Claims (13)

  1. Gefalzter Artikel, der Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Deckel (2), der eine Ecke (21) aufweist;
    - einen Falzflansch (3), der vor dem Falzen wenigstens eine innere Ecke (31) aufweist, deren Form jener der Ecke (21) des Deckels entspricht; wobei ein Teil (311) der inneren Ecke des Falzflansches (3) auf einer Oberfläche (22) der Ecke (21) des Deckels (2) gefalzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche (22) der Ecke (21) hohl ist.
  2. Gefalzter Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ecke (21) einen Umfang (23) aufweist, dessen Form ein Kreisbogen mit Radius R1 ist.
  3. Gefalzter Artikel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die hohle Oberfläche (22) konkav ist.
  4. Gefalzter Artikel nach Anspruch 3, wobei die konkave hohle Oberfläche (22) eine Form aufweist, die so gewählt ist, dass eine Linie auf der konkaven hohlen Oberfläche, die durch einen freien Rand des gefalzten Teils (311) der inneren Ecke an der Ecke (21) eine Länge besitzt, die bis auf ±20 % gleich der Länge des Kreisbogens mit Radius R1, der den Umfang (23) der Ecke bildet, ist.
  5. Gefalzter Artikel nach Anspruch 4, wobei die konkave hohle Oberfläche (22) die Oberfläche einer Kugel ist, deren Radius R2 bis auf ±20 %, vorzugsweise ±10 %, stärker bevorzugt ±5 % gleich dem Radius R1 ist und noch stärker bevorzugt ungefähr gleich R1 ist.
  6. Gefalzter Artikel nach Anspruch 5, wobei ein Pol der Kugel mit Radius R2 der Mitte des Kreisbogens mit Radius R1 entspricht.
  7. Gefalzter Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Deckel (2) einen Umriss (24) aufweist, wovon die Ecke (21) einen Teil bildet, wobei der Falzflansch (3) vor dem Falzen eine zylindrische Wand aufweist, wovon jener Teil (311) der inneren Ecke, der dazu bestimmt ist, gefalzt zu werden, und dem Umriss (24) des Deckels entspricht, einen Teil bildet, wobei nach dem Falzen ein Teil der zylindrischen Wand wenigstens teilweise, vorzugsweise als Ganzes, auf den Umriss (24) des Deckels gefalzt wird.
  8. Gefalzter Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der gefalzte Teil (311) der inneren Ecke eine konstante Dicke aufweist.
  9. Gefalzter Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, der außerdem einen Aufnahmebehälter (4) umfasst, der einen Rand aufweist, der eine äußere Oberfläche und eine innere Oberfläche aufweist, wobei die innere Oberfläche des Randes einen Innenraum begrenzt, der durch den Deckel (2) abgedeckt ist, wobei der Rand eine Form definiert, die jener des Deckels (2) entspricht, wobei die äußere Oberfläche mit dem Falzflansch in Kontakt ist.
  10. Gefalzter Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der Artikel ein Artikel ist, der einem Druck unterworfen werden kann, wovon eine Komponente eine Kraft auf den Deckel (2) auf einer Fläche ausübt, die der Fläche jener Ecke gegenüberliegt, auf die der gefalzte Teil (311) der inneren Ecke gefalzt ist, wobei dieser Teil der inneren Ecke (31) dann eine Kraft ausübt, der jener entgegengesetzt ist, die durch die Komponente des Drucks ausgeübt wird.

  12. Luftladekühler, der einen Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 11 umfasst.
  13. Abgasrückführungssystem, das einen Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 11 umfasst.
