In Fig. 1 ist eine Aufnahmepfeife mit 2 bezeichnet, die Bestandteil einer im Übrigen nicht dargestellten Einschäumform ist. Die Aufnahmepfeife 2 weist eine Formmulde 4 in Form einer Ausnehmung auf, deren freier Querschnitt dem in dieser aufzunehmenden Haftverschlussteil 6 angepasst ist. Entlang der seitlichen Längsränder ist die Formmulde 4 durch ebenflächige Wandteile 8 begrenzt. Das Haftverschlussteil 6 weist ein flächiges Trägerband 10 auf, an dessen einer Seite Haftelemente angeordnet sind. Diese sind beim dargestellten Beispiel durch (in der Zeichnung nur teilweise bezifferte) Pilzköpfe 12 gebildet, die sich an vom Trägerband 10 abstehenden Stielen befinden. Hierbei kann es sich um einen sog. Haftverschluss handeln, bei dem 200 bis 400 Verhakungselemente und mehr pro cm2 am Trägerband 10 vorgesehen sind. Dieses kann durch ein Grundgewebe aus Polyamid mit Stielen aus Polypropylen gebildet sein, an denen die Pilzköpfe 12 durch thermische Bearbeitung ausgebildet sind. Der Träger 10 mit den Pilzköpfen 12 kann auch aus einem spritzgegossenen Kunststoffprofil bestehen. Während beim gezeigten Beispiel die Verhakungselemente durch Pilzköpfe 12 gebildet sind, können die Verhakungselemente auch durch Schlingen oder Schlaufen eines Schlaufenmaterials gebildet sein. Haftverschlüsse dieser Art mit Pilzköpfen 12 als Verhakungselemente sind unter der Produktbezeichnung Pressotex® und mit Verhakungselementen in Form eines Flauschmaterials unter der Produktbezeichnung Klettostar® jeweils von der Anmelderin auf dem Markt erhältlich.In 1 a receiving whistle is denoted by 2, which is part of a foaming mold that is otherwise not shown. Das Trägerband 10 ist an seiner von den Verhakungselementen abgewandten Seite über eine Klebstoffschicht 14 mit einem zweiten Trägerband 16 fest verbunden. Die Klebstoffschicht 14 besteht beim vorliegenden Beispiel aus einem feuchtigkeitsvernetzenden, polyurethanhaltigen Klebstoff. In die Klebstoffschicht 14 ist mittig ein Eisendraht 18 eingebettet, der sich über die gesamte, senkrecht zur Zeichnungsebene verlaufende Länge des Haftverschlussteils 6 erstreckt. In Verbindung mit in der Einschäumform befindlichen, nicht gezeigten permanentmagnetischen Elementen bildet der Eisendraht 18 eine magnetische Halteeinrichtung, die das Haftverschlussteil 6 in der Aufnahmepfeife 2 festlegt. Das über die Klebstoffschicht 14 befestigte zweite Trägerband 16 ist ein spritzgegossenes Kunststoffprofil, das an der von der Klebstoffschicht 14 abgewandten Seite angeformte, nicht sämtlich bezifferte runde Vorsprünge 20 in Form von freistehenden Stäbchen besitzt. Diese bilden ein Verbindungsmittel, das eine gute Anhaftung des Formschaums beim Einschäumvorgang gewährleistet. Wie der Zeichnung entnehmbar ist, hat das zweite Trägerband 16 eine größere Breite als das erste Trägerband 10 und steht mit je einem Seitenstreifen 22, die die gleiche Breite besitzen, über das erste Trägerband 10 seitlich vor. Mit der den Vorsprüngen 20 abgewandten Seite bilden diese Streifen 22 jeweils eine Verbindungszone 24, an der eine Abdeckfolie 26 ablösbar anbringbar ist. Diese ist beim vorliegenden Beispiel durch eine Folie, beispielsweise aus Polyester, gebildet, die in der Art eines Klebebandes mit einem Haftkleber 28 versehen ist, mit dem sie mit ihren Längsrändern an den Verbindungszonen 24 der Seitenstreifen 22 des zweiten Trägerbandes 16 ablösbar verklebt ist. Die Fig. 1 zeigt diesen Zustand, bei dem zur Vorbereitung eines Einschäumvorgangs das Haftverschlussteil 6 in die Aufnahmepfeife 2 zusammen mit der Abdeckfolie 26 eingelegt ist, die den gesamten Bereich der Verhakungselemente (Pilzköpfe 12) dicht einschließt und beim Schäumvorgang gegen den Eintritt von Formschaum schützt. Für die spätere Herstellung der Haftverbindung mit dem jeweils korrespondierenden anderen Haftverschlussteil stehen daher nach Ablösen der Abdeckfolie 26 die Verhakungselemente voll funktionsfähig zur Verfügung.The carrier tape 10 is firmly connected to a second carrier tape 16 via an adhesive layer 14 on its side facing away from the hooking elements. Bei dem teilgefertigten Zustand der Fig. 2a ist die Abdeckfolie 26 mit der Schutzlage 38 an die Pilzköpfe 12 angelegt, jedoch noch nicht durch Bewegen der Seitenränder der Abdeckfolie 26, wie mit Pfeilen 36 angedeutet, an den Verbindungszonen 24 der Seitenstreifen 22 des zweiten Trägerbandes 16 angeklebt. Das eisenhaltige Vliesmaterial 40 hat die gleiche Breite wie das verlorene Schutzband 32 und steht seitlich über die dazwischenliegende Schutzlage 38 über, so dass die Seitenstreifen des Schutzbandes 32 durch Anlegen, wie mit den Pfeilen 34 angedeutet, mit dem eisenhaltigen Vliesmaterial 40 ablösbar verklebbar sind. Nach Ablösen des verlorenen Schutzbandes 32 steht das Vorprodukt 42 zur Vervollständigung des Ausführungsbeispiels von Fig. 4a zur Verfügung. Nach Anlegen der Seitenstreifen des eisenhaltigen Vliesmaterials 40 an das zweite Trägerband 16 und Verkleben mit dessen Seitenstreifen in den Verbindungszonen 24 bildet das eisenhaltige Vliesmaterial 40 die Abdeckfolie, die in gleicher Funktion wie die Abdeckfolie 26 der vorhergehenden Ausführungsbeispiele den dichten Einschluss für die Pilzköpfe 12 bildet.the Figure 4a shows an inventive embodiment that, like the Figure 2a , which represents the touch-and-close fastener part 6 in the partially manufactured state. Claims (9)

  1. System comprising a covering film (40) and an adhesive closure part (6), having a first carrier strip (10) with interlocking elements (12) arranged on one side of said strip and having a second carrier strip (16) comprising a connecting means (20) for the purpose of attaching a moulded foam on the side of said strip facing away from the interlocking elements (12), wherein the interlocking elements (12) are at least sometimes covered by the covering film (40), which is connected in a detachable manner to components of the adhesive closure part (6), characterised in that the covering film (40) itself is formed by a ferrous non-woven material (40), which is furnished with an adhesive (42) on its end face facing the interlocking elements (12).
  2. System according to claim 1, characterised in that the covering film (40) comprises the adhesive, particularly in the form of a contact adhesive (42), on its side facing the interlocking elements (12), in that the covering film (40) can be connected, with its two longitudinal edges, to the two allocated longitudinal edges (22) of the second carrier strip (16) along a connecting zone (24) such that they can be detached again, in that, for this purpose, the second carrier strip (16) protrudes over the first carrier strip (10) at the edges, and in that the connecting zone (24) is arranged on the side of the second carrier strip (16) facing away from the connecting means (20).
  3. System according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the adhesive (42) of the covering film (40) is in contact with the end faces of the interlocking elements (12) or in that a protective layer (38) is placed between the end faces of the interlocking elements (12) and the covering film (40).
  4. System according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the covering film itself is formed by a ferrous non-woven material (40), which is furnished with adhesive in the form of the contact adhesive (42) on its end face facing the interlocking elements (12).
  5. System according to claim 4, characterised in that the covering film (40) formed by ferrous non-woven material comprises a protective layer (38) between said film and the interlocking elements (12).
  6. System according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the two carrier strips (10, 16) are connected to one another on their end faces facing one another by an adhesive (14), particularly in the form of an adhesive containing polyurethane.
  7. System according to claim 6, characterised in that an iron wire (18) is inserted in the adhesive (14) between the two carrier strips (10, 16).
  8. System according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connecting means on one side of the second carrier strip (16) is formed by a plurality of protruding small individual rods (20), which guarantee that the moulded foam adheres without any additional protrusions.
  9. Use of a system according to any one of claims 1 to 8 in a foam mould, particularly for manufacturing motor vehicle seat cushions, having a receiving pipe (2) in which the interlocking elements (12) covered with the covering film (40) can be inserted, wherein, after connecting the moulded foam to the connecting means (20) forming the seat cushion, and after extracting from the foam mould and after removing the covering film (40), the interlocking elements (12) are exposed.
