Description

Gebiet der ErfindungField of the invention

Kleinkind. The invention relates to a bottle holder system, in particular a bottle holder system for supporting the intake of liquid for a baby or small child.

Hintergrund der ErfindungBackground of the invention

Babies can be fed with bottles or milk bottles. However, this has the disadvantage that the baby has to be held with one arm and the bottle with the other hand. The feeding person does not have a free hand to do other tasks while feeding.

To solve this problem, bottle holder systems are known from the prior art, with which the baby can be fed with a bottle, but the person feeding it still has one hand free.

Such a system is, for example, from US 8 915 408 B1 known. A bottle holder that holds the drinking bottle is arranged on a belt that can be placed over the shoulder of the person feeding. The bottle holder is placed in the area of the breast of the feeding person. The bottle holder itself is rotatably attached to the belt so that the drinking bottle can be optimally aligned. The baby is held with one arm and the drinking bottle is directed towards the baby. The other hand remains free while eating.

In order to hold the bottle holder in a certain rotational position, a locking mechanism is provided. On the side facing the belt, the bottle holder has a gear-shaped disc which is inserted into a corresponding opening on the Surface of the belt engages. The gear-shaped disk or the teeth are made of a flexible material, so that the disk can be rotated manually in the opening on the one hand and independent rotation of the disk in the opening is prevented on the other hand. The independent rotation of the disk in the opening is prevented due to the static friction between the disk and the wall of the opening.

The disadvantage of this system, however, is that the static friction when using larger or heavier bottles is not sufficient to prevent independent rotation, since the static friction must not be too great to allow manual rotation of the bottle holder (e.g. to align the bottle) to enable. Furthermore, it has been shown that the static friction, for example due to wear on the disk, decreases over time, so that even when smaller or lighter bottles are used, an independent rotation of the bottle holder is not reliably prevented.

Another bottle holder system is from the GB 2,474,895 A known. The bottle holder is rotatably attached to a strap so that the drinking bottle can be optimally aligned. This bottle holding system comprises a first connecting means, which is arranged parallel to the breast of the person feeding, an axis of rotation perpendicular to the plane of the first connecting means, and a second connecting means for receiving a bottle, which can be connected to the first connecting means. If the two connecting means are connected to one another, the second connecting means can be rotated about the axis of rotation relative to the first connecting means.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a bottle holder system in which, on the one hand, a bottle holder can simply be rotated to align the bottle, and in which, on the other hand, an independent rotation of the bottle holder is effectively prevented even with heavier bottles or after a long period of use.

Erfindungsgemäße LösungSolution according to the invention

This problem is solved by a bottle holder system according to the independent claim. Advantageous configurations of the bottle holder system are given in the dependent claims.

Accordingly, a bottle holder system is provided comprising a base plate with a front side and a rear side, a bottle holder for receiving a bottle, and a locking means, wherein
  • the bottle holder is arranged on the front of the base plate and is rotatable relative to the base plate about an axis of rotation perpendicular to the base plate,
  • the locking means is arranged on the rear side of the base plate and is coupled to the bottle holder, the locking means being adapted to lock the bottle holder at a predetermined angle of rotation relative to the base plate,
  • the base plate has a through hole,
  • on the side of the bottle holder facing the base plate, a connecting element is arranged, which is passed through the through hole, and
  • the connecting element is coupled to the locking means on the rear side of the base plate,
and wherein a fastening means is detachably arranged on the connecting element, with which the locking means is fastened to the connecting element.

With the locking means arranged on the back of the base plate, the bottle holder can on the one hand be secured particularly easily and securely against independent rotation relative to the base plate. On the other hand, the bottle holder can be rotated manually relative to the base plate, since the lock can easily be released, for example because the locking means is accessible from the rear. In the prior art, the disk provided as a locking means is arranged between the base plate and the bottle holder and is not accessible from the outside.

It has been found to be advantageous if a locking means is arranged between the base plate and the bottle holder which is adapted to apply a force to the connecting element in order to
  • to keep the bottle holder in the locked state at a predetermined distance from the base plate and
  • to press the locking means coupled to the connecting element against the rear side of the base plate.

As a result, the lock can be released in a particularly simple manner by pressing the bottle holder against the base plate, so that the locking means on the back of the base plate is released from the base plate. The bottle holder can then simply be rotated. If the bottle holder is no longer pressed against the base plate, the force with which the connecting element is applied ensures that the locking means is pressed again against the back of the base plate and the bottle holder is thus locked. The static friction between the locking means and the base plate is sufficient to prevent the bottle holder from rotating independently, even with heavy bottles.

It can be advantageous here if the locking means comprises a spring element, in particular a helical compression spring.

The surface of the side of the locking means facing the base plate can correspond in terms of its shape, at least in sections, to the surface of the rear side of the base plate. Irregular surfaces, such as curved ones, ensure that a higher force would have to be used for the bottle holder to rotate independently, since not only the static friction between the locking means and the base plate has to be overcome, but also the force with which the connecting element is applied.

In one embodiment of the invention, the locking means can comprise a disk, wherein
  • a number of first latching elements are provided on the surface of the disk facing the base plate,
  • a number of second latching elements are provided on the rear side of the base plate, and
  • the first locking elements can be brought into engagement with the second locking elements in order to lock the bottle holder at the predetermined angle of rotation relative to the base plate.

This creates a form fit between the base plate and the locking means so that the bottle holder can only be rotated when it is pressed against the base plate to such an extent that the engagement of the first locking elements in the second locking elements is completely released.

The first latching elements can comprise knobs / pegs and the second latching elements can comprise depressions. Alternatively, the second latching elements can comprise knobs / pegs and the first latching elements can comprise depressions. It is advantageous if the knobs / pegs correspond to the depressions.

According to one embodiment of the invention, it is advantageous if the on the back the base plate protruding from the through hole portion of the connecting element
  • has a non-circular cross-section at least in sections, and
  • engages with the non-circular cross-section having section in a recess / through hole provided in the locking means,
wherein the recess / the through hole has the same cross section as the section of the connecting element engaging in the recess / the through hole in order to prevent the locking means from rotating relative to the bottle holder.

The locking means can be clamped between a projection of the connecting element and the fastening means. This means that when the bottle holder is pressed, the lock is released immediately, i.e. without play.

According to one embodiment of the invention, a belt can be arranged on the base plate, and the free end of the belt can optionally be provided with a weight. If the belt is placed over the shoulder, the weight ensures that the belt does not slip forward due to the weight of the bottle that is picked up.

Detaillierte Beschreibung der ErfindungDetailed description of the invention

Fig. 1 shows a bottle holder system 1 according to the invention in the intended use, with a person feeding a baby from the front in Figure (a) and the person from the side in Figure (b).

The bottle holder system 1 here has a belt 60 which is made of a flexible material. The belt 60 can be placed over the shoulder of the person. At the front end of the belt 60, i.e. at the end of the belt which is in the region of the chest of the person, a base plate 10 is arranged. A bottle holder 20 with which the drinking bottle is received is arranged on the base plate 10.

The bottle holder 20 is rotatable relative to the base plate 10, so that the bottle received in the bottle holder 20 can be brought from a "drinking position" (as shown in figure (a)) to a "parking position" (as shown in figure (b)). Due to the rotatable arrangement of the bottle holder 20 on the base plate 10, the angle of rotation of the bottle holder 20 relative to the base plate 10 can be set as desired, so that the bottle can not only be rotated from a drinking position to a parking position, but in particular the angle of rotation for the drinking position can be set individually can. This means that the bottle cage system 1 can also be used on both sides, i.e. it can be placed over the right shoulder as well as over the left shoulder.

How out Fig. 1 As can be seen, the baby can be fed with one arm so that the other hand is free.

A weight can be arranged on the free end section 61 of the belt 60 in order to largely prevent the belt from slipping on the shoulder, for example when a heavy bottle is being held in the bottle holder 20. In order to prevent such slipping, the underside can alternatively or additionally of the belt, ie the side of the belt 60 facing the body of the wearer, at least have a non-slip surface in the area of the shoulder. In Fig. 1 this surface has a corrugated structure that prevents it from slipping.

Fig. 2 shows a bottle holder system 1 according to the invention in two perspective views, the top side of the bottle holder system 1 being shown in Figure (a) and the bottom side of the bottle holder system 1 in Figure (b).

Fig. 3 shows that in Fig. 2 Bottle holder system 1 shown in a view from above (Figure (a)), in a view from below (Figure (b)) and in a side view (Figure (c)).

The bottle holder system 1 consists or essentially comprises a base plate 10, a bottle holder 20 and a locking means 30. The bottle holder 20 is arranged on the front side V of the base plate 10. The locking means 30, on the other hand, is arranged on the rear side R of the base plate 10.

The arrangement of the bottle holder 20 and the locking means 30 on the base plate 10 takes place in such a way that the bottle holder 20 interacts or is coupled with the locking means 30. This ensures that the bottle holder 20 arranged on the front side V of the base plate 10 is secured against independent rotation relative to the base plate 10.

In the embodiment of the bottle holder system 1 according to the invention shown here, the locking means 30 itself is designed as a disk which is pressed with a certain force F 1 against the rear side R of the base plate 10, as with reference to FIG Fig. 4 is described in more detail. This force F 1 generates static friction between the base plate 10 and the disk 30 which is sufficient to counteract an independent rotation of the bottle holder 20 relative to the base plate 10.

By pressing the bottle holder 20 against the base plate 10, the disc 30 is released from the rear side R of the base plate 10, so that the frictional connection between the disc 30 and the base plate 10 is lost and the bottle holder 20 about the axis of rotation DA relative to the base plate 10 can be rotated (as shown in Figure (a) of the Fig. 3 shown). Depending on the specific configuration of the locking means 30, the bottle holder 20 can be rotated through any desired angle α or locked at any desired angle α relative to the base plate 10. In Figure (a) of the Fig. 3 the bottle holder 20 is shown in two different angles of rotation.

Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section of a bottle holder system 1 according to the invention (in Figure (b) in a perspective view) and two detailed views. On the front side V of the base plate 10, the bottle holder 20 is arranged to be rotatable about the axis of rotation DA running perpendicular to the base plate. The locking means 30, which is designed here as a disk, is arranged on the rear side R of the base plate 10.

On the rear side, i.e. on the side of the bottle holder 20 facing the base plate 10, a connecting element 21 is arranged, which is designed here as a connecting pin. The bottle holder 20 and the connecting pin 21 can be designed in one piece or in one piece. For production reasons, the bottle holder 20 and the connecting pin 21 can also be designed in two parts. If the bottle holder 20 and the connecting pin 21 are made in two parts, then they are firmly connected to one another.

The connecting pin 21 protrudes vertically on the rear side of the bottle holder 20 and engages in a through hole 11 of the base plate 10, so that it protrudes on the rear side R of the base plate 10.

In the embodiment of the bottle holder system 1 shown here, the connecting pin 21 has two sections 22 and 23. The section 22 is that section which is passed through the through hole 11 and protrudes on the rear side of the base plate 10. The section 23 is that section which is arranged on the front side V of the base plate 10 and only protrudes into the through hole 11. The through hole 11 of the base plate 10 and the section 23 of the connecting pin 21 have a circular cross section, the outer diameter of the connecting pin 21 being approximately the same as the diameter of the through hole 11.

A radially circumferential projection 24 is provided on the connecting pin 21 between the two sections 22 and 23, the diameter of the section 22 being smaller than the diameter of the section 23. The projection 24 forms a step between the two sections 22 and 23.

It is advantageous if the cross section of the section 22 of the connecting pin 21 is not circular. At the in Fig. 4 The embodiment shown, the section 22 of the connecting pin 21 has a polygonal, approximately octagonal cross-section.

The locking means or the disk 30 has a through hole 33 with which the disk is pushed onto the section 22 of the connecting pin 21. It is advantageous here if the through hole 33 has a cross section which corresponds to the cross section of the section 22 of the connecting pin 21. This prevents the disk 30 from rotating relative to the section 22 of the connecting pin 21.

The disk 30 is pushed onto the connecting pin 21 until it rests on the projection 24 of the connecting pin 21. Subsequently, a fastening means 50 is attached to the portion of the connecting pin 21 protruding from the disk 30, which allows the disk 30 to move axially relative to one another to the connecting pin 21 prevented. It is advantageous if the disk 30 is firmly clamped between the fastening means 50 and the projection 24 of the connecting pin 21 with the fastening means 50.

The fastening means 50 is designed here as a type of plug which is pushed into a recess in the connecting pin 21. Alternatively, a securing ring or similar suitable means for securing the fastening means 50 on the connecting pin 21 can also be provided.

In Fig. 4 an alternative embodiment of the connecting pin 21 is also shown, the portion 22b protruding from the locking means or the washer 30 being designed as a screw thread to which a nut 50, shown here in dashed lines, can be attached as a fastening means. The section 22a of the connecting pin 21 arranged in the through hole 33 of the disk 30 also does not have a circular cross section here, the through hole 33 of the disk 30 corresponding to the cross section of the section 22a.

On the front of the base plate 10 and between the bottle holder 20 and the base plate 10, locking means 40 are provided with which the bottle holder 20 is pushed away from the base plate 10 with a force F 1 , so that a gap is formed between the bottle holder 20 and the base plate 10 the distance d forms. For example, helical compression springs, which are arranged on the connecting pin 21, can be provided as the locking means 40.

The force F 1 causes the disk 30 to be pressed against the rear side of the base plate 10 with a corresponding force. The resulting static friction between the disk 30 and the base plate 10 ensures that the bottle holder 20 does not rotate independently about the axis of rotation DA, even with heavy bottles.

In order to be able to rotate the bottle holder 20 manually about the axis of rotation DA, for example to align the bottle received in the bottle holder 20, the bottle holder 20 can be pressed against the base plate 10 with a force F 2. As a result, the distance d between the bottle holder 20 and the base plate 10 is reduced. At the same time, the disc 30 is released from the rear side of the base plate 10, so that the static friction between the disc 30 and the base plate 10 is eliminated. The bottle holder 20 can now (while it is pressed) be rotated about the axis of rotation DA. After the desired angle of rotation α has been reached, the bottle holder 20 is released so that, due to the force F 1, the disk 30 is pressed again against the base plate 10 and the bottle holder 20 is locked at the set angle of rotation.

In a preferred embodiment of the bottle holder system 1 according to the invention, the side of the pane 30 facing the base plate 10 can have a non-planar surface, the rear side of the base plate 10 having a surface corresponding thereto. This makes it possible to ensure even better that the disk 30 - and thus also the bottle holder 20 - do not rotate independently about the axis of rotation DA. In this embodiment, not only would the static friction between the disk 30 and the base plate 10 have to be overcome, but also the form fit between the disk 30 and the base plate 10, which is only possible by pressing the bottle holder 20 against the base plate 10.

In the embodiment of the invention shown here, a number of knobs 31 are provided on the side of the disk 30 facing the base plate 10, which correspond to a number of depressions 32 formed on the rear side of the base plate 10. In the locked state, these knobs 31 engage in the corresponding depressions 32 and thus prevent the disk 30 from rotating independently about the axis of rotation DA relative to the base plate 10. By pressing the bottle holder 20 with a force F 2 against the base plate 10, the knobs 31 are removed the recesses 32 moved out, so that the disk 30 is then rotated can be. The knobs and the recesses are arranged uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, so that the knobs 31 can again engage in recesses 32 after the disk 30 has been rotated through an angle α. The more knobs or depressions are provided, the more different angles of rotation can be set at which the bottle holder 20 can be locked.

Fig. 5 shows a bottle holder system 1 according to the invention in an exploded view (in figure (a) from obliquely above and in figure (b) from obliquely below). The bottle holder 20 and the locking means 40 are arranged on the base plate 10 from above, the connecting element 21 of the bottle holder 20 being pushed through the through hole 11 of the base plate 10. The disk 30 is pushed from below onto the section of the connecting element 21 protruding from the underside of the base plate 10 and is fastened to the connecting element 21 with a fastening means 30.
