caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte d'une part, une unité de stockage de pains alimentaires et d'autre part, des moyens mécanisés et/ou automatisés de prélèvement d'au moins un pain dans ladite unité de stockage et de transfert puis de chargement dans ladite goulotte, par son extrémité supérieure ouverte, et que :
  • ladite unité comprend un ou plusieurs plateaux superposés formant une pile ;
  • elle comporte des moyens conformés pour que le plateau le plus haut sur lequel sont présents des pains occupe toujours un niveau constant ;
  • elle comporte au moins un organe de poussée tel qu'un vérin conformé pour évacuer lesdits pains présents sur le plateau le plus haut ;
  • ainsi qu'un réceptacle mobile entre une position de chargement dans laquelle il reçoit au moins un pain évacué par ledit au moins un organe de poussée, et une position de transfert dans laquelle ledit réceptacle est positionné en regard de ladite goulotte, au voisinage immédiat de son extrémité supérieure ouverte.
