Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mixer with a mixing container having an outlet opening and a closure lid which is positioned between a closed position in which the closure lid closes the outlet opening and an open position in which the closure lid releases the outlet opening so that mixed material from the mixing container over the outlet opening can be removed, can be moved back and forth.
- the mixer has at least one cleaning nozzle for cleaning the outlet opening and / or a mixture outlet arranged outside the mixing container, and a liquid supply for supplying cleaning liquid to the at least one cleaning nozzle.
- the present disclosure relates to a method for cleaning an outlet area and / or a mixed material outlet of a mixer with an outlet opening and a closure cover that can be moved relative to the outlet opening.
- Such a mixer with an outlet opening is used, for example, for the preparation of concrete and is from the DE 2903951 C3 known.
- the processing of fresh concrete for the production of concrete goods aims to create a homogeneous mixture with a desired / preselectable consistency from the raw materials used, such as sand, gravel, cement and water, and finally to make the ready-made fresh concrete available for further component manufacture put.
- the corresponding mixing container has an outlet opening into which the closure cover can be moved in order to close the mixing container in a dust-tight, liquid-tight and, if necessary, vacuum-tight manner.
- the cover is generally pivotably connected to the machine frame of the mixer on a pivot axis. Particularly preferably, the pivoting movement takes place essentially in a circular manner about a horizontally or essentially horizontally arranged pivot axis.
- the outlet opening is arranged on the underside of the mixing container, so that when the closure lid is opened, the material to be mixed flows directly out of the outlet opening via the closure lid into the material to be mixed outlet.
- FIG. 1 a representation of such a mixer of the prior art is shown schematically.
- the known mixer 1 has a mixing container 2 with an outlet opening 3 in which a closure cover 4 is arranged.
- the closure cover 4 has a swivel arm 5 with which it can be rotated about a swivel axis 6 and thus moved out of the outlet opening 3 and back into it.
- the mixing container 2 can be rotated about the vertically arranged axis of rotation 7.
- Corresponding bearings 8 are provided for this.
- the axis of rotation 7 can also be arranged inclined relative to the vertical.
- a mixed material outlet 9 is shown below the mixing container 2.
- the material to be mixed in the mixing container 2 can be removed by pivoting the closure cover 4 out of the outlet opening 3 with the aid of the pivot arm 5 about the pivot axis 6.
- the mix in the mixing container 2 will then automatically fall out of the outlet opening 3 due to the force of gravity or flow out of the outlet opening supported by the rotary movement of the mixing container and thereby pass through the mix outlet. It cannot be avoided that the walls of the mix spout and the cover, including its edge surfaces, are soiled by the mix. This can lead to an accumulation of mixed material residues which, on the one hand, prevent the closure cover 4 from being guided into the outlet opening 3 in a dust, liquid or vacuum-tight manner. They also reduce caking on the walls of the mixed material outlet, the cross-sectional area available for the removal of the mixed material or obstruct the outflow of the following mixed material.
- cleaning nozzles 10 in the mixed material outlet 9, which can be supplied with cleaning liquid via a liquid supply 11 in order to clean the interior of the mixed material outlet, as well as the swivel arm and the cover in the closed, opened or partially opened state with cleaning liquid.
- the arrangement of the cleaning nozzles is very complex, especially since each cleaning nozzle must have a corresponding supply channel for supplying cleaning fluid.
- the spray jet shapes of the individual cleaning nozzles always cover only a small area of the mixture outlet, so that a correspondingly large number of cleaning nozzles must be provided over the height and circumference of the mixture outlet in order to encircle the entire mixture outlet 9, the swivel arm 5 and the cover 4 as possible to clean completely.
- the mixed material also flows over the cleaning nozzles and can stick there, the cleaning nozzles become soiled and, associated with this, malfunctions, so that the openings of the cleaning nozzles themselves have to be cleaned regularly.
- Mixers with mixing containers are known, for example, from US 8,839,810 B1 , the WO 03/099472 A1 , as well as the DE 20 2013 100 812 U1 which document discloses a mixer according to the preamble of claim 1.
- this object is achieved by a mixer according to claim 1. Because the closure cover can be pivoted, this automatically leads to the corresponding cleaning nozzle being pivotable, so that a comparatively large area of the mixed material outlet can be cleaned with a single cleaning nozzle.
- the closure cover has a swivel arm which is rotatably mounted about a swivel axis.
- the cleaning nozzle can be attached to the swivel arm. It is essential that a movement of the cleaning nozzle is caused by the movement of the closure cover or its swivel arm. If the pivot axis is aligned horizontally, a back and forth movement of the closure cover causes the cleaning nozzle to move on a circular path.
- the cleaning nozzle is particularly preferably arranged at the end of the pivot arm facing away from the pivot axis.
- the liquid supply runs through the pivot axis about which the closure cover can be pivoted.
- the liquid supply to the nozzles on the swivel arm can be carried out in a fixed manner, e.g. by means of piping.
- the liquid supply can be arranged in a stationary manner in the machine frame, so that a flexible transfer to the nozzles or the swivel arm, for example by means of hoses, is necessary.
- a plurality of cleaning nozzles is provided which are fastened to the closure cover, the cleaning nozzles preferably being designed in such a way that they show an expanding spray jet shape during operation.
- the plurality of cleaning nozzles together produce a partially annular or annular spray jet shape.
- the individual cleaning nozzles can be arranged in such a way that they are arranged at the same distance from a center point.
- the cleaning nozzles can be arranged on an imaginary ring so that they generate an annular or partially annular spray jet around the center point during operation.
- the spray nozzles are preferably aligned at one or more angles with respect to the central axis of the closure cover in such a way that, taking into account the spray jet angle when the cleaning nozzles are pivoted, both the outlet opening and the mix outlet are as complete as possible, preferably over the entire area and over the entire height into the existing corners of the mixture outlet into it, is detected by at least one spray jet.
- the nozzles are arranged underneath, i.e. on the side of the closure cap facing away from the outlet opening, in such a way that they are never overflowed by the mixture during emptying or come into contact with the mixture during emptying.
- the mixer has a rotatable mixing container.
- the inside of the outlet opening can then also be cleaned when the mix outlet is closed or almost closed. Since the Outlet opening is firmly connected to the rotating container, almost complete cleaning of the outlet opening over the entire circumference is achieved by spraying a fixed point or a limited area in the area of the outlet opening in connection with the rotary movement of the mixing container.
- At least one cleaning nozzle is aligned in the direction of the swivel arm and / or the swivel shaft in order to effectively remove any mixed material residues that may be located there.
- Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a mixer of the prior art, which has already been described in detail above.
- FIG. 2 shows a schematic representation of a first embodiment of the invention.
- the same reference numbers have been used for the same elements.
- the swivel arm 5 has a distributor 12 on which a plurality of cleaning nozzles 13 are arranged.
- the distributor 12 has a circular cross section and has a plurality of openings closed by cleaning nozzles 13 on its circumferential outer edge.
- the liquid is supplied via the line 15, which extends through the pivot axis 6. With the line 15, the distributor 12 and thus all of the cleaning nozzles 13 arranged on it can also Cleaning fluid are supplied.
- the spray jets that can be generated by the cleaning nozzles 13 are indicated by way of example with the dash-dotted lines.
- a further cleaning nozzle 14, which is supplied with cleaning fluid via the line 16 which is connected to the distributor 12, is arranged in such a way that it is directed at the pivot arm 5 or the pivot axis 6.
- Figure 2 shows the embodiment according to the invention with the closure cover closed, ie the closure cover is in the closed position.
- the closure cover 4 can be pivoted about the pivot axis 6 and between the in Figure 2 closed position shown and in the in Figure 3 open position shown can be moved back and forth.
- the back and forth movement not only moves the closure cover 4 from the closed position to the open position, but also moves the cleaning nozzles arranged on the closure cover or on the swivel arm 5 back and forth, whereby the Spray jets indicated by lines paint over a large area of the mix spout and clean it.
- FIG 4 is an illustration of a mixer not encompassed by the invention. This differs from that in the Figures 2 and 3 embodiment shown only by an alternative liquid supply 15 '.
- the liquid supply 15 ' runs in the case of FIG Figure 4
- the embodiment shown is no longer through the pivot axis 6, but is connected to the machine frame by a stationary line 17. This has the consequence that the line 15 ′ must be designed to be flexible, since the swivel arm 5 moves relative to the stationary line 17.
- additional fixed nozzles can be arranged in the surrounding wall in the mix outlet 9, for example to clean the outer edge and surface of the closure cover 4 or the sides of the pivot arm 5 during the pivoting movement.
- the nozzles do not necessarily have to be arranged in a ring, but can also be arranged, for example, on a hemispherical distributor, in several rings, freely rotating or distributed in any other form. Furthermore, the nozzles do not have to be fixedly connected to the swivel arm or the closure cover, but could also be fastened to a holder that is additionally kinematically movable about one or more spatial axes. The nozzles themselves can produce a constant spray pattern or a rotating or pulsating spray pattern.
- each nozzle or a plurality of nozzle groups could have separate liquid feeds and these could achieve a predetermined spray pattern via a control system by alternately opening and closing the liquid feeds.
- the mixer To clean the outlet area, the mixer is first completely emptied. During the emptying process, it is not necessary and often also undesirable to add cleaning liquid. Only after the mixer has been completely emptied and the material to be mixed has been removed from the discharge area are the nozzles activated in order to effect cleaning. During the cleaning cycle, the closure can be opened and closed several times or it can only be swiveled over partial areas with particularly heavy soiling. Since the mixed material does not come into contact evenly with the discharge area during the emptying process and does not get dirty, a targeted cleaning effect can be achieved in this way.

Description
The present invention relates to a mixer with a mixing container having an outlet opening and a closure lid which is positioned between a closed position in which the closure lid closes the outlet opening and an open position in which the closure lid releases the outlet opening so that mixed material from the mixing container over the outlet opening can be removed, can be moved back and forth.
The mixer has at least one cleaning nozzle for cleaning the outlet opening and / or a mixture outlet arranged outside the mixing container, and a liquid supply for supplying cleaning liquid to the at least one cleaning nozzle.
Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to a method for cleaning an outlet area and / or a mixed material outlet of a mixer with an outlet opening and a closure cover that can be moved relative to the outlet opening.
The use of water in the mixture places special demands on the tightness of the outlet opening, since when the mixing container is closed, the added liquid must not pass uncontrollably from the closure area into the mix outlet, as otherwise the consistency of the mix will change due to a disturbed proportion of liquid in the mix comes.
At the same time, the use of hardening materials such as cement leads to solid, non-flushable incrustations on the cover, the outlet opening and in the mix outlet over time, which can lead to progressive problems with the tightness of the closure and the emptying of the machine.
If concretes with a particularly low air void content are to be produced, this can be done with the aid of vacuum preparation. However, it is a prerequisite for carrying out the method that the mixing container can then also be closed in a vacuum-tight manner. In order to be able to ensure the vacuum tightness in continuous operation, a particularly good cleaning of the mixer closure, in particular the seal encompassing the closure cover and the outlet area is necessary.
The corresponding mixing container has an outlet opening into which the closure cover can be moved in order to close the mixing container in a dust-tight, liquid-tight and, if necessary, vacuum-tight manner. The cover is generally pivotably connected to the machine frame of the mixer on a pivot axis. Particularly preferably, the pivoting movement takes place essentially in a circular manner about a horizontally or essentially horizontally arranged pivot axis.
As a rule, the outlet opening is arranged on the underside of the mixing container, so that when the closure lid is opened, the material to be mixed flows directly out of the outlet opening via the closure lid into the material to be mixed outlet.
In
Unterhalb des Mischbehälters 2 ist ein Mischgutauslauf 9 dargestellt.A mixed
After the material to be mixed in the
It is therefore already common practice to arrange
However, the arrangement of the cleaning nozzles is very complex, especially since each cleaning nozzle must have a corresponding supply channel for supplying cleaning fluid. In addition, the spray jet shapes of the individual cleaning nozzles always cover only a small area of the mixture outlet, so that a correspondingly large number of cleaning nozzles must be provided over the height and circumference of the mixture outlet in order to encircle the
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a mixer and a method with which an inexpensive, effective, simple and operationally reliable cleaning of the mixed material outlet and the closure opening can take place.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a mixer according to claim 1. Because the closure cover can be pivoted, this automatically leads to the corresponding cleaning nozzle being pivotable, so that a comparatively large area of the mixed material outlet can be cleaned with a single cleaning nozzle.
The closure cover has a swivel arm which is rotatably mounted about a swivel axis. The cleaning nozzle can be attached to the swivel arm. It is essential that a movement of the cleaning nozzle is caused by the movement of the closure cover or its swivel arm. If the pivot axis is aligned horizontally, a back and forth movement of the closure cover causes the cleaning nozzle to move on a circular path.
The cleaning nozzle is particularly preferably arranged at the end of the pivot arm facing away from the pivot axis.
According to the invention, the liquid supply runs through the pivot axis about which the closure cover can be pivoted.
Thus, the liquid supply to the nozzles on the swivel arm can be carried out in a fixed manner, e.g. by means of piping. Alternatively, the liquid supply can be arranged in a stationary manner in the machine frame, so that a flexible transfer to the nozzles or the swivel arm, for example by means of hoses, is necessary.
In a further preferred embodiment, a plurality of cleaning nozzles is provided which are fastened to the closure cover, the cleaning nozzles preferably being designed in such a way that they show an expanding spray jet shape during operation.
It is particularly preferred if the plurality of cleaning nozzles together produce a partially annular or annular spray jet shape. For example, the individual cleaning nozzles can be arranged in such a way that they are arranged at the same distance from a center point. In other words, the cleaning nozzles can be arranged on an imaginary ring so that they generate an annular or partially annular spray jet around the center point during operation.
The spray nozzles are preferably aligned at one or more angles with respect to the central axis of the closure cover in such a way that, taking into account the spray jet angle when the cleaning nozzles are pivoted, both the outlet opening and the mix outlet are as complete as possible, preferably over the entire area and over the entire height into the existing corners of the mixture outlet into it, is detected by at least one spray jet.
Furthermore, the nozzles are arranged underneath, i.e. on the side of the closure cap facing away from the outlet opening, in such a way that they are never overflowed by the mixture during emptying or come into contact with the mixture during emptying.
By moving the closure cover relative to the outlet opening, almost the entire mix outlet can be cleaned with the aid of the cleaning nozzles.
In a preferred embodiment, the mixer has a rotatable mixing container. By cleverly arranging one or more nozzles, the inside of the outlet opening can then also be cleaned when the mix outlet is closed or almost closed. Since the Outlet opening is firmly connected to the rotating container, almost complete cleaning of the outlet opening over the entire circumference is achieved by spraying a fixed point or a limited area in the area of the outlet opening in connection with the rotary movement of the mixing container.
In a further particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided that at least one cleaning nozzle is aligned in the direction of the swivel arm and / or the swivel shaft in order to effectively remove any mixed material residues that may be located there.
- A) Arranging at least one cleaning nozzle on the cover or swivel arm,
- B) supplying cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzle and
- C) moving the closure cap relative to the outlet opening.

In the embodiment shown, a
In
All the embodiments shown have in common that, in order to achieve the most complete possible cleaning of the outlet area, in addition to the
Of course, as shown in the prior art, additional fixed nozzles can be arranged in the surrounding wall in the
It goes without saying that the nozzles do not necessarily have to be arranged in a ring, but can also be arranged, for example, on a hemispherical distributor, in several rings, freely rotating or distributed in any other form.
In principle, each nozzle or a plurality of nozzle groups could have separate liquid feeds and these could achieve a predetermined spray pattern via a control system by alternately opening and closing the liquid feeds.
To clean the outlet area, the mixer is first completely emptied.
