Claims (10)

  1. Capsule (100) pour machines pour préparer des boissons infusées, comprenant :
    un corps (2) conformé en bol, comprenant une paroi latérale (4) s'étendant autour d'un axe (X-X) et une paroi de fond (3) ; ledit corps étant constitué de papier ou d'un matériau à base de papier ;
    ledit corps (2) étant calibré de manière à contenir une quantité prédéterminée d'une préparation en poudre pour préparer une boisson infusée ;
    ladite capsule (100) étant en outre pourvue d'un bord périphérique annulaire (18) conçu pour s'appuyer contre une surface portante d'une chambre d'infusion d'un ensemble d'infusion lorsque la capsule (100) est insérée dans ladite chambre ;
    ledit bord périphérique annulaire (18) comprenant une première partie annulaire (19) constituée d'un seul tenant avec ledit corps en bol (2) ; ladite première partie annulaire (19) ayant une surface de tête (27) agencée de manière sensiblement parallèle à l'axe (X-X) sur son périmètre radialement externe ; et
    un élément de renfort annulaire (20) comprenant une deuxième partie annulaire (21) appliquée sur ladite première partie annulaire (19), ladite deuxième partie annulaire (21) ayant une surface de tête (26) agencée de manière sensiblement parallèle à l'axe (X-X) sur son périmètre radialement externe ; ladite capsule étant caractérisée par
    au moins une couche de colle ou de résine imperméable aux liquides (33) appliquée sur lesdites surfaces de tête (26, 27) et les recouvrant.
  2. Capsule (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une couche de colle ou de résine imperméable aux liquides (33) est choisie parmi des colles ou des résines imperméables aux liquides à usage alimentaire.
  3. Capsule (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une couche de colle ou de résine imperméable aux liquides (33) est choisie parmi des colles ou des résines imperméables aux liquides compostables.
  4. Capsule (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une couche de colle ou de résine imperméable aux liquides (33) est choisie parmi des colles ou des résines imperméables aux liquides biodégradables.
  5. Capsule (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de renfort annulaire (20) comprend en outre une partie allongée (22) s'étendant le long d'une direction parallèle à l'axe (X-X) en sorte d'être en regard de ladite paroi latérale (4) ; ladite partie allongée (22) étant agencée de manière sensiblement orthogonale à ladite deuxième partie annulaire (21).
  6. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de renfort annulaire (20) est constitué de papier ou d'un matériau à base de papier.
  7. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un couvercle (6) conçu pour fermer ladite ouverture (5), ledit couvercle (6) comprenant une troisième partie annulaire (23) conçue pour être appliquée sur une surface externe de ladite première partie annulaire (19) ; ledit couvercle (6) ayant une surface de tête (25) agencée de manière sensiblement parallèle à l'axe (X-X) sur son périmètre radialement externe de la troisième partie annulaire (23).
  8. Capsule selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une couche de colle ou de résine imperméable aux liquides est en outre appliquée sur ladite surface de tête (25) dudit couvercle (6).
  9. Capsule selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une couche de colle ou de résine imperméable aux liquides (33) est en outre appliquée sur au moins une partie d'une surface supérieure (28) dudit couvercle (6) et sur une surface (29) de l'élément de renfort (20).
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'une capsule (100) pour machines pour préparer des boissons infusées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - découper un disque de matériau à base de papier à une dimension prédéterminée telle qu'elle permette de fabriquer au moins la paroi de fond (3) et la paroi latérale (4) de la capsule (100) ;
    - emboutir ledit disque pour lui faire adopter la forme d'un bol ;
    - ajuster l'élément de renfort annulaire (20) sur le corps en forme de bol (2) ;
    - exercer une pression sur l'élément de renfort annulaire (20) de sorte que la deuxième partie annulaire (21) s'appuie contre la première partie annulaire (19) et que la partie allongée (22), une fois que celle-ci est recourbée, vienne en contact avec la paroi latérale (4) ;
    - souder l'élément de renfort annulaire (20) sur le corps en forme de bol (2) ;
    - insérer une quantité de préparation en poudre dans le corps en forme de bol (2) pour préparer la boisson infusée ;
    - étancher la fermeture de l'ouverture (5) au moyen du couvercle (6) ;
    - appliquer au moins une couche de colle ou de résine imperméable aux liquides (33) de manière à créer une barrière contre le fait que le liquide passe et recouvre au moins la surface de tête (27) de la première partie annulaire (19), sur la surface de tête (26) de la deuxième partie annulaire (21).
