged at both ends of the rows of shelves, from which at least one trolley with shelves can move into the desired row either for loading the shelves or for removing the shelves. By loading from one aisle and removing the shelves to the aisle on the opposite end of the shelf system 1, there is a time advantage when loading. In an alternative embodiment of the invention to the embodiment shown, however, a corridor is provided on only one end face of the shelf system 1, from which the shelves are fed for loading and through which the shelves with the cured objects leave the shelf system 1 again. This results in a smaller footprint for the shelf system 1 and results in cost advantages for the shelf system 1.

The air conditioning system 2 has an air conditioning device 5 which sucks in air through a return pipe system 6 and provides it with a desired temperature and a desired humidity in a flow pipe system 7. The return pipe system 6 has a return collecting channel 8. The flow pipe system 7 has a flow collecting channel 9. The collecting channels 8 and 9 extend in the head area of the shelving system 1 along the first two rows with the supports 3 of the shelving system 1. There are numerous return collecting channel connections 10 on the return collecting channel 8 provided, by means of which the carrier elements 4 are connected to the return collecting duct 8. A flow distribution pipe 11 is arranged parallel to each carrier element 4 and is connected to the flow collecting duct 9. Each flow distribution pipe 11 has five or six flow distribution pipe connections 12 by means of which the flow distribution pipes 11 are connected to every second shelf support 3 and to every second support 3 in the second row. The flow distribution pipe connections 12 are offset from one another in such a way that every second shelf support 3 in each row of the shelf system 1 with shelf supports 3 and every second shelf support 3 is also connected to the flow pipe system 7 across the rows along the respective flow distribution pipe 11.

Gleiche Bezugszeichen bezeichnen in allen Figuren dieselben Teile. In the Figure 3 , 4th and 5 parts of the facility are shown enlarged from different perspectives. In Figure 3 the direction of view agrees with the direction of view of the Figure 1 and 2 match. In Figure 4 is the direction of view towards the Figure 1 to 3 turned by 90 degrees. In Figure 5 is the direction of view towards the Figure 1 to 3 rotated by 180 °. For the individual designation of the supports and shelf supports 3 visible in the figures, the reference number is followed by a number of the row in which the respective support or shelf support 3 is arranged, separated by a point, and a number in the respective row separated by a further point. Figure 3 shows with this notation a section with the supports 3.01.09, 3.01.10, 3.01.11, 3.02.09, 3.02.10 and 3.02.11. A number is added to the carrier elements 4, the return collecting duct connections 10 and the flow distribution pipes 11, separated by a point, for the individual designation, which corresponds to the last part of the number of the respectively assigned support or shelf support 3. The flow distribution pipe connections 12 are individually marked in accordance with the supports 3. The same reference symbols denote the same parts in all figures. The support 3.02.09 is connected to the flow distribution pipe 11.09 via the flow distribution pipe connection 12.02.09. In the same second row is the support 3.02.11 through the flow distribution pipe connection 12.02.11 connected to the flow distribution pipe 11.11. The supports 3.02.09 and 3.02.11 are thus parts of the flow pipe system 7 of the air conditioning system 2. The support 3.02.10 arranged between the supports 3.02.09 and 3.02.11, on the other hand, is not connected to the flow collecting duct 9 and is therefore not part of the flow pipe system 7 .

The carrier elements 4 are all parts of the return pipe system 6 and are connected to the return collecting duct 8 via the return collecting duct connections 10. The carrier elements 4 are C-profiles which are closed by means of cover elements 13. Three cover elements 13 are in Figure 3 individually designated with the reference numerals 13.09, 13.10 and 13.11. The carrier elements 4 each have an exhaust air opening in the area of the intersection with the supports 3 or shelf supports 3, which are not part of the flow pipe system 7, with one each in the rows and from row to row in the area of every second shelf support 3, in particular distributed in a checkerboard manner Exhaust opening is provided. At the ends of the carrier elements 4, edge exhaust air openings are implemented by means of first end caps 14, in particular first end caps 14.09, 14.10 and 14.11.

Figure 4 shows a section of the device according to the invention, which is part of the in Figure 3 shows again from a different perspective. In particular, Figure 4 Upper sections of the pillars 3.01.09, 3.01.10, 3.02.09 and 3.02.10 are shown. In addition, the in Figure 4 Shown section of the upper sections of the columns 3.01.07, 3.01.08, 3.02.07 and 3.02.08. The first end caps 14.07 and 14.08 are also open and each have the function of an edge exhaust opening. No exhaust air openings are arranged in the area of the supports 3 of the second row.

At least the supports 3, which are part of the flow pipe system 7, that is to say in particular the supports 3.02.07 and 3.02.09 each have a cover element 15 which is individually labeled 15.02.07 on the support 3.02.07 and is individually designated on the support 3.02.09 with the reference number 15.02.09.

Figure 5 shows a section with end areas of the flow distribution pipes 11.10 and 11.11. The flow distribution pipe 11.11 is connected to the shelf support 3.12.11 via the flow distribution pipe connection 12.12.11 so that supply air can flow from the flow distribution pipe 11.11 into the cavity formed by the shelf support 3.12.11 and covered by the cover element 15.12.11. As an alternative to the embodiment shown, all shelf supports 3.12, which are arranged to the edge of the shelf system 2, are also part of the flow pipe system 7 and direct supply air into the area of the shelf system 1 near the floor. The carrier elements 4 are mechanically connected to the shelf supports 3 of the last row. Second end caps 16 are arranged at the ends of the carrier elements 4. The second end cap 16.11 is closed in the area of the shelf support 3.12.11, which is part of the flow pipe system 7. The second end caps 16.10 and 16.12, which are arranged in the area of the shelf supports 3.12.10 and 3.12.12, are open and each form an edge exhaust opening. As an alternative to the exemplary embodiment shown, all end caps 16 are open and each form an edge exhaust air opening. As a rule, that is, for example, with the exception of the first two rows according to the Figure 3 and 4th , a shelf support 3 is always alternately arranged at the same time as a downwardly directed pipeline of the flow pipe system 7 or adjacent to an exhaust air opening of the return pipe system 6.

Figure 6 shows a section of the shelf system 1 in the foot area with the shelf supports 3.12.16, 3.12.17, 3.12.18 and 3.12.19. The viewing direction is the same as that of Figure 5 . The shelf supports 3 are not yet concreted in a floor slab. Hence, in Figure 6 a steel substructure 17 is visible, which consists of several support rails 18 arranged parallel to one another and transversely to the alignment of the rows, of which the in Figure 6 visible support rails 18 with the reference numerals 18.16, 18.17, 18.18 and 18.19 are designated. Between the rows of shelves, running rails 19 are preferably arranged in pairs on the support rails 18 and transversely to the alignment of the support rails 18. The running rails 19 are fastened to the support rails 18 by means of clamps. Carriages for loading the shelving system 1 can be moved on the running rails 19.

The shelf supports 3.12.17 and 3.12.19 are developed into tubes by means of the cover elements 15.12.17 and 15.12.19, in which the supply air flows downwards and through supply air openings 20, which are individually designated here with the reference symbols 20.12.17 and 20.12.19 , can flow out. The supply air openings 20 can be adjusted, the throughput of supply air being adjusted through the supply air openings 20. The shelf supports 3 are attached to the steel substructure 17 by means of angle plates and screw connections. After the shelving system 1 has been set up and aligned, the substructure 17 is cast into a base plate and is therefore no longer visible when the shelving system 1 is in operation. By pouring the base plate, the entire steel substructure 17 and the running rails 19 are poured under with concrete. The base plate produced thus counteracts bending of the running rails 19, even if a carriage for loading the shelving system 1 is on these rails 19.

Dies erfolgt vorzugsweise vollautomatisch. The trolley is in particular a loading system and can weigh several tons. The trolley preferably also carries all the shelves that are to be arranged one above the other in a section of the shelving system 1. All of these shelves are placed on the support elements 21 provided for this purpose at the same time. After the objects have hardened, all of the shelves, which are arranged one above the other, are raised again together and driven to one end of the aisle in question. Preferably, shelves with objects to be hardened are then moved again by means of the trolley into the area with the now free-standing support elements 21 and placed on these shelves. This is preferably done fully automatically.

Figure 7 shows a section similar to the section of Figure 6 , however, support elements 21 are attached to the shelf supports 3.12.21 and 3.12.22 by means of screw connections. Centering aids 22, in particular board centering devices, on the shelf support 3.12.22 center shelves which are to be placed on the support elements 21 when they are retracted.

A plurality of support elements 21 are shown in the sectional illustration of the device according to the invention with the shelf system 1 and the air conditioning system 2 Figure 8 to recognize. An excerpt from the illustration of FIG Figure 8 is in Figure 9 shown enlarged.

In Figure 10 a section labeled "R" with two structurally identical support elements 21, of which only a first support element is labeled with the reference number 21 and the second support element with the reference number 21 ', is shown enlarged again. Each support element 21, 21 'is a multiple angled and galvanized sheet steel, which from bottom to top adjoining each other a not further designated slope, a lower contact surface 23 adjoining the slope in one edge, an inclined support surface 24, a flat support surface 25, a has inclined connecting surface 26, an upper contact surface 27 and a bevel 28. The fold 28 has an inclined surface which is aligned parallel to the inclined support surface 24. The fold 28 then has a vertical surface which is arranged parallel to the contact surfaces 23 and 27, and a horizontal surface which is arranged parallel to the flat contact surface 25.
