Definitions
- the invention relates to a locking pin for a closure of a connecting rod fitting of a window, a window door or the like with a foot part provided for attachment in a drive rod of the drive rod fitting, with a head part provided for engaging a striker plate of the lock and with a head part arranged between the head part and the foot part Fixing element.
- Such a locking pin is for example from the DE 20 2012 000 211 U1 known.
- a snap ring causes a positive locking of a mushroom pin with a mushroom roller.
- the snap ring thus forms a fixing element for holding the mushroom roller on the mushroom pin.
- the component in engagement with the strike plate as a mushroom roller is axially immovably connected to the mushroom pin to be fastened in the drive rod.
- a disadvantage of this locking pin is that the height of the mushroom roller cannot be adjusted and therefore tolerances between the components of the window cannot be compensated for.
- a closure for a drive rod fitting has become known in which a head part has an axial guide relative to the foot part. This allows the height of the head part to be adjusted by means of tensile and compressive forces relative to the foot part.
- the head part has a transition or press fit in the foot part.
- a disadvantage of the closure is that the transition or press fit can be released by forces introduced radially into the head part.
- the invention is based on the problem of developing a locking pin of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that the height of the head part can be reliably and permanently determined.
- the fixing element is held in an axially arranged guide between the head part and the foot part and is designed to hold the axial position of the head part relative to the foot part in a non-positive manner.
- the fixing element enables the frictional connection in the axial guide.
- the head part can thus be adjusted in the axial direction relative to the foot part.
- the height of the head part relative to the foot part is fixed reliably and permanently because the fixing element is held in the axially arranged guide.
- the mounting of the fixing element in the axial guide protects the non-positive mounting of the head part from forces introduced into the head part. A rotation of the head part with respect to the foot part does not lead to a change in the forces with which the head part is axially held.
- the axial guide in the head part is designed in the form of a groove to accommodate the fixing element and if the fixing element is biased against walls of the guide. Furthermore, the axial guidance is particularly simple in construction as a result.
- the preloading of the fixing element against the axial groove is particularly simple if the fixing element is designed to be resilient.
- the head part can easily be rotated with respect to the foot part, the axial guidance of the fixing element being arranged in the head part and a smooth pivoting bearing of the fixing element in the foot part.
- the head part is able to roll on the strike plate with little friction in the assembled state of the locking pin.
- the guide preferably ensures that the axial position of the head part with respect to the foot part is retained when the head part is rotated.
- the foot part has at least one sliding surface for supporting the fixing element.
- Axial support of the fixing element in a first direction can easily be achieved according to another advantageous development of the invention if the foot part has a circumferential retaining collar at its free end and if the at least one sliding surface is arranged on the circumferential retaining collar. This engages the circumferential retaining collar also the fixing element and secures it in the axial direction.
- the head part can also be grasped from behind and reliably connected to the connecting rod.
- the locking pin has a particularly high stability as a result.
- Axial support of the fixing element in a second direction can easily be achieved according to another advantageous development of the invention if the foot part has a circumferential bearing collar near the side to be attached to the drive rod and if the at least one sliding surface is arranged on the circumferential bearing collar.
- the assembly of the locking pin is particularly simple when the circumferential bearing collar arranged close to the drive rod is arranged on an insert part.
- the production of the locking pin is particularly simple if the foot part has a constriction and if the at least one sliding surface is arranged in the constriction.
- the constriction preferably has two sliding surfaces for supporting the fixing element in both axial directions.
- the locking pin is particularly simple in construction when the fixing element has a bead projecting into the constriction.
- the assembly of the locking pin is particularly simple if the foot part has a pin provided for attachment to the drive rod.
- the pin is preferably pressed into a bore in the drive rod.
- the locking pin enables a particularly smooth-running espagnolette fitting if the fixing element has a circumferential bearing collar for sliding bearing on one of the driving rods Espagnolette covering faceplate has. Furthermore, the fixing element is thereby reliably held in its axial position.
- Figure 1 shows a sash 2 of a window, a door, a French window or the like locked in a frame 1 with a lock 3 of a drive rod fitting 4, not shown.
- the lock 3 has a locking pin 6 riveted to a drive rod 5 and a locking plate fastened in the frame 1 7.
- the locking pin 6 has a cylindrical pin 8.
- the drive rod 5 is guided in the wing 2 on a fixed faceplate 9 so that it can be moved longitudinally.
- the faceplate 9 has an elongated hole 10 through which a foot part 11 of the locking pin 6 passes through.
- a head part 12 of the locking pin 6 rests with a lateral surface 13 on an edge 14 of the locking plate 7.
- FIG. 1 Furthermore shows Figure 1 that an axis 15 of the foot part 11 is offset from an axis 16 of the head part 12.
- the head part 12 is thus arranged eccentrically to the foot part 11.
- the pretensioning of the lateral surface 13 against the edge 14 can thus be changed by rotating the foot part 11 with respect to the drive rod 5.
- the foot part 11 has a circumferential bearing collar 17 which slides over the faceplate 9 when the lock 3 is in operation.
- the head part 12 has a mushroom head 18 which engages behind the edge 14 of the strike plate 7.
- FIG 2 shows the locking pin 6 from Figure 1 in an enlarged sectional view.
- the foot part 11 has two circumferential sliding surfaces 19, 20, between which a fixing element 21 is arranged.
- the fixing element 21 is held in an axially arranged guide 22 of the head part 12 and holds the head part 12 non-positively in the position shown.
- the head part 12 can thus be displaced axially with respect to the foot part 11 by means of a force provided and rotated with the fixing element 21 along the circumferential sliding surfaces 19, 20 with respect to the foot part 11.
- a circumferential holding collar 23 arranged at the free end of the foot part 11 engages behind the fixing element 21 and the guide 22 of the head part 12 for the fixing element 21.
- the circumferential holding collar 23 thus forms a stop for the maximum axial displacement of the head part 12 relative to the foot part 11 of the circumferential sliding surfaces 20 is arranged on the circumferential retaining collar 23, while the other of the circumferential sliding surfaces 19 is arranged on the bearing collar 17.
- the foot part 11 also has an internal multi-tooth 24 for attaching a turning tool. This allows the bias of the head part 12 against the in Figure 1 Adjust the illustrated edge 14 of the strike plate 7.
- FIG 3 shows a sectional view through the locking pin 6 from Figure 2 along the line III - III. It can be seen here that the fixing element 21 has two clamping projections 25, 26 with which it is pretensioned in a resilient manner against the lateral walls of the axial guide 22 in the head part 12.
- Figure 4 shows a longitudinal section through the head part 12 with the fixing element 21 inserted in the axial guide 22.
- the fixing element 21 is longer than the guide 22 in FIG Head part 12, so that the head part 12 is axially displaceable on the fixing element 21.
- the ends of the fixing element 21 have radii with which they are attached to the sliding surfaces 19, 20 of the in Figure 2 illustrated foot part 11 are adapted.
- Figure 5 shows the firing pin 6 for clarity Figure 1 in an exploded view.
- the retaining collar 23 of the foot part 11 is only to be produced by upsetting after the assembly of the head part 12 and the fixing element 21.
- the foot part has a constriction 27 between the retaining collar 23 and the bearing collar 17.
- the constriction 27 is delimited by the two sliding surfaces 19, 20 for the fixing element 21.
- Figure 6 shows a further embodiment of a wear pin 106 in an exploded view.
- This embodiment is different from that Figure 5 only in that a bearing collar 117 with a sliding surface 119 for a fixing element 121 is arranged on an insert 128.
- the insert 128 can be slipped onto a foot 111.
- FIG 7 shows a further embodiment of a locking pin 206 in an exploded view.
- the locking pin 206 is different from that Figure 6 only because a fixing element 221 has three axial tongues 229 protruding from a circumferential bearing collar 217 and is manufactured in one piece with an insert 228.
- a retaining collar 223 arranged at the free end of a foot part 211 has a sliding surface 220 for supporting the free ends of the tongues 229 of the fixing element 221.
- the insert part 228 has on its side facing away from a head part 212 a sliding surface 219 for support on the in Figure 1
- the faceplate 9 shown The fixing element 221 is thus axially secured and rotatably mounted between the retaining collar 223 and the faceplate 9 in the assembled state of the locking pin 206.
- Figure 8 shows the locking pin 206 Figure 7 in the assembled state in a cross section through the head part 212 and the tongues 229 of the fixing element 221. It can be seen here that a guide 222 in the head part 212 has three axial grooves 230 for the tongues 229 of the fixing element 221.
- FIG. 9 shows a further embodiment of the locking pin 306 in an exploded view.
- a foot part 311 has a constriction 327 with two sliding surfaces 319, 320 for a bead 331 arranged on a fixing element 321.
- FIG. 11 shows a cross section through the locking pin 306 from FIG Figure 9 in the assembled state. It can be seen here that a head part 312 has an axial guide 322 for the fixing element 321. Otherwise the locking pin 306 is off like that Figure 5 built up.

The invention is based on the problem of developing a locking pin of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that the height of the head part can be reliably and permanently determined.
This problem is solved according to the invention in that the fixing element is held in an axially arranged guide between the head part and the foot part and is designed to hold the axial position of the head part relative to the foot part in a non-positive manner.
With this design, the fixing element enables the frictional connection in the axial guide. The head part can thus be adjusted in the axial direction relative to the foot part. However, the height of the head part relative to the foot part is fixed reliably and permanently because the fixing element is held in the axially arranged guide. The mounting of the fixing element in the axial guide protects the non-positive mounting of the head part from forces introduced into the head part. A rotation of the head part with respect to the foot part does not lead to a change in the forces with which the head part is axially held.
A non-positive retention of the head part in its axial position can easily be ensured according to another advantageous development of the invention if the axial guide in the head part is designed in the form of a groove to accommodate the fixing element and if the fixing element is biased against walls of the guide. Furthermore, the axial guidance is particularly simple in construction as a result.
According to another advantageous development of the invention, the preloading of the fixing element against the axial groove is particularly simple if the fixing element is designed to be resilient.
According to another advantageous development of the invention, the head part can easily be rotated with respect to the foot part, the axial guidance of the fixing element being arranged in the head part and a smooth pivoting bearing of the fixing element in the foot part. As a result of this design, the head part is able to roll on the strike plate with little friction in the assembled state of the locking pin. This means that the connecting rod fitting can be operated with little effort and is therefore particularly convenient. The guide preferably ensures that the axial position of the head part with respect to the foot part is retained when the head part is rotated.
According to another advantageous development of the invention, it contributes to further simplifying the structural design of the locking pin if the foot part has at least one sliding surface for supporting the fixing element.
Axial support of the fixing element in a first direction can easily be achieved according to another advantageous development of the invention if the foot part has a circumferential retaining collar at its free end and if the at least one sliding surface is arranged on the circumferential retaining collar. This engages the circumferential retaining collar also the fixing element and secures it in the axial direction. By appropriately designing the circumferential retaining collar, the head part can also be grasped from behind and reliably connected to the connecting rod. The locking pin has a particularly high stability as a result.
Axial support of the fixing element in a second direction can easily be achieved according to another advantageous development of the invention if the foot part has a circumferential bearing collar near the side to be attached to the drive rod and if the at least one sliding surface is arranged on the circumferential bearing collar.
According to another advantageous development of the invention, the assembly of the locking pin is particularly simple when the circumferential bearing collar arranged close to the drive rod is arranged on an insert part.
According to another advantageous development of the invention, the production of the locking pin is particularly simple if the foot part has a constriction and if the at least one sliding surface is arranged in the constriction. The constriction preferably has two sliding surfaces for supporting the fixing element in both axial directions.
According to another advantageous development of the invention, the locking pin is particularly simple in construction when the fixing element has a bead projecting into the constriction.
According to another advantageous development of the invention, the assembly of the locking pin is particularly simple if the foot part has a pin provided for attachment to the drive rod. The pin is preferably pressed into a bore in the drive rod. By offsetting the axis of the pin and the axis of a mounting of the head part on the foot part, the locking pin can be equipped with an eccentricity. With such an eccentricity, a contact pressure of the locking pin against the strike plate and thus a pretensioning of the window can be set.
According to another advantageous development of the invention, the locking pin enables a particularly smooth-running espagnolette fitting if the fixing element has a circumferential bearing collar for sliding bearing on one of the driving rods Espagnolette covering faceplate has. Furthermore, the fixing element is thereby reliably held in its axial position.
