After the outside of the closed tub-like container 40 has been decontaminated, the cover film 42 can be removed from an opening device (not shown here) in a clean room (see FIG Figures 13 and 14 ). In the present example, the cover film 42 is completely peeled off from the tub-like container 40.

Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de déballage et de séparation de sachets d'infusion (10) pour amener les sachets (10) à un dispositif de traitement ultérieur, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - ouvrir l'emballage extérieur (20, 30, 40), dans lequel se trouvent les sachets d'infusion (10), au moyen d'un dispositif d'ouverture (50), les sachets d'infusion (10) étant fixés par groupes à un moyen de retenue (12) à l'intérieur de l'emballage extérieur (20, 30, 40),
    - séparer le groupe de sachets d'infusion (10), fixé au moyen de retenue (12), de l'emballage extérieur (20, 30, 40) au moyen d'un dispositif de séparation (52),
    - positionner le moyen de retenue (12), auquel sont fixés les sachets d'infusion (10), au moyen d'un dispositif de positionnement (54) dans un dispositif de transport (56),
    - appliquer un traitement ultérieur au sachet d'infusion (10) au moyen d'un dispositif de traitement ultérieur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    - caractérisé en ce que
    - lorsque l'emballage extérieur (30, 40) est ouvert, un film de recouvrement (32, 42) est retiré d'un récipient (30, 40) en forme de cuvette.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    - caractérisé en ce que
    - lors de l'ouverture de l'emballage extérieur (20), un sachet, notamment un sachet tubulaire (20) ou un sachet scellé, est ouvert par découpe.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    - l'emballage extérieur ouvert (20') est incliné par le dispositif de séparation (52) de sorte que les sachets d'infusion (10) glissent hors de l'emballage extérieur (20').
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    - caractérisé en ce que
    - les sachets d'infusion (10) fixés au moyen de retenue (12) sont retirés par groupes de l'emballage extérieur ouvert (30', 40') par le dispositif de séparation (52.2).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    - caractérisé en ce que
    - les sachets d'infusion (10) sont séparés du moyen de retenue (12) par le dispositif de positionnement (54) ou par le dispositif de transport (56).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6,
    - caractérisé en ce que
    - les sachets d'infusion (10) sont isolés lors de la séparation du moyen de retenue (12).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
    - caractérisé en ce que
    - les sachets d'infusion (10) sont orientés, après avoir été séparés du moyen de retenue (12), de sorte qu'un transfert défini vers un dispositif de traitement ultérieur est possible.
