Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fastening device for fastening a blind, decoupled from structure-borne noise, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • structure-borne noise Mechanical vibrations that propagate in solid materials are referred to as structure-borne noise.
  • shocks caused by vibrations can be transmitted from the original location through the masonry.
  • a source of structure-borne noise in buildings are often building services systems, the motor drives of which emit running and switching noises that are distributed over the masonry throughout the house and can lead to disruptive noise levels.
  • the EP-B-1 617 037 discloses a fastening solution for a store, in which the blind housing including the associated blind components is fastened to the ceiling by means of a frame bracket or to the wall by means of brackets.
  • the frame bracket comprises a bracket web from which two elastically deflectable bracket arms with retaining hooks protrude, which are intended to encompass the end edges of the blind housing.
  • At the A leaf spring is arranged between the bracket web and the blind housing and the bracket web in such a way that the end edges of the blind component are pressed into the said retaining hooks.
  • the fastening solution does not include sufficiently sound-insulating or sound-decoupling elements, which means that structure-borne noise can be transmitted from the blind to the ceiling or wall.
  • the German utility model no. 203 07 491 U1 discloses a mounting bracket for blinds and a corresponding blind.
  • the blind is attached to a bracket, which is supported on a carrier via one or more rubber buffers.
  • a tensioning screw extends through the respective rubber buffer in order to rigidly connect the carrier, rubber buffer and retaining bracket and to pretension or compress the rubber buffer.
  • structure-borne noise can be transmitted from the blind to the support and thus to the building.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a fastening device for fastening a store to a part of the building which offers a variety of mounting options for the store and in which structure-borne sound transmission from the store to the part of the building is prevented or at least reduced to a minimum.
  • a fastening device which allows a sound-insulated or sound-decoupled fastening of a blind to a part of the building.
  • the term “blind” denotes a shading device, for example a slat blind, a fabric blind (often also called “awning”) or a roller shutter.
  • the blind generally includes a curtain which, in the case of a fabric blind or a roller shutter, can be wound onto a winding shaft or unwound from it.
  • the slats are usually connected to traction means, such as ropes or straps, which are used to extend or gather the Store can be unwound from or wound onto a shaft.
  • the fastening device of the present invention thus serves for the sound-decoupled or at least sound-insulated fastening of a blind - including curtain and winding shaft as well as possibly existing other blind components, such as blind housing (often also called "box") and / or drive means for moving in and out Store - on a part of a building located inside or outside a building.
  • blind housing often also called "box”
  • drive means for moving in and out Store - on a part of a building located inside or outside a building.
  • the fastening device comprises a carrier which is intended to be fastened directly or indirectly to a part of the building, and a retaining bracket arranged at least in some areas below the carrier.
  • the bracket is intended to be connected to a blind directly or via a blind housing and to carry said blind.
  • the retaining bracket is also supported on at least one elastic, axially resilient (compressible) insulating element, the latter being arranged between the carrier and the retaining bracket.
  • the insulating element exerts an axial support force in the direction of the carrier, by means of which the retaining bracket, when the blind is not installed - directly or via an intermediate element - is held under a pre-tensioning force on the carrier, and the pre-tensioning force is less than that exerted by the retaining bracket including the blind mounted on it Weight force.
  • the force acting on the retaining bracket against the supporting force of the insulating element (which essentially corresponds to the weight of the retaining bracket) is smaller than the supporting force, so that the holding bracket is held in contact with the carrier under a pretensioning force - either directly or indirectly via an intermediate element arranged between the carrier and the holding bracket.
  • the elements of the fastening device (at least consisting of carrier, insulating element, retaining bracket and, if necessary, intermediate element) are held together and form a stable, yet flexible unit, which significantly facilitates their handling, in particular their transport and assembly.
  • this is preferably elastic (i.e. axially compressible) and preferably flat or plate-shaped. It is preferably held in its position in a clamping manner without additional fastening means due to the prestress. Alternatively, it can also be attached, e.g. glued, to the side of the carrier facing the retaining bracket. Thanks to the intermediate element, the retaining bracket does not lie directly on the carrier even when the blind is not installed (i.e. in the non-weight-loaded state), but is held in contact with the bracket due to the pretensioning force on the side of the intermediate element facing the retaining bracket. The pretensioning force generally causes an axial compression of the elastic intermediate element, at least when the blind is not mounted on the retaining bracket.
  • the retaining bracket When the blinds are installed, the retaining bracket bears the weight of the blinds attached to the retaining bracket, including any blind housing and other blind components (such as winding shaft, drive, traction device, etc.).
  • This load pulls the retaining bracket away from the carrier in the opposite direction to the pre-tensioning force (usually downwards).
  • the force acting on the retaining bracket against the supporting force of the insulating element is greater than the pretensioning force. This has the effect that said pretensioning force is overcome in the assembled state of the blinds due to the load held by the retaining bracket and the distance between the retaining bracket and the carrier is thereby increased.
  • the overcoming of the pretensioning force causes the retaining bracket to be automatically lifted off the carrier. If, on the other hand, there is an elastic intermediate element, then in the assembled state of the blind the retaining bracket lifts off the intermediate element, provided that the distance is greater than the thickness of the intermediate element in the decompressed state. In this respect, it is also possible that the retaining bracket is still in contact with an (at least partially decompressed) intermediate element even after the pretensioning force has been overcome.
  • a structure-borne sound decoupling or structure-borne sound insulation between the store and part of the building is achieved by lifting the retaining bracket off the carrier or by increasing the distance between the carrier and the retaining bracket. This ensures that in the assembled state there are no sound bridges between the store and the building part, so that noise emissions caused by the use of the store can be reduced to a minimum.
  • Interposing an elastic intermediate element has the additional advantage that the retaining bracket - as above mentioned - comes into contact with the carrier indirectly via the intermediate element and is thus decoupled from it in terms of structure-borne noise even in the non-loaded state.
  • the retaining bracket is supported on at least two elastic insulating elements, an insulating element preferably being arranged on both sides of the retaining bracket. A particularly stable support of the retaining bracket can thereby be achieved.
  • the retaining bracket is C-shaped or U-shaped and comprises a retaining plate and two retaining arms protruding from the retaining plate.
  • the holding arms preferably protrude substantially at right angles from the holding plate and are used to hold the blind or a blind component (e.g. a blind housing), this preferably being done by means of holding hooks which engage under the blind or blind component. This makes it very easy to mount the blind on the bracket.
  • the retaining bracket is designed similar to that in FIG EP-B-1617037 is described.
  • the retaining bracket has a retaining plate bent into a U-profile (analogous to the bracket web according to FIG EP-B-1617037 ), in which there is a through hole in the middle.
  • An elastically deflectable bracket arm is integrally formed on each of the two ends of the holding plate and protrudes at right angles from the holding plate and in the direction of the opening of the U-shaped holding plate.
  • a retaining hook is formed on each of the free end areas of the two bracket arms. The retaining hooks are intended to grip under the housing end edges of a blind housing in a form-fitting manner and thus to support the housing.
  • the housing is moved from below between the two bracket arms in the direction of the retaining plate until the retaining hooks reach under the housing on the underside and thereby fix it to the retaining bracket.
  • the assembly of the blind housing (incl. Blind) is therefore particularly easy.
  • each retaining arm preferably has a retaining tab which rests on an associated insulating element and preferably projects away from the associated retaining arm in the direction of the other retaining arm.
  • the retaining tabs preferably protrude outward in the opposite direction (away from the center of the retaining bracket) from the associated retaining arm.
  • the fastening device can be mounted on the building by means of the carrier, which can be constructed in one or more parts.
  • the carrier can either be mounted directly on a part of the building or be connected indirectly to a horizontal or vertical part of the building, for example via separate mounting brackets or via guide rails attached to a facade reveal.
  • the carrier is designed as a U- or C-shaped carrier bracket and comprises a carrier plate and two carrier arms protruding from the carrier plate, preferably elastically deflectable.
  • An insulating element is assigned to each support arm and held thereon.
  • the term "held” does not necessarily require the presence of holding means; the insulating element is preferably clamped between part of the carrier and the associated carrier arm; but without the use of additional fasteners (such as screws, glue, clamps, etc.).
  • each carrier arm has a tongue at its free end which engages under a respective insulating element and preferably protrudes from the associated carrier arm in the direction of the other carrier arm and preferably at least approximately parallel to the carrier plate.
  • the tongues therefore preferably project inwardly from the respective carrier arm in the opposite direction.
  • the fastening device preferably comprises two insulating elements, which are each supported on a tongue of an associated support arm and on each of which a tab of an associated holding arm is supported.
  • the weight of the retaining bracket and blind acts via the tabs on the insulating elements and compresses them so that they are securely clamped between the respective tongue and tab.
  • An additional fixation of the insulating elements by additional fastening means, for example by means of screws or gluing, is not necessary. This not only saves material and assembly time, it also enables the insulation elements to be easily replaced if they are damaged or worn.
  • the insulating element is or the insulating elements are furthermore preferably shaped so that on the one hand it / they are stably supported on the carrier - for example on the tongue of the associated carrier arm - and on the other hand the retaining bracket is / are - for example over the tab of the associated holding arm - Stably supported on the associated insulation element.
  • each insulating element is particularly preferably designed as a solid body, i.e. without a continuous cavity.
  • each insulating element preferably has two recesses in order to receive the tongue of the associated support arm on the one hand and the tab of the associated holding arm on the other hand.
  • the insulating elements can have an H-shaped contour for this purpose, for example. This means that the insulating element has an H-shaped outline in plan view.
  • the insulating element is preferably designed in one piece.
  • the elastic insulating element, or each insulating element preferably has a body made of an elastomeric material, the elastomeric material preferably comprising a plastic or cork, preferably a rubber material, particularly preferably containing or consisting of polyurethane.
  • a particularly preferred elastomeric material is Sylomer® (registered trademark).
  • the Shore hardness level of the elastomeric material can be selected depending on the weight of the blind to be carried by the retaining bracket.
  • the elastomeric material is preferably weatherproof and UV-resistant.
  • a temperature resistance in the range from -10 ° C to 40 ° C is particularly advantageous.
  • Sylomer® material (registered trademark) fulfills these requirements and is therefore particularly suitable.
  • the elastic insulating element can alternatively also comprise a metal compression spring, preferably made of spring steel.
  • a metal compression spring has the advantage over an elastomer body that it has a particularly high level of resistance, for example to UV radiation and temperature fluctuations.
  • an intermediate element is present, it is preferably made of the same or a similar material as the insulating element.
  • the carrier generally has at least one through hole which is used to receive a fastening element, for example a fastening screw.
  • a fastening element for example a fastening screw.
  • the through-hole is preferably formed in the carrier plate.
  • the carrier plate has a central through hole and, if necessary, further holes in the area of its corners or end edges in order to fasten the carrier to the building part by means of several fastening screws.
  • the blind is attached to a vertical part of the building, for example a wall of a house.
  • the support can be attached to the vertical part of the building by screwing a support arm or a rear wall connecting the support arms.
  • the through-hole can additionally be lined with and preferably with a sound-absorbing material, preferably containing or consisting of nitrile, silicone, polyurethane, acrylate, polychloroprene and / or fluorine rubber.
  • a sound-absorbing material preferably containing or consisting of nitrile, silicone, polyurethane, acrylate, polychloroprene and / or fluorine rubber.
  • the carrier is preferably made of metal, preferably aluminum or stainless or galvanized steel, or of a stable plastic. The same applies to the carrier bracket.
  • the blind is carried by the bracket.
  • the retaining bracket can either be connected directly to the blind - for example with a winding shaft of the blind - or it can carry a blind housing in which the blind is held.
  • the weight of the store depends on its size and type (e.g. store with rope guidance or store with guide rails). For larger blinds, more than one retaining bracket, eg 2, 3 or 4 retaining brackets, is often used. If necessary, a separate mounting bracket is used for each retaining bracket (see Fig. 5 ). If there are several retaining brackets, several mounting brackets are used accordingly.
  • the spring properties of the fastening device can also be adapted to the weight of the blind to be carried by choosing the insulating element, for example by choosing an elastomeric material with a certain Shore hardness.
  • the load acting on a retaining bracket under normal weather conditions (ie without wind) is preferably a maximum of 500 N, more preferably a maximum of 300 N.
  • the insulating element - or pair of insulating elements - exerts a supporting force which counteracts the load and is smaller in magnitude than the load. If the load acting on a retaining bracket is 300 N, for example, the supporting force exerted by the associated insulating element or pair of insulating elements would have to be less than 300 N. (With an insulating element pair assigned to the retaining bracket, each insulating element would exert a supporting force of less than 150 N.)
  • the supporting force jointly exerted by the insulating element (with only one insulating element per bracket) or the pair of insulating elements is preferably less than 450 N, preferably less than 250 N, particularly preferably approx. 20 to 150 N.
  • the supporting force exerted by the insulating element or the pair of insulating elements holds the retaining bracket in contact with the support under prestress.
  • the pretensioning force is preferably sufficiently large to keep the components of the fastening device in contact with one another when the blind is not mounted on the retaining bracket (or when the retaining bracket is not in a loaded state). This enables the components to be transported and assembled as a unit.
  • additional tension elements can be provided which exert a force on the insulating element or the pair of insulating elements directed against the pretensioning force.
  • the blind can have an end rail (in the case of fabric blinds often also referred to as a drop bar) have, which is guided with a rope tension between two guide rails or along a rope or rod guide to keep the curtain under tension.
  • end rail in the case of fabric blinds often also referred to as a drop bar
  • Such solutions are known to those skilled in the art as rail, cable or rod-guided blinds.
  • the present invention also relates to a system comprising at least one such fastening device and a blind, the blind preferably being a slat blind, a fabric blind or a roller shutter.
  • the fastening device comprising the above-described components of retaining bracket, carrier and insulating element (and optionally an intermediate element) can be pre-assembled and delivered as a unit. It is then only necessary to attach the carrier to the desired installation location and to fix the blind - either directly or indirectly via a blind housing - to the bracket. (Of course, this also applies in the case of assembly using several fastening devices.)
  • the housing can preferably be fastened to the retaining bracket by latching.
  • this can be achieved, for example, by the retaining bracket similar to that in FIG EP-B-1617037 is designed and two elastically resilient Has bracket arms which, in the assembled state, engage under the housing of the store in a form-fitting manner.
  • the retaining bracket can also be designed as part of the housing, for example as a side wall or part of a side wall of the housing.
