Abstract

Verfahren zum Einstellen einer axialen Position eines Antriebs (10) eines Spinnrotors (11) einer Rotorspinnvorrichtung (7) in Bezug auf ein Deckelelement (13) der Rotorspinnvorrichtung (7), wobei der Spinnrotor (11) einen Schaft (20) und einen daran angeordneten Rotortopf (21) aufweist, der den Antrieb (10) des Spinnrotors (11) um seine Achse (A) dreht und wobei der Rotortopf (21) in einem Rotorgehäuse (14) angeordnet ist, das durch das Deckelelement (13) verschlossen wird. Der Antrieb (10) wird an einem Träger (38) der Rotorspinnvorrichtung (7) gelagert, dass der Schaft (20) des Spinnrotors (11) zum Einstellen einer axialen Position seines Antriebs (10) mit einer Einstelllehre (39) verbunden wird, dass ein mechanischer oder elektronischer Messkopf, vorzugsweise ein Sensor (40) an dem Träger (38) oder an dem Deckelelement (13) angeordnet wird, dass der Abstand (L) zwischen der Einstelllehre (39) und dem Messkopf gemessen wird und dass entsprechend des gemessenen Abstandes (L) die axiale Position des Antriebs (10) in dem Träger (38) so lange verändert wird, bis der Abstand (L) einem vorgegebenen Sollwert entspricht und sodann die Position des Antriebs (10) in Bezug auf den Träger (38) fixiert wird.
