Schraubverbindung geschaffen wird. Einen ebensolchen Dichtring trägt die Buchse 2 auch an ihrem unteren Ende, z.B. in einer weiteren Ringnut. Claims (10)

  1. A connector for a conduit of gases in an automobile, comprising a body (11) in which a flow duct for gases runs from a first port (12) to a second port (13), the body (11) comprising a diagnostic duct (15) which proceeds from a third port (14),
    characterised in that
    the diagnostic duct (15) leads to an entrance (5) which runs transversely to the diagnostic duct (15) continuously from an upper body side to a lower body side, and
    the entrance (5) is associated with sealing rings (3, 4) so that the entrance (5) can be sealed gas-tight when the connector (10) is mounted on a vehicle, by inserting a fastening part, preferably a fastening screw (1), through the entrance and the sealing rings (3, 4).
  2. The connector according to Claim 1, characterised in that the entrance (5) is provided with first sealing rings (3) which are each compressed in the axial direction above and below the diagnostic duct (15) for sealing, and the entrance is provided with second sealing rings (4) which are each compressed in the radial direction above and below the diagnostic duct (15) for sealing.
  3. The connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the entrance contains a bushing (2) which is provided to receive the fastening part (1).
  4. The connector according to Claim 3, characterised in that the bushing (2) has openings (2a) running radially.
  5. The connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the bushing (2) has an annular groove on the upper side and on the lower side, in each of which one of the sealing rings (3) sits.
  6. The connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a further sealing ring (4) in each case sits above and below the diagnostic duct (15), between the bushing (2) and an inner face of the entrance (5).
  7. The connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an electric heater is arranged in the body (11).
  8. The connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the first and ports (12, 13) are each in the form of a connecting piece which bears one or more sealing rings (16).
  9. The connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the third port (14) is in the form of a connecting piece which bears one or more sealing rings (16).
  10. The connector according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised by a fastening screw (1) which passes through the entrance.
