Definitions
- the invention relates to a drywall combination profile and a method for wall construction for erecting statically load-bearing walls and ceilings for drywall houses.
- the main static loads on the house are absorbed by the aligned vertical wall studs made of combination profiles, each of which is framed at its end point in U-shaped steel profiles and planked on both sides with building boards.
- Filling wall bodies can be arranged between the profiles.
- the composite effect of studs subjected to pressure and the flat bracing planking is important because the building panels counteract the local buckling and kinking of the metal studs and the wall supports the house structure as a bracing disc.
- Drywall construction systems have long been known and standardized and are primarily used for statically non-load-bearing or only self-load-bearing walls and are also used for cladding statically load-bearing structures on houses.
- building boards can be screwed directly and by hand to the flat contact surfaces of the lightweight steel profiles with wall thicknesses of approx. 0.6 to 0.7 mm.
- a drywall profile with improved structural strength is presented, which is given particularly stabilized profile sections in the manufacturing process through small-format local deformations or embossing of a sheet-metal strip semi-finished product of the same thickness, which are particularly present on the folds.
- Over the length of the profile there are flat or relatively flat cladding sections and profile sections with greater strength.
- the profile sections shown here as thick-walled relate to the embossing height or depth and the total starting sheet metal thickness.
- the semi-finished product always has the same homogeneous sheet thickness before forming.
- a starting sheet that is necessarily thicker-walled for static house construction then also has a large sheet thickness at the cladding sections, which makes cladding with building boards more difficult, as with any other thick-walled profile.
- the small static improvement of an approx. 0.6 mm thick semi-finished sheet by means of small-format deformations is not sufficient.
- the US 2010/0281821 A1 shows a wall-post profile with meandering profile sections on the chords and in the web with constant sheet metal thickness. This makes the profile sections more stable: there is no differentiation between planking and structural sections.
- the U.S. 4,152,878 A shows a drywall wall stand of the same sheet metal thickness with rail-like belts for form-fitting cladding.
- Standard drywall profiles with a sheet thickness of approx. 0.6 mm allow simple manual planking with building panels on stud walls and ceiling beams, but these light drywall profiles are unsuitable for absorbing static loads of a house.
- the stability in drywall construction is significantly increased, but more complex assembly technologies of the planking are necessary, which increase the construction costs, require specialists as processors, do not allow any personal work and thus reduce the acceptance by the building owners.
- Load-bearing structures with very thin-walled steel profiles usually require several components or intermediate links or complicated, expensive profile designs that make the assembly effort too complex.
- the invention has set itself the task of creating additional drywall connection surfaces on statically stable sheet steel profiles for simple planking with building boards, which enable manual assembly on the construction site and technologically the trades "static shell” from “standard drywall” and temporally separates.
- the stability or at least the installation security of these walls should also be made possible without interior paneling. The dry interior work is therefore only carried out later after all installations have been completed.
- the drywall combination profile made of galvanized sheet steel with its two functional sections stands for high stability and easy processing.
- the thick-walled or profile section with the two straps and the web therefore primarily fulfills the static function of the wall stand, while the thin-walled profile section with a thickness of approx. 0.6 mm can be covered with standard fasteners.
- the stability of the drywall can be adapted to the requirements.
- the static determination of thick-walled steel profiles allows a recognized dimensioning of structures and, in contrast, saves time-consuming individual tests of very thin-walled sheet steel profiles of drywall construction that are used multiple or nested.
- the longitudinally welded sheet metal strip can have a sheet thickness of 0.6 mm and the usual yield point for the drywall contact surface and 1.6 mm sheet thickness with a particularly high yield point for the static profile section.
- the "gap profiling" manufacturing process can also split the cross-section of a thick sheet metal on the narrow sides into partial areas of different thicknesses. This means that a sheet steel web can be split into two unevenly thick drywall contact surfaces and then folded.
- the non-specialized processor is given the opportunity to fasten any planking from the inside of the room to the outside of the stand, even with simple fasteners such as screws and this type of fastening also fulfills the highest structural requirements Conditions.
- the combination profiles according to the invention offer connections for stable outer skins, intermediate plates and decoupled inner skins and component layers that are largely decoupled from structure-borne noise.
- facade brackets or facade support strips are preassembled as facade brackets or facade support strips in the wall mounting process on the stand profile.
- a variety of profile shapes and reinforcement variants can fulfill the above tasks, such as the Figures 1 to 3 demonstrate.
- the drywall wall construction system according to the invention with the combination profile simplifies the processing of static drywall construction systems and also opens up static house construction as a business field for the ambitious drywall builder and thereby lowers the shell construction costs.
- Two fitters can create highly insulated, statically stable exterior walls with the least amount of material, with the desired building physics requirements and in just a few steps in a short time.
- the drywall combination profiles are equally suitable for ceilings and roofs.
- the trades dry shell construction, installations, window construction, dry construction and facade construction can act independently of one another.
- FIG. 1 The embodiment shows horizontal cross-sections through a drywall with three different drywall combination profiles (1), which are set and anchored vertically as wall stands in horizontal U-foot and U-head profiles.
- the outer building panel (4) is primarily used for structural wall stiffening and consists of an OSB panel coated with insulating materials and is part of a wall body (5) that is screwed from the inside to the static section (2) of the drywall combination profile (1).
- the wall bodies (5) with the dimensions of approx. 60 cm x 250 cm and a circumferential tongue and groove system are put together in a horizontal offset across profiles and screwed to the statics sections (2) from the inside of the wall. In the zone of the storey ceiling, a wall body (5) overlaps both the posts of the lower and upper floors.
- the outer insulation layer also serves as a plaster base for the facade.
- the drywall combination profile in the statics section (2) is a modified Z-profile made of sheet steel with a fold on the room side with a thickness of 1.6 mm and with an additional drywall contact surface (8) as a cladding section (3) made of 0.65 mm thick sheet steel.
- the folding of the static profile section stabilizes the belt and reduces the profile width.
- the semi-finished sheet metal strip is a longitudinally welded sheet metal strip of different thicknesses (tailor-welded coil), the static section having a yield point of approx. 600 N / mm 2 .
- the outer drywall contact surface is continuously provided with a hole pattern in the statics section of the combination profile (1) so that the screw connections to the wall bodies (5) can be made from the inside at selected holes. All perforations can be easily reached with hand tools.
- facade brackets (6) On the same drywall contact surface there are larger perforations at a greater distance into which either facade or roof brackets (6) are inserted and anchored from the inside. The latter take on the load transfer from local facade or roof loads to the statics section of the drywall profile. These facade brackets (6) with any structure are anchored from the inside to the drywall profile during the migration process.
- the combination profile of the Figure 1b is in the statics section (2) a Z-profile made of sheet steel with a thickness of 2.5 mm, which is positively connected to a floor-to-ceiling, thin-walled drywall profile as a cladding section (3). Curved local tabs of the thin-walled profile (3) grip into matching cutouts in the Z-profile web and are hooked therein. Because of the accessibility, the cladding section (3) is only hooked after the outer reinforcing cladding (4) has been attached to the structural profile. Especially if there are large differences in thickness between the two Combi profile sections are required to have separate profile parts due to manufacturing requirements.
- the combination profile (1) of the Figure 1c is composed of two separate profile sections; from a static hat profile (2) and a thin-walled C-profile (3) inserted flush and form-fitting therein, both parts of which are fixed by several screw bolts (7).
- the C-profile is only installed later after the outer paneling (4) has been attached.
- a facade support strip (9) is placed vertically on the static profile (2) and fastened from the inside.
- This is a high-strength insulation strip that absorbs the facade forces at the grid spacing of the wall studs and transfers them to the static drywall combination profile.
- Mainly curtain walls are supported on it and can also be attached to it.
- the Figure 2 shows the cross section of a drywall combination profile for ceilings or roofs without the planking on both sides.
- two combination profiles with a statically load-bearing C-profile (2) are positively connected, each made from a tailored coil.
- the thin-walled cladding sections (3) are only formed on the lower chords or statics sections and belong to the same sheet-metal strip semi-finished product of the combination profile.
- the thin-walled cladding section (3) is located in the wall plane parallel to the static section (2) of the individual combination profile and in a parallel offset drywall contact surface.
- Figure 3 The cross-sections of the combination profiles (1) shown are shown without paneling and consist of profile belt sections with different material thicknesses. So the combination profile is the Figure 3a Roll-profiled with the respectively different thickness sections (2) and (3) from just one steel strip semi-finished product, the thin-walled sections of which are created by additional rolling (tailor-rolled coil) or whose sections are created by welding sheet metal strips of different thicknesses (tailor-welded -Coil).
- the edge zones (3) with thin walls on both sides are 0.65 mm thick and the static load-bearing C-profile section (2) is 1.6 mm thick.
- the contact surfaces of the drywall planking for both profile sections are located on both sides in the same wall plane, so that a problem-free connection with the U-foot and U-head profiles is given. Due to acoustical considerations, only the cladding sections (3) can also lie in an offset wall plane.
- FIG. 3b The drywall combination profile (1) with a static double-T structure has only one molded, thin-walled planking section (3) as part of the drywall contact surface (8) on one side of the belt.
- the Figure 3c shows a drywall combination profile (1) with drywall connection surfaces of different thicknesses on both sides, which is produced using the gap profiling manufacturing process.
- a z. B. 3 mm thick sheet steel tape split on the two sides into a 2.3 mm (2) and a 0.7 mm thick sheet metal section (3), the split sheet metal halves were then profiled.

Description
