- the partition element 10b has an outer surface 25 that faces a section 7b of the suction duct 7, and an inner surface 26 that faces the branches 7a of the suction duct 7.
- the cooking vapors are divided between the two branches 7a of the suction duct 7 and, due to the profile of the inner surface 26, the two portions of the vapors are conveyed by laminar flow toward the two inlet ports 8a of the centrifugal fan 8.
- the curved shape of the partition wall 10d makes such portions more laminar as it facilitates and promotes their movement toward the housing of the fan 8.
- the curved shape of the partition element 10d has the shape of an arc of a parabola.

Claims (9)
- Kochfeld (1) umfassend:- . ein Tragelement (2) aufweisend eine Oberseite (2a) und eine Unterseite (2b);- . mindestens einen Kochbereich (3), der zur Aufnahme eines Heizelementes auf der Oberseite (2a) konfiguriert ist;- . eine Absaugöffnung (5) zum Abzug von Kochdünsten;- . eine mit der Einlassöffnung (5) in Fluidverbindung stehende Absaugleitung (7);- . Absaugmittel (18), die zum Abzug der Kochdünste durch die Absaugöffnung (5) und die Absaugleitung (7) mit der Absaugöffnung (5) verbunden sind;- . eine unter der Absaugöffnung (5) befindliche Auffangschale (19) zum Auffangen von durch die Absaugöffnung (5) fließenden Flüssigkeiten;- Kopplungsmittel (20), die der Schale (19) zugeordnet sind, um die Schale (19) reversibel am Tragelement (2) zu befestigen;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplungsmittel (20) eine Vielzahl von magnetischen Elementen (21) bilden, welche mit der Schale (19) zur magnetischen Kopplung mit dem Tragelement (2) befestigt sind.
- Kochfeld (1) wie im vorhergehenden Anspruch beansprucht, wobei die magnetischen Elemente (21) auf einem oberen Rand (19b) der Schale (19) angeordnet sind.
- Kochfeld (1) wie in irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche beansprucht, wobei vier der magnetischen Elemente (21) vorgesehen sind.
- Kochfeld (1) wie in irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein mechanisches Sicherheitsmittel (22) umfasst, das konfiguriert ist, die Schale (19) in einer vorbestimmten Stellung am Tragelement (2) zu verriegeln.
- Kochfeld (1) wie in Anspruch 4 beansprucht, wobei das mechanische Sicherheitsmittel (22) auf dem oberen Rand (19b) der Schale (19), insbesondere zwischen zwei magnetischen Elementen (21) angeordnet ist.
- Kochfeld (1) wie in Anspruch 4 oder 5 beansprucht, wobei das mechanische Sicherheitselement (22) durch einen Schlüssel (23) definiert ist.
- Kochfeld (1) wie in Anspruch 6 beansprucht, wobei das Tragelement mindestens eine Bohrung (24) für den Schlüssel (23) aufweist; der Schlüssel (23) dazu ausgelegt ist, in die Bohrung (24) zu passen und in der Bohrung (24) verriegelt zu werden, wodurch die Schale (19) am Tragelement (2) verriegelt wird.
- Kochfeld (1) wie in irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaugmittel (18) einen Zentrifugallüfter (8) und einen mit dem Zentrifugallüfter (8) verbundenen Motor (9) umfassen; das Kochfeld (1) ferner ein Gehäuse (10) für den Zentrifugallüfter (8) umfasst, wobei das Gehäuse (10) die Absaugleitung (7) definiert, das Gehäuse (10) ein in einem Dampfstrom in der Leitung (7) wirkendes Trennelement (10b) umfasst, um den Dampfstrom in zwei Teilströme zu teilen, die jeweils auf einen jeweiligen Einlass (8a, 8a') des Zentrifugallüfters gerichtet sind.
- Kochfeld (1) wie in Anspruch 8 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennelement (10d) die Form eines Bogens, bevorzugt eines Parabelbogens aufweist.
