This is fixed in tightly between the upper portion 2c and the fitting. At the water connection, a first end of the shower hose 8 is connected.
- the shower hose 8 then extends with a first portion 8a down to the bottom portion 2d of the mounting container 2, there around the first guide roller 9 around and then as a second tube section 8b between the first, lower guide roller 9 and the second, upper guide roller 10th , which is fixed to the rear wall 25 of the mounting container 2, guided upwards.
- the shower hose 8 is then guided around the second guide roller 10 and runs as a third tube section 8c between the second guide roller 10 and the third guide roller 11.
- the third deflection roller 11 is thus at least partially disposed in the insert container 3.
- the third guide roller 11 is arranged in an orientation transverse to the orientation of the first and second guide rollers 9, 10. That is, the axis of rotation D9 of the first guide roller 9 and the axis of rotation D10 of the second guide roller 10 are arranged parallel to each other and thereby perpendicular to a plane defined by the rear wall 25 of the mounting container 2 level.
- the axis of rotation D11 of the third deflection roller 11 is perpendicular to the axes of rotation D9, D10 arranged in the intermediate space 4 first and second guide rollers 9, 10 and extends parallel to the plane defined by the rear wall 25 of the mounting container 2 level.
- the third guide roller 11 protrudes in the illustrated embodiment of Fig. 1 partly or with a smaller section or circular sector into the intermediate space 4 and with a larger section into the receiving space 20 of the insert container 3.

Description
The present invention relates to a sanitary installation in a niche of a building wall, in particular for the accommodation of the pull-out shower of a shower according to claim 1.
Inset in the wall sanitary installations have long been known in many versions. In conventional shower hoses, the hose connection, the hose and the hose holder are located in front of the cover layer of the wall. The resulting disadvantages are, on the one hand, that the shower hose hangs in the shower cubicle or in the bath, disturbs the user and, at best, scratches the top layer of the wall or the tub. In addition, this has increased calcium deposits on the shower hose result, which has an increased cleaning effort. If the shower hose is laid in the flush-mounted, the hose must be deflected to prevent entanglements. This can be achieved with the aid of a deflection device known to the person skilled in the art.

Based on the cited prior art, there is a need for an improved embodiment of a sanitary installation located behind a shower wall, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, the sanitary installation should be designed such that the maintenance and cleaning of the sanitary installation is improved. More preferably, the improved installation is to provide a guide mechanism for a shower hose and a solution for the discharge of waste water, which accumulates by the withdrawal of the shower hose back into the behind or in the wall receiving space.
This object is achieved by a sanitary installation for the arrangement in a recess or niche of a wall of a shower room, for example a shower cubicle or the wall next to or above a bathtub or shower tray or the wall of another sanitary room according to claim 1. The inventive sanitary installation has a mounting box with a receiving space or an access opening, which is bounded by a circumferential side wall, and by a rear wall. In the first receiving space of the mounting container, a use container is detachably inserted. The insert container also has a receiving space, which is also bounded by a circumferential side wall and by a rear wall. In this case, the insert container preferably has a smaller depth than the depth of the mounting container. Preferably, the insert container is inserted into the first receiving space of the assembly container up to a stop on the edge bounding the second receiving space of the insert container.
According to the invention, there is an intermediate space between the rear wall of the assembly container and the rear wall of the insert container. This is limited to the wall through the rear wall of the mounting container and on the side facing the shower room through the rear wall of the insert container. Laterally, the gap is limited by the circumferential side wall of the mounting container.
Die Höhe des Zwischenraums liegt vorzugsweise im Bereich von ca. 60 bis 80 cm.The internal dimension height of the mounting container preferably corresponds to the height of the intermediate space. The internal dimension width of the mounting container also corresponds to the width of the intermediate space. The depth of the gap is preferably in the range of about 3 to 6 cm. The height of the gap is preferably in the range of about 60 to 80 cm.
Advantageously, the insert container is frictionally secured in the mounting container. By overcoming the frictional force of the insert container can be pulled out to gain access to the underlying assembly container.
For example, the assembly container and / or the use container may each be formed at least partially, preferably completely from plastic and / or metal.
The gap can be used in many ways. According to the invention, a shower hose is arranged in the intermediate space, which, for the purpose of use, can be pulled out of the intermediate space at least partially or in sections. The shower hose can be either stowed loosely in the space, or by means of a mounted on the rear wall of the mounting box or at the bottom of the wall niche Guiding device to be ordered or guided in the space. The shower hose can then pull by train at its not fixed in the space, free end via an outlet opening into the shower room into it.
According to a preferred embodiment, a guide device for the shower hose is arranged in the intermediate space. This is preferably a deflection device, and / or a retractor, and / or a retraction device for the shower hose.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the inventive sanitary installation has a guide device which has at least one first deflection roller for the shower hose, which is rotatable on a first axis of rotation. Advantageously, the shower hose is automatically retracted after use, so to speak, from the shower room into the space. For this purpose, the guide device preferably has a guide rail on which the first guide roller is height-adjustable and rotatably mounted, and to which preferably a weight is attached. The pulley and the weight can be enclosed by a housing.
The shower hose can be particularly well in the space lead when the guide device in addition to the first, movable in height deflection roller has a second, preferably permanently installed, rotatable at a second axis of rotation pulley for the shower hose. According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the first deflection roller is in the bottom region of the mounting container, i. arranged in the vicinity of the bottom region of the intermediate space and the second deflection roller in the region of the upper portion of the peripheral side wall of the mounting container or in the vicinity of the ceiling of the intermediate space.
Preferably, the second deflection roller is attached to the rear wall of the mounting container. Alternatively, the second deflection roller may also be attached to the upper portion or in the bottom region of the peripheral side wall of the mounting container.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the shower hose is passed from the intermediate space into the receiving space of the insert container, from where it passes through the user can be pulled into the shower room. For this purpose, the insert container on its rear wall on a recess through which the shower hose can be performed. The deflection of the shower hose is preferably carried out by means of a third deflection roller, which is rotatably mounted on a third axis of rotation. This third deflection roller preferably projects through the recess of the rear wall of the insert container and preferably protrudes with a first section into the assembly container and with a second section into the insert container. Alternatively, the third deflection roller can also be arranged completely in the intermediate space, ie completely in the receiving space of the assembly container, or else completely in the receiving space of the insert container. The shower hose is preferably guided under the third guide roller into the insert container and terminates there preferably with a connection to a shower head. Advantageously, a holder for the shower head or pull-out spray is provided in the container from where the shower head can be pulled for use in the shower room. In this case, an element for preventing an excessive withdrawal can be arranged on the shower bracket.
The third deflection roller is preferably fastened to the insert container, in particular on the circumferential side wall of the insert container, preferably on one of the two lateral sections. The arranged in the receiving space of the insert container portion of the third deflection roller is received according to a further preferred embodiment in a housing or at least partially covered by a housing.
The leadership of the shower hose into the insert container is carried out in a particularly advantageous manner, when the axis of rotation of the third guide roller perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the first guide roller and - if the guide device also has a second guide roller - is also perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the second guide roller.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the mounting container is formed in itself completely sealed. This means that the rear wall and the circumferential side wall are tightly connected with respect to water. Thereby, the entry of water, moisture or dirt from the surrounding wall and directly from the shower room can be prevented in the mounting pretext. As mentioned above, in a preferred embodiment of the assembly container, the individual sections of the circumferential side wall integrally connected to each other and / or formed integrally with the rear wall or tightly connected to the rear wall.
Preferably, a sealing plane is located between the mounting container and the wall, by preferably at least one sealing element being arranged on at least one of the boundary surfaces, preferably on all interfaces between the wall or the flush mounting and the mounting container. Other sealing elements may be arranged in the region between the cover layer and the mounting container, and possibly also between the mounting container and the insert container.
In a further preferred embodiment of the sanitary installation according to the invention, the assembly container has a peripheral flange on its periphery. In this case, the mounting container can be secured in an area of this flange to the wall or flush, in particular by means of at least one fastening element.
Preferably, the flange is sealed from the wall. The flange is preferably covered by a cover layer, in particular by tiles. Preferably, a sealing element is disposed at an interface between the flange and the wall and / or between the flange and the cover layer, e.g. a sealing foil.
Furthermore, it is preferred if the insert container has a peripheral flange on its periphery. It is particularly advantageous if both the assembly container and the insert container both have a circumferential flange. Between these two flanges then comes the cover layer of the wall and possibly additionally a sealing element, as described above, to lie. At the same time the peripheral flange of the insert container serves the stop of the insert container on the cover layer when inserted into the mounting container and thus determines the depth of use of the insertion in the mounting container and thus also the depth of the gap.
Preferably, the mounting container, and preferably also the insert container each have a substantially rectangular base, wherein the corners also can be rounded. The mounting container and the insert container are thus preferably designed as a hollow box open on one side. In this preferred case, the circumferential side wall of the mounting container has a first lateral section and a second lateral section, wherein the first lateral section and the second lateral section preferably face each other in parallel. Furthermore, the circumferential side wall of such a preferred mounting container has an upper portion and a bottom portion between the lateral portions.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting container, the individual portions of the peripheral side wall are integrally connected to each other and / or formed integrally with the rear wall of the mounting container or tightly connected to the rear wall of the mounting container. The upper portion of the peripheral side wall of the mounting container is preferably arranged perpendicular to the two lateral portions of the peripheral side wall. However, the lateral sections and / or the upper section of the circumferential side wall may also be formed at an angle or inclined to one another. Likewise, the floor area can be in an angular arrangement or inclined to the rear wall or to the lateral sections.
The preferred internal dimensions of the mounting box are in the range of 15 to 20 cm for the depth, 60 to 80 cm for the height, and 30 to 50 cm for the width.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the insert container also has the form of a hollow quadrant open on one side. In this preferred case, the circumferential side wall of the insert container has a first lateral section and a second lateral section, wherein the first lateral section and the second lateral section preferably face each other in parallel. Furthermore, the circumferential side wall of such a preferred insert container between the lateral portions on an upper portion and a bottom portion, wherein these two are preferably also arranged perpendicular to the lateral portions.
In a preferred embodiment of the insert container, the individual portions of the peripheral side wall are integrally formed and / or tightly connected to each other and formed integrally with the rear wall of the insert container and / or tightly connected to the rear wall of the insert container.
The preferred internal dimensions of the insert container are in the range of 10 to 17 cm for the depth, 60 to 80 cm for the height, and 30 to 50 cm for the width.
Advantageously, the mounting container has a media connection, in particular a water connection for the shower hose. The media connection is preferably arranged in an opening of the upper portion of the peripheral side wall of the mounting container and tightly fastened there, in particular tightly between the upper portion of the peripheral side wall and the media port. The media connection preferably has the shape of a connection fitting. Alternatively, the media connection can also be arranged on the rear wall or in the bottom region of the mounting container.
In the case of the arrangement of a water connection for the shower hose then extends in a particularly preferred embodiment of the shower hose from the water connection via deflection to the insert container out. According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the shower hose extends from the water connection with a first portion to the first, lower pulley, around it, then with a second portion to and around the second, upper pulley, and with a third portion in the feed tank in via the third deflection roller, which is preferably arranged in the bottom region of the insert container. The fourth section of the shower hose is then preferably arranged in the insert container and ends with the shower head.
Preferably, the insert container in its receiving space on a mounting device for the shower head.
Alternatively, the shower hose instead of insert container also at a location of the wall next to, above or below the insert container directly from the wall into the shower room and the shower head can thus be releasably attached at that point on the cover layer of the wall or removable or fixed. In the case of a fixed shower spray no retraction mechanism in the space is needed. If the shower is mounted outside of the insert container directly to the shower wall, the Shower hose not led into the insert container, but from the intermediate space directly to the desired exit point from the wall. Here, the insert container then serves not as a receiving space for the shower head, but only as a separation or sealing of the space from the shower room and possibly as a storage for shower utensils.
According to a further preferred embodiment, alternatively or additionally, a functional unit, preferably an electrical functional unit, may be arranged in the intermediate space. To use such a functional unit energy or water pipes would have to be performed at most by the use of containers and / or by the mounting container. For this purpose, the above-mentioned media connection can also serve to supply the functional unit. In such a case, the mounting container may have both a media connection for the functional unit and a water connection for the shower hose. The space can also be used as a storage space in addition to the function as a receiving space for the shower hose.
By the withdrawal of the shower hose in the space water can get into the space and accumulate in the bottom of the mounting tank. For example, to solve this problem, the bottom area of the mounting box may have a drainage connection at the lowest point of the mounting box, which may be connected to a hose e.g. connected to an overflow pipe of the shower cubicle or bathtub.
Alternatively or additionally, as already mentioned above, the bottom region of the mounting container may have a downwardly directed inclination, so that water collected in the intermediate space flows independently through the gaps between the bottom region of the mounting container and the bottom region of the insert container into the shower space or into the shower room Shower cubicle or the bathtub can empty.
A particularly practical variant of a use container has at least one shelf, which is arranged between the upper portion of the peripheral side wall of the insert container and the bottom portion of the insert container. Preferably the insert container on at least one or at least two shelves, which spaced from each other through the receiving space of the insert container and serve the storage eg of shower utensils.
The sanitary installation can be improved to the effect that the receiving space of the insert container towards the shower room has a cover, so that the contents of the insert container is protected from the shower room with the cover closed before entering water. The cover can also serve as a screen. The cover is preferably designed as a flap or door, and in particular as a swinging door or sliding door. For example, it may be at least partially made of glass, e.g. Mirror glass, or be made of plastic, or for example at least partially made of the same material as the cover layer, e.g. made of tile material or stone or ceramic. The flap can be mounted on the mounting container or on the insert container, for example on the respective flange.
The presented two-shell sanitary installation makes it possible, on the one hand, to move the retraction mechanism for the shower hose into the wall or in a sealed room, while providing a simple solution for the cleaning, revision or repair of the mounting container and the guide or retraction mechanism 'of the shower hose or the connectors attached to it. For this purpose, the insert container can be easily pulled out of the mounting container. In addition, the insert container can serve as a shelf for holding Duschutensilien and possibly also for receiving and attaching the shower fixture.

The mounting
In this mounting

The
