An das Gehäuse 1 wird nun eine Abwasserleitung angeschlossen, die in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel einen gekrümmten Rohrabschnitt 13 und ein Rohr 14 aufweist, wobei auch andere Abwasserleitungen vorgesehen werden können. Zudem wird an den Anschluss 8 bereits eine Ablaufgarnitur 7 angeschlossen. Falls ein Zulauf für heißes und/oder kaltes Wasser oder eine Elektroleitung an das Gehäuse 1 angeschlossen werden sollen, stehen entsprechende Anschlüsse 9 und 10 hierfür zur Verfügung.

Die Dichtmanschette 17 kann aus einer Folie mit beidseitig kaschiertem Vlies oder einem anderen geeigneten Dichtungsmaterial bestehen und wird mit der Schnittkante 16 des Rahmens 2 verklebt. Ferner ist erkennbar, dass das schalenförmige Unterteil 3 des Gehäuses an der Oberseite eine Schnittstelle 18 aufweist, die abgedichtet mit dem Rahmen 2 verbunden ist, insbesondere durch Verkleben. Claims (3)

  1. Method for installing a drain of a sanitary installation, comprising the following steps:
    - positioning a housing (1) with a connection (8) for a wastewater pipe (13, 14) on a substrate (4);
    - connecting a wastewater pipe (13, 14) to the connection (8) and/or a water inlet (9) or electrical connection (10);
    - connecting a drain set (7) arranged in the housing (1) to the connection (8);
    - pouring a screed (15) and embedding the housing (1) in the screed, wherein an upper frame (2) of the housing (1) projects upwardly from an upper edge of the screed (15);
    - separating the frame (2) at a level of the upper edge of the screed (15) and connecting the frame (2) to a sealing collar (17).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1) is positioned on the substrate (4) via a height adjustment device (5) at such a height that a slope is created in the wastewater pipes (13, 14).
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sealing collar (17) is glued to the frame (2).
