In Figur 16 ist das Zahnrad 11 über den Schwenkhebel 15 in die Mittelposition geschwenkt. Über den Schwenkhebel 15 ist der Positionsschalter 9.1 gerade betätigt, so dass die Schließbewegung eingeleitet werden kann. In Figur 19 ist wiederum die Offenstellung des motorischen Antriebes gezeigt, in der die Hubstange 7 ganz ausgefahren ist. In Figur 20 ist die mechanische Überlastkupplung 10 ausgelöst. Eine erhöhte Krafteinwirkung wirkt auf die Hubstange 7 entgegen der Ausschubrichtung, z. B. durch Kollision der Frontblende 4 mit einem Hindernis. Durch Zuschlagen der Blende 4 bei ausgefahrener Hubstange 7 löst die mechanische Überlastkupplung 10 zwischen der Hubstange 7 und den Zahnsegmenten der Kurvenbahn 12 aus. Vor Erreichen der Schließstellung des Zahnrades 11 wird die mechanische Überlastkupplung 10 wieder eingekuppelt. Hierbei ist die erforderliche Kraft kleiner als die zum Auslösen der Überlastkupplung 10 erforderliche Kraft. Figur 23 zeigt schließlich die Warteposition nach Auslösung der mechanischen Überlastkupplung 10. Soweit die mechanische Überlastkupplung 10 wieder eingekuppelt ist, wird die Hubstange 7 mittels des Federelementes 14 in die Warteposition bewegt. Die Federkraft des Federelementes 14 ist dabei kleiner als die Rückstellkraft der Selbsteinzugseinrichtung 5. Claims (15)

  1. Piece of furniture (1) with a furniture carcass (2) and a furniture part (4), such as a drawer, a furniture door, a pull-out element (3) or the like, which can be moved from an operating position located in and/or on the furniture carcass (2) into an open position, wherein a motorised drive (6) is provided for an opening movement of the furniture part (4), wherein the motorised drive (6) has a lifting device (7) via which the furniture part (4) can be transferred in a motorised manner from the operating position located in and/or on the furniture carcass (2) into a partially open position such that the furniture part (4) can be decoupled from the lifting device (7) in the partially open position and can be manually moved from the partially open position into the fully open position and in that a self-closing device (5) is provided via which the furniture part (4) can be automatically transferred from the partially open position into the operating position located in and/or on the furniture carcass (2) and wherein the lifting device (7) of the motorised drive (6) has a lifting length that is shorter than the lifting length of a lifting device of the self-closing device (5) and wherein the motorised drive (6) has a gear wheel (11) which can be moved along a curved track (12) provided with gears and is designed so as to be pivotable.
  2. Piece of furniture (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the motorised drive (6) has a lifting rod (7) which can be connected to the furniture part (4) to be opened.
  3. Piece of furniture (1) according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the motorised drive (6) has a controller which controls the motorised drive (6) such that the lifting device (7) can be transferred from an extended position into a retracted or partially retracted operating position.
  4. Piece of furniture (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the controller controls the motorised drive (6) such that the motorised drive (6) transfers the lifting device (7), after the end of a predefinable operating time, into its retracted or partially retracted operating position.
  5. Piece of furniture (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the furniture part (4) can be manually returned from the partially open position and/or from the fully open position into a closed position.
  6. Piece of furniture (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the furniture part (4) can be returned exclusively by the self-closing device (5) from the partially open position into the closed position.
  7. Piece of furniture (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the motorised drive (6) can be activated via a presence sensor (9).
  8. Piece of furniture (1) according to claim 7, characterised in that the presence sensor (9) is designed as a roll sensor.
  9. Piece of furniture (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the furniture part (4) can be manually transferred from a closed standby position located in the opening direction in front of a closed position into the closed position and in this case triggers the motorised drive (6) for an opening movement.
  10. Piece of furniture (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the lifting device (7) has a spring element (14).
  11. Piece of furniture (1) according to claim 10, characterised in that the spring element (14) is designed as a pressure spring.
  12. Piece of furniture (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 11, characterised in that the spring element (14) acts on the lifting rod (7).
  13. Piece of furniture (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the gear wheel (11) is provided on a pivot lever (15).
  14. Piece of furniture (1) according to claim 13, characterised in that a position switch of the motorised drive (6) can be actuated via the pivot lever (15).
