Description

L'invention concerne le domaine des porte-fusibles.The invention relates to the field of fuse holders.

In known manner, a fuse holder comprises a fixed part, in which is mounted at least one movable device for fuse holder which receives one or more fuses, preferably NH type fuses or knives.

Le document " EP 0 563 530 A1 " décrit un porte fusible selon le préambule de la revendication 1.The document " EP 0 563 530 A1 "describes a fuse holder according to the preamble of claim 1.

For example, when the fuse holder is for a single-phase line, the fuse holder includes a mobile device which is provided with a single fuse or when the fuse holder is for a three-phase line, the fuse holder includes a mobile device that has three fuses.

More particularly, the mobile device comprises, on the one hand, a cover, comprising at least one reception zone suitable and intended to receive at least one fuse and, on the other hand, actuation means, mounted mobile or fixed by report to said cover, which are arranged to manipulate the cover.

In addition, the cover is, for its part, designed to be mounted, movable in translation or in rotation with respect to said fixed part, between at least:
  • a first closed position, corresponding to a state of connection of the fuse with contacts, in which the cover is received in the fixed part,
  • a second open position, corresponding to a state of disconnection of the fuse with the contacts, in which the cover protrudes from the fixed part.

From the second open position, the cover can then move to:
  • a third maintenance position, corresponding to a state of disconnection of the fuse with the contacts in which reconnection of the fuse with the contacts is not authorized, in which the cover protrudes from the fixed part and can be immobilized with respect to the fixed part , or
  • a fourth exit position, in which the cover is outside the fixed part and is free with respect to the latter.

In the third maintenance position, the cover is preferably immobilized relative to the fixed part, in order to indicate that an intervention is in progress on the line and to prevent inadvertent resetting of the fuse with the contacts.

In the fourth output position, maintenance operations on the fuse holder can be carried out, in particular to allow the replacement of the damaged fuse (s).

At present, in order to move the cover into the third maintenance position, it is necessary to manipulate the actuating means and other related locking members. These operations are complex, not very intuitive and not very ergonomic for the operator. Indeed, it is often necessary to use two hands to engage, rotate or translate the different parts. In addition, explanations of operation must be detailed to the operator, so that he can handle the fuse holder.

Furthermore, for security reasons, the third maintenance position must be able to be logged, for example by means of one or more padlocks. In this way, it is possible to avoid the manipulation by another operator of the fuse holder, in particular when the downstream electrical line is under maintenance. Likewise, the first closed position must be able to be blocked to prevent manipulation of the fuse holder under load, for example by unauthorized personnel.

To padlock the fuse holder in the third maintenance position or in the first closed position, additional parts are most often added to allow a single padlock to be attached, while at least three padlock locations should ideally be provided.

The object of the present invention is to overcome these drawbacks by proposing a fuse holder of improved design, ergonomic, simplified to allow easy and intuitive handling of the fuse holder.

A fuse holder 1 comprises a fixed part 2 provided with two side walls 3 and at least one mobile device 4 for fuse holder 1 comprising:

    • a gripping element 17 connecting the second ends 16 of the arms 12 of the lever 11.

According to the invention, the fuse holder 1 is characterized in that:
  • the lever 11 is movable in rotation relative to said cover 5 by means of the first pivot connection 8 about the first axis of rotation A1, so that:
    • in the first closed position PON, the second end 16 of the lever 11 is pivoted by a reference angle α0 preferably substantially equal to zero with respect to the external face 5 'of the cover 5 ( figure 1 ),
    • in the second opening position POFF, the second end 16 of the lever 11 is pivoted by a first angle α1 strictly greater than zero with respect to the external face 5 'of the cover 5 ( figure 3 ),
    • in the third PPARK maintenance position, the second end 16 of the lever 11 is pivoted by the reference angle α0 preferably substantially equal to zero with respect to the external face 5 'of the cover 5 ( figure 7 ),
    • the passage from the first closed position PON to the second open position POFF being done at least by rotational movement of the lever 11 around the first axis of rotation A1 in a clockwise direction +, and
    • the passage from the second opening position POFF to the third maintenance position PPARK being done by a rotational movement of the lever 11 around the first axis of rotation A1 in a counterclockwise direction -,
  • and in that :
    • the two lateral faces 6 of the cover 5 each comprise elastic return means 19, controlled by the lever 11 and suitable and intended for cooperate with a locking housing 20 arranged in the fixed part 2, the elastic return means 19 being arranged for:
    • in the first closed position PON, cooperate with at least one movable bearing portion 21 in rotation about the first axis of rotation A1 connected to the lever 11, so that the elastic return means 19 are constrained by the bearing portion movable 21 and that a locking end piece 22 connected to the elastic return means 19 is disposed outside the locking housing 20 of the fixed part 2 ( figures 1, 2 and 8 ),
    • in the second opening position POFF, cooperate with at least one movable reservation 23 in rotation about the first axis of rotation A1 connected to the lever 11, so that the elastic return means 19 are at least partly disposed in the mobile reservation 23 and that the locking end piece 22 is disposed outside the locking housing 20 of the fixed part 2 ( figures 3 and 4 ),
    • in the third PPARK maintenance position, cooperate, on the one hand, with the movable bearing portion 21, so that the elastic return means 19 are constrained by the movable bearing portion 21 and that the locking tip 22 is inserted into said locking housing 20, to immobilize the cover 5 with respect to the fixed part 2 ( figures 7 and 8 ).

Advantageously, in this configuration, the handling of the actuating means 7 by the user is improved and intuitive. More particularly, to move the cover 5 into the different positions, only the manipulation of the gripping element 17 is necessary and can be done with one hand. In addition, no other additional part should be manipulated by the user. To go from the first closed position PON to the second open position POFF, it suffices to pivot the lever 11 using the gripping element 17 clockwise +. It follows that the first linear guide elements 10 of the cover 5 slide along the first linear guide means 9 of the two side walls 3 of the fixed part 2 and thus the cover 5 is moved in translation relative to the fixed part 2 Subsequently, it suffices to pivot the lever 11, using the gripping element 17, counterclockwise - to reach the third maintenance position. PPARK. Furthermore, the position of the elastic return means 19 is controlled by the lever 11 via the support portion 21 and the mobile reservation 23. In particular, the mobile support portion 21 makes it possible to move away the 'locking end piece 22 from its initial position, while the mobile reservation 23 allows the locking end piece 22 to return to its initial position, which may correspond to an unconstrained position of the elastic return means 19. Thus, in the first PON closed position, even if the movable bearing portion 21 exerts a bearing force on the elastic return means 19, the locking end piece 22 is not engaged in the housing 20, because the latter are not not opposite each other. Furthermore, in the second opening position POFF, the movable bearing portion 21 does not press on the elastic return means 19 and the locking end piece 22 is not opposite the locking housing 20 and does not not engage in the latter. Finally, in the third PPARK maintenance position, the locking end piece 22 and the locking housing 20 are facing each other, and as the movable bearing portion 21 bears on the elastic means of recall 19, the locking end piece 22 engages in the locking housing 20 ( figures 7 and 8 ). The result is that the cover 5 is fixedly connected to the fixed part 2 of the fuse holder 1 and is locked in this third PPARK maintenance position. Thus, the mobile device 4 is secured on the fixed part 2, since the mobile device 4 cannot be withdrawn from the fixed part 2. In addition, a return to the first closed position PON is only possible by a voluntary action. of the user.

De préférence, chaque première extrémité libre 14 du levier 11 est munie d'un deuxième élément de guidage 24, le levier 11 étant guidé par des deuxièmes moyens de guidage 25, prévus dans chaque paroi latérale 3 de la partie fixe 2, coopérant avec le deuxième élément de guidage 24 du levier 11, de sorte que dans la position de fermeture PON, la deuxième extrémité 16 du levier 11 soit pivotée de l'angle de référence α0 (figure 1) et que dans la deuxième position d'ouverture POFF, la deuxième extrémité 16 du levier 11 soit pivotée du premier angle α1 (figure 3).Preferably, each first free end 14 of the lever 11 is provided with a second guide element 24, the lever 11 being guided by second guide means 25, provided in each side wall 3 of the fixed part 2, cooperating with the second guide element 24 of lever 11, so that in the closed position PON, the second end 16 of lever 11 is rotated by the reference angle α0 ( figure 1 ) and that in the second opening position POFF, the second end 16 of the lever 11 is pivoted by the first angle α1 ( figure 3 ).

Ainsi, l'utilisateur est averti que la deuxième position d'ouverture POFF est atteinte et qu'il est inutile de continuer à manipuler le levier 11.Advantageously, the cooperation of the second guide means 25 of the lever 11 and of the second guide elements 24 of the fixed part 2 makes it possible to limit the rotational movement of the lever 11. Thus, when the user pivots the lever 11 to move from the first closed position PON to the second open position POFF, the rotation of the lever 11 is interrupted when the lever 11 is rotated by the first angle α1. Thus, the user is warned that the second opening position POFF has been reached and that there is no point in continuing to manipulate the lever 11.

De préférence, les deuxièmes moyens de guidage 25 comprennent des moyens d'arrêt agencés de sorte que le passage de la deuxième position d'ouverture POFF vers la troisième position de maintenance PPARK ou, le cas échéant, vers une quatrième position de sortie POUT, se fait après passage dans une position intermédiaire de blocage PINT, lors duquel la deuxième extrémité 16 du levier 11 est agencée pour être pivotée du premier angle α1 et le couvercle 5 est agencé pour être mobile en translation par rapport à ladite partie fixe 2, selon la direction perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal L1, dans la position intermédiaire de blocage PINT, le deuxième élément de guidage 24 venant buter contre les moyens d'arrêt (figure 5).Preferably, the second guide means 25 comprise stop means arranged so that the passage from the second opening position POFF to the third maintenance position PPARK or, where appropriate, to a fourth output position POUT, is done after passing into an intermediate locking position PINT, during which the second end 16 of the lever 11 is arranged to be pivoted by the first angle α1 and the cover 5 is arranged to be movable in translation relative to said fixed part 2, according to the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L1, in the intermediate locking position PINT, the second guide element 24 abuts against the stop means ( figure 5 ).

Advantageously, from the second opening position POFF, the user can pull on the gripping element 17 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L1 in a direction of withdrawal of the mobile device 4 relative to the fixed part 2 and the cover 5 is then moved in translation while being guided by the first linear guide means 9 cooperating with the first linear guide elements 10, until the second guide element 24 abuts against the stop means, indicating that the intermediate PINT locking position has been reached. More particularly, the lever 11 is not pivoted further during this translation, the second guide means 25 and the second guide elements 24 are arranged so that from the second opening position POFF to the intermediate locking position PINT, the second end 16 of the lever 11 remains pivoted by the first angle α1. These stop means make it possible to place the cover 5 in an intermediate locking position PINT to indicate to the user that the lever 11 can now be pivoted towards the third maintenance position PPARK or towards the fourth extended position POUT, which will be described. below. In this intermediate PINT locking position, the elastic return means 19 are arranged to cooperate with the mobile reservation 23, as in the second opening position POFF ( figure 6 ). Moreover, this intermediate locking position PINT also corresponds to a state of disconnection of the fuse with the contacts.

De manière préférée, les deuxièmes moyens de guidage 25 comprennent une première rainure linéaire 26, préférentiellement s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal L1, dans laquelle le deuxième élément de guidage 24 est logé dans la première position de fermeture PON (figure 1), et une deuxième rainure linéaire 27, préférentiellement s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal L1, préférentiellement sensiblement à angle droit de la première rainure linéaire 26, dans laquelle le deuxième élément de guidage 24 est logé dans la deuxième position d'ouverture POFF (figure 3), et le cas échéant, dans la position intermédiaire de blocage PINT (figure 5).Preferably, the second guide means 25 comprise a first linear groove 26, preferably extending parallel to the longitudinal axis L1, in which the second guide element 24 is housed in the first closed position PON ( figure 1 ), and a second linear groove 27, preferably extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis L1, preferably substantially at right angles to the first linear groove 26, in which the second guide element 24 is housed in the second open position POFF ( figure 3 ), and if applicable, in the intermediate PINT locking position ( figure 5 ).

Thus, the second guide elements 24 slide along the first linear grooves 26, during the passage from the first closed position PON to the second open position POFF, until reaching the second linear groove 27 in this last position .

De préférence, la deuxième rainure linéaire 27 débouche sur une butée 28 formant lesdits moyens d'arrêt, agencée pour empêcher le retrait de chaque première extrémité libre 14 du levier 11 des deuxièmes moyens de guidage 25 de la partie fixe 2.Preferably, the second linear groove 27 opens onto a stop 28 forming said stop means, arranged to prevent the withdrawal of each first free end 14 of the lever 11 from the second guide means 25 of the fixed part 2.

The stop 28 makes it possible both to signal to the user that the lever 11 can be pivoted from the intermediate locking position PINT to the third maintenance position PPARK or to the fourth output position POUT, but also to prevent the mobile device 4 is accidentally removed from the fixed part 2, when the user pulls on the gripping element 17 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L1, as explained above.

This first output 29 allows the rotation of the lever 11 in the counterclockwise direction -, so that the second ends 16 of the lever 11 can pivot from the first angle α1 towards the reference angle α0, when passing from the second position POFF opening by passing, if necessary, through the intermediate locking position PINT to the third maintenance position PPARK. In this way, in the third PPARK maintenance position, the first linear guide means 9 no longer cooperate with the first linear guide elements 10. Only the elastic return means 19 in cooperation with the locking end piece 22 and the housing locking 20 allow the mobile device 4 to be locked on the fixed part 2.

De préférence, de la deuxième position d'ouverture POFF, le couvercle 5 est mobile en translation vers une quatrième position de sortie POUT (figure 9), dans laquelle, d'une part, le couvercle 5 est hors de la partie fixe 2 et est libre par rapport à la partie fixe 2 et, d'autre part, le levier 11 est mobile en rotation relativement audit couvercle 5 par l'intermédiaire de la première liaison pivot 8 autour du premier axe de rotation A1, de sorte que dans la quatrième position de sortie POUT, la deuxième extrémité 16 du levier 11 est pivotée par rapport à la face externe 5' du couvercle 5 d'un deuxième angle α2 strictement supérieur au premier angle α1, le passage de la deuxième position d'ouverture POFF à la quatrième position de sortie POUT se faisant au moins par mouvement rotation du levier 11 autour du premier axe de rotation A1 selon le sens horaire +.Preferably, from the second opening position POFF, the cover 5 is movable in translation towards a fourth output position POUT ( figure 9 ), in which, on the one hand, the cover 5 is outside the fixed part 2 and is free relative to the fixed part 2 and, on the other hand, the lever 11 is movable in rotation relative to said cover 5 by the 'intermediary of the first pivot link 8 around the first axis of rotation A1, so that in the fourth output position POUT, the second end 16 of the lever 11 is pivoted relative to the outer face 5' of the cover 5 by a second angle α2 strictly greater than the first angle α1, the passage from the second opening position POFF to the fourth output position POUT being done at least by rotating movement of the lever 11 around the first axis of rotation A1 in the clockwise direction +.

Advantageously, in this configuration only the manipulation of the gripping element 17 is necessary and can be done with one hand. In addition, no other additional part should be manipulated by the user. After having crossed the second opening position POFF, it suffices to pivot the lever 11 using the gripping element 17 clockwise + to reach the fourth output position POUT. In the fourth output position POUT, the first linear guide means 9 and the first linear guide elements 10 are disengaged from each other. The result is that the mobile device 4 is free relative to the fixed part 2 of the fuse holder 1. Thus, replacement / modification operations of the fuse (s) are possible.

Furthermore, the locking end piece 22 is not opposite the locking housing 20 and does not engage in the latter ( figure 9 ).

This second output 30 allows the rotation of the lever 11 in the clockwise direction +, so that the second ends 16 of the lever 11 can pivot from the first angle α1 to the second angle α2, when passing from the second position of POFF opening by passing, if necessary, through the intermediate locking position PINT to the fourth output position POUT. In this way, in the fourth output position POUT, the first linear guide means 9 no longer cooperate with the first linear guide elements 10 ( figure 9 ).

De préférence, la réservation mobile 23 consiste en une encoche réalisée dans au moins une des premières extrémités libres 14.Preferably, the movable reservation 23 consists of a notch made in at least one of the first free ends 14.

In this case, when the elastic return means 19 are located in the notch, then no stress is exerted on the elastic return means 19 ( figures 9 and 10 ).

Preferably, the locking housing 20 consists of a through opening.

De préférence, les moyens élastiques de rappel 19 consistent en un ressort et une extrémité libre du ressort comprend, d'une part, l'embout de verrouillage 22 et, d'autre part, est apte et destinée à venir être en contact de la portion d'appui mobile 21.Preferably, the elastic return means 19 consist of a spring and a free end of the spring comprises, on the one hand, the locking end piece 22 and, on the other hand, is suitable and intended to come into contact with the movable bearing portion 21.

Avantageusement, dans cette configuration l'usage d'un ressort contribue à limiter l'usure, ce qui permet d'améliorer la robustesse et la longévité du porte-fusibles 1.Advantageously, in this configuration the use of a spring helps to limit wear, which improves the robustness and longevity of the fuse holder 1.

Le ressort peut par exemple être métallique. The spring can for example be metallic.

In this advantageous configuration, it is possible to lock one or more padlocks on the transverse bar 33 placed in the extended position PB2 ( figures 11 and 12 ). The lever 11 can thus be immobilized relative to the cover 5. Consequently, the rotation of the lever 11 / of the actuating means 7 along the first axis of rotation A1 is prevented, in the first closed position PON or in the third position. PPARK maintenance program.

Thus, the first PON closed position can be blocked to prevent manipulation of the fuse holder under load, for example by unauthorized personnel. In addition, the third PPARK maintenance position can be logged to prevent manipulation by another user, for example when the downstream power line is under maintenance.

The contact interface 34 can for example be included in a through opening which can be crossed by the transverse bar 33 in the output position PB2.

Preferably, the two lateral branches 18 of the gripping element 17 are mounted to be movable in rotation with respect to said lever 11 by means of a second pivot connection 35, around a second axis of rotation A2, respectively at the level of the second ends 16 of the arms 12 of the lever 11, between a position of reduced bulk P1 ( figures 1 , 7 , 11 and 12 ) and a raised working position P2 ( figures 2 , 5 , 9 and 10 ), and the actuating means 7 comprise locking and unlocking means 36, forming integral parts, on the one hand, of the gripping element 17 and, on the other hand, of the lever 11, suitable and intended: in blocking the gripping element 17 in the position of reduced bulk P1, in a first locking position PV1, in releasing the gripping element 17 to allow the rotational movement of the gripping element in the clockwise direction + , from the reduced bulk position P1 to the raised working position P2, in a first unlocking state, to block the gripping element 17 in the working raised position P2, in a second locking position PV2, to following the rotational movement of the gripping element 17 from the reduced overall position P1 to the raised working position P2, clockwise +, to release the gripping element 17, to allow the rotational movement of the gripping element 17, from the raised working position P2 to the reduced bulk position P1, counterclockwise -, in a second unlocking state.

Advantageously, the fact of providing a gripping element 17 movable between the first position of reduced size P1 and the second raised working position P2 makes it possible to reduce the size of the mobile device 4 when no manipulation of the actuating means 7 is must be performed by a user. Furthermore, in the first locking position PV1, the gripping element 17 is locked in position by the locking and unlocking means 36. Thus, when the mobile device 4 is installed vertically, the gripping element 17 cannot pivot about the second axis of rotation A2 under the effect of gravity. As a result, in this configuration, the reduced size of the mobile device 4 is guaranteed. In addition, the locking and unlocking means 36 allow the user to unlock the gripping element 11 from its first locking position PV1 to allow its rotation from the reduced bulk position P1 to the raised working position P2 . The same locking and unlocking means 36 are designed to lock the position of the gripping element 11, when the latter reaches the raised working position P2. In this raised working position P2, the free space between the gripping element 17 and the external face 5 'of the cover 5 is sufficient to allow the introduction of the user's fingers. Preferably, this free space is between 20 millimeters and 27 millimeters. As a result, the user can handle the gripping element 17 ergonomically. Finally, when no further manipulation of the gripping element 17 is necessary, the locking and unlocking means 36 allow the user to unlock the gripping element 17 from its second locking position PV2 to allow its rotation. from the raised working position P2 to the reduced bulk position P1. Furthermore, as the locking and unlocking means 36 are parts integrated into the lever 11 and the gripping element 17, the assembly and manufacture of the mobile device 4 is simplified.

De préférence, la partie fixe 2 se présente sous la forme d'un boitier de forme sensiblement rectangulaire ouvert sur le dessus, dont deux des faces de plus grande surface correspondent aux deux parois latérales 3.Preferably, the fixed part 2 is in the form of a box of substantially rectangular shape open at the top, two of the faces of larger surface area of which correspond to the two side walls 3.

Le fusible peut être de type NH.Preferably, the fuse means both a fuse, but also knives. The fuse can be of the NH type.

For example, when the fuse holder is for a single-phase line, the fuse holder includes a mobile device which is provided with a single fuse or when the fuse holder is for a three-phase line, the fuse holder includes a mobile device that has three fuses.

Preferably, the side faces 6 of the cover 5 are substantially parallel to the two side walls 3 of the fixed part 2. In particular, in the first closed position PON, in the second open position POFF, in the intermediate locking position PINT, in the third maintenance position PPARK, the side faces 6 and the side walls 3 are disposed partially or totally opposite.

The external face 5 ′ of the cover 5 can be partially covered with a window 37 mounted to slide relative to the external face 5 ′ of the cover 5. The window 37 can include two orifices 38 which when they are aligned with the two orifices 38. 'which includes the outer face 5' opening onto the contacts, provide access to the contacts. As a result, the installation of optional accessories, such as measurement accessories, or current tapping devices. Preferably, the window 37 is transparent, which allows the user to directly view the characteristics of the fuse.

The gripping element 11 may for example consist of a handle.

Par exemple, la première extrémité libre 14 de chaque bras 12 peut comporter une portion d'appui mobile 2.Preferably, the movable bearing portion 21 forms part of one of the arms 12 and of the lever 11 and extends partially around the first portion 15 of the first pivot connection 8. For example, the first free end 14 of each arm 12 may include a movable support portion 2.

Par exemple, la première extrémité libre 14 de chaque bras 12 peut comporter une réservation mobile 23.Preferably, the movable reservation 23 forms part of one of the arms 12 of the lever 11 and extends in part around the first portion 15 of the first pivot connection 8. For example, the first free end 14 of each arm 12 may comprise a mobile reservation 23.

For example, the first linear guide means 9 provided in each side wall 3 can consist of linear grooves, linear wings, linear rails or the like in which are slidably mounted the first linear guide elements 10. The first guide elements linear 10 can consist of two carriages. These two carriages can each comprise elastic return means 19, for example each a spring.

The pivot link 8 can also be mounted to slide relative to the first linear guide means 9.

The second guide element 24 may consist of a projecting stud of substantially cylindrical shape.
