Description

The present invention relates to a shelf for a refrigerator and such a refrigerator. A refrigeration device is understood in particular to mean a household refrigeration device, that is to say a refrigeration device that is used for household management in households or in the catering sector, and in particular serves to store food and / or beverages at certain temperatures, such as a refrigerator, a freezer, a fridge-freezer combination, or a freezer.

In conventional refrigerators, the refrigerator interior is divided into several compartments by shelves. This allows a user to store different types of refrigerated goods in different compartments of the refrigerator. A further systematization of the refrigerated goods arrangement within a compartment is generally not possible, so that with an insufficient number of compartments, refrigerated goods often have to be stored unsystematically in a compartment of a refrigerator. It would therefore be advantageous to be able to flexibly adapt the design of the refrigerator interior defined by the shelves.

According to a first aspect, the object according to the invention is achieved by a refrigeration device with a shelf, the refrigeration device defining a cooling space in which the shelf can be arranged. The shelf comprises a flat front element, a flat central element and a flat back element, wherein in a first arrangement of the front element and the back element relative to the central element the front element, the central element and the back element in one Lay level and form a coherent storage area. The front element and the back element are attached to the central element such that they can be rotated such that the front element and the back element can be arranged in a second arrangement relative to the central element, in the second arrangement the front element forming a first storage surface which is arranged offset in parallel above a second storage surface which is formed by the central element, and the rear element forms a third storage surface, which is arranged offset in parallel below the second storage surface.

This provides an improved shelf for a refrigerator, which allows flexible storage of refrigerated goods.

In an advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the front element and the back element are attached to the central element such that they can rotate so that arranging the front element in the second arrangement results in arranging the back element in the second arrangement. This achieves the advantage that only the front element has to be brought into the second arrangement by hand, since, due to the coupling of the movement of the back element to the movement of the front element, the back element thereby automatically, i.e. is brought into the second arrangement synchronously.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the front element and the rear element are rotatably attached to the central element such that the arrangement of the front element in the second arrangement comprises a first rotary movement and the arrangement of the rear element in the second arrangement comprises a second rotary movement, which is the first Rotation is opposite. This has the advantage that the front element and the rear element can be brought into the second arrangement essentially by a simple rotary movement.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the front element and the rear element are attached to the central element such that they can rotate in such a way that the front element remains in a parallel arrangement relative to the central element during the first rotary movement and the rear element in a parallel arrangement relative to the central element during the second rotary movement Central element remains. A parallel arrangement is understood here to mean that the front element or the rear element lie in a respective plane which is parallel to a plane in which the central element lies.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the shelf comprises swivel arms on the front, by means of which the front element is rotatably attached to the central element, and rear swivel arms, by means of which the rear element is rotatably attached to the central element. This achieves the advantage that the front element and the rear element perform a rotary movement guided by the swivel arms.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the front swivel arms are coupled to the rear swivel arms in such a way that the rear element is arranged in the second arrangement by arranging the front element. This has the advantage that only the front element has to be brought into the second arrangement by hand, since the coupling of the movement of the back element to the movement of the front element automatically brings the back element into the second arrangement.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the front swivel arms include inner front swivel arms and outer front swivel arms and the rear swivel arms inner rear swivel arms and outer rear swivel arms, wherein the inner front swivel arm and the inner rear swivel arm are each rotatably attached to the central element and the inner front swivel arm is coupled to the inner rear swivel arm such that the inner front swivel arm and the inner rear swivel arm rotate together about a common central axis of rotation.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the outer front swivel arm is rotatably attached to the central element such that the outer front swivel arm rotates about an axis of rotation offset parallel to the central axis of rotation, and the outer rear swivel arm is rotatably attached to the central element, that in each case the outer rear swivel arm rotates about a further axis of rotation offset parallel to the central axis of rotation.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the front swivel arms are attached to respective side sections of the front element and respective side sections of the central element and the rear swivel arms are attached to respective side sections of the rear element and to the respective side sections of the central element.

According to the invention, the shelf further comprises two lateral guide rails, the central element being mounted in the guide rails in such a way that the central element can be displaced along the guide rails. This achieves the advantage that a gap between the shelf elements and an inside of a rear wall of the refrigerator, which is created when the shelf elements are moved from the first arrangement into the second arrangement, can be compensated for.

The shelf is designed such that in the second arrangement of the front element and the rear element relative to the central element, when the central element is displaced along the guide rails, the front element and the rear element remain in the second arrangement relative to the central element. This achieves the advantage that a gap between the shelf elements and an inside of a rear wall of the refrigerator, which is created when the shelf elements are moved from the first arrangement into the second arrangement, can be compensated for.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the shelf further comprises a rear bar via which the two lateral guide rails are connected to one another. This has the advantage, for example, that the shelf is stable. The rear bar can be designed such that in the first arrangement of the front element and the rear element relative to the central element, a section of the rear element can be inserted into the rear bar and in the second arrangement of the front element and the rear element relative to the central element a section of the central element can be inserted into the Back bar can be inserted.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the shelf, the shelf further comprises fastening elements which are designed to be introduced into corresponding fastening recesses on an inside of the refrigeration device in order to arrange the shelf in the cooling space of the refrigeration device. This has the advantage that the shelf can easily be removed or reinserted, for example, for cleaning the shelf.

According to the invention, the invention also relates to a method for operating a shelf in a refrigeration device, the refrigeration device defining a cooling space in which the shelf is arranged, the shelf comprising a front element, a central element and a rear element, the method comprising: arranging the front element and the back element in a first arrangement relative to the central element, in which the front element, the central element and the back element lie in one plane, in order to form a continuous storage surface; and arranging the front element and the back element in a second arrangement relative to the central element, wherein in the second arrangement the front element forms a first storage surface, which is arranged offset in parallel above a second storage surface which is formed by the central element, and the rear element forms a third storage surface forms, which is arranged parallel offset below the second storage surface, the shelf further comprising two guide rails, the central element being slidably mounted in the guide rails along the guide rails, the shelf being designed such that in the second arrangement of the front element and the rear element relative to the central element when the central element is displaced along the guide rails, the front element and the rear element remain in the second arrangement relative to the central element.

Figure 1 shows a refrigerator representative of a general refrigeration device 100 with a refrigeration device body 103 and a refrigeration device door 105, which is attached to the refrigeration device body 103, in order to be able to close a cooling chamber opening of a refrigeration device interior (or cooling space) 101 defined by the refrigeration device body 103. The refrigeration device body 103 defines a refrigeration device outer wall and a cold room wall. The cold room wall comprises a wall top, a wall rear, a first wall long side, a second wall long side and a wall bottom, which delimit the cooling room 101 of the refrigeration device 100. At least one bowl-shaped door rack 109 can be provided on the inside of the refrigerator door 105, which is also designed to hold refrigerated goods.

The refrigeration device 100 can have one or more refrigerant circuits, each with a refrigerant evaporator, refrigerant compressor, refrigerant condenser and / or Throttle body include. The refrigerant evaporator is a heat exchanger in which, after expansion, the liquid refrigerant is evaporated by absorbing heat from the medium to be cooled, for example air. The refrigerant compressor is a mechanically operated component that sucks refrigerant vapor from the refrigerant evaporator and discharges it to the refrigerant condenser at a higher pressure.

As in Figure 1 illustrated, the refrigeration device 100 comprises a plurality of shelves 110 according to one embodiment, which subdivide the cooling space 101 of the refrigeration device 100 into different compartments for storing refrigerated goods. The Figures 2a and 2b show detailed views of the interior 101 of the refrigerator 100 with a shelf 110 according to an embodiment in a first arrangement in which the shelf forms a storage surface, and a second arrangement in which a flat front element 111, a flat central element 112 and a flat back element 113 of the Shelf 110 are arranged one above the other to form three vertically offset storage surfaces.

The Figures 3a to 3d show the shelf 110 of the Figures 2a and 2b in the first arrangement, an intermediate arrangement and the second arrangement. As previously related to Figure 2b mentioned, the shelf 110 comprises a substantially rectangular front element 111, a substantially rectangular central element 112 and a substantially rectangular rear element 113. In one embodiment, the front element 111, the central element 112 and the rear element 113 can be at least partially made of glass.

As already related to Figure 2a mentioned and in Figure 3a illustrated, the front element 111 and the back element 113 can assume a first arrangement relative to the central element 112, in which the front element 111, the central element 112 and the back element 113 lie in one plane and form a coherent storage surface. Since the front element 111 and the rear element 113 are rotatably attached to the central element 112, the front element 111 and the rear element 113 can be arranged in a second arrangement relative to the central element 112, in the second arrangement the front element 111 forming a first storage surface which is arranged parallel offset above a second storage surface, which is formed by the central element 112, and that Back element 113 forms a third storage surface, which is arranged offset in parallel below the second storage surface. Figure 3b shows the shelf 110 in an intermediate arrangement, ie when the front element 111 and the rear element 113 are moved from the first arrangement (see Figure 3a ) in the second arrangement (see Figures 3c and 3d ) relative to the central element 112.

According to one embodiment, the movement of the front element 111 relative to the central element 112 can be coupled to the movement of the rear element 113 relative to the central element 112, i.e. that by arranging the front element 111 in the second arrangement relative to the central element 112, automatically arranging the rear element 113 in the second arrangement relative to the central element 112. For example, in the first arrangement, a user can grip a front bar 111a of the front element 111 and move it into the second arrangement by means of a rotary movement about a central axis of rotation defined by the central element 112, whereby at the same time by a rotational movement in the opposite direction of rotation, the rear element 113 also in the second arrangement is arranged relative to the central element 112. Depending on the design of the rotatable attachment of the front element 111 and the back element 113 to the central element 112, in order to move the front element 111 and the back element 113 from the first arrangement into the second arrangement, in addition to the rotary movement described above, a small linear movement of the front element 111 away from the first Central element 112 may be required to detach the front element 111 from the central element 112 in order to carry out the rotary movement.

In the in the Figures 3a to 3d In the illustrated embodiment, the front element 111 and the back element 113 are rotatably attached to the central element 112 such that when the front element 111 is rotated, the front element 111 remains in a parallel arrangement relative to the central element 112 and when the back element 113 is rotated, the back element 113 is also in a parallel arrangement relative to the central element 112 remains. A parallel arrangement is understood here to mean that the front element 111 or the rear element 113 lie in a respective plane which is parallel to the plane in which the central element 112 lies.

To carry out the above rotary movements in the in Figures 3a to 3d Embodiment shown the shelf 110 front swivel arms 118a, 118b and rear swivel arms 119a, 119b. For the sake of clarity, the Figures 3b to 3d the swivel arms have only been identified on one side of the shelf 110 by reference numerals, since it can be seen that the shelf has the same configuration on the other side. The front element 111 is rotatably attached on both sides to the corresponding sides of the central element 112 by means of the front swivel arms 118a, 118b.

The rear element 113 is rotatably attached on both sides to the corresponding sides of the central element 112 by means of the rear swivel arms 119a, 119b. As already described above, according to one embodiment, the front swivel arms 118a, 118b can be coupled to the rear swivel arms 119a, 119b such that by arranging the front element 111 in the second arrangement, the rear element 113 in the second arrangement is simultaneously arranged relative to the central element .

As in the Figures 3b to 3d As shown, the front swing arms 118a, 118b may include an inner front swing arm 118a and an outer front swing arm 118b, and the rear swing arms 119a, 119b may include an inner rear swing arm 119a and an outer rear swing arm 119b. The inner front swivel arm 118a and the inner rear swivel arm 119a are rotatably attached to the central element 112 and are coupled to one another such that the inner front swivel arm 118a and the inner rear swivel arm 119a rotate together about the common central axis of rotation. Like this, for example Figures 3b and 3c can be removed during this rotational movement about the common central axis of rotation, due to the rigid coupling, there is no change in the orientation of the inner front swivel arm 118a relative to the inner rear swivel arm 119am, which are essentially aligned along a straight line.

The outer front swivel arm 118b is rotatably attached to the central element 112 such that the outer front swivel arm 118b rotates about an axis of rotation offset parallel to the central axis of rotation. The same is true outer rear swivel arm 119b rotatably attached to the central element 112 such that the outer rear swivel arm 119b rotates about a further axis of rotation offset parallel to the central axis of rotation.

As can be seen, in the side view, for example, the front element 111, the central element 112, the inner front swivel arm 118a and the outer front swivel arm 118b form a parallelogram, the shape of which changes in the course of the rotational movement. The same applies to the rear element 113, the central element 112, the inner rear swivel arm 119a and the outer rear swivel arm 119b. The rigid coupling of the inner swivel arms 118a, 119a ensures that the rotational movement of the front element 111 and the rear element 113 takes place synchronously relative to the central element. The rotation of the outer pivot arms 118b, 119b about axes of rotation offset in parallel ensures that the front element 111 and the rear element 113 remain in a parallel arrangement relative to the central element 112 during these rotary movements.

Like this in the Figures 3a to 3d is shown, the shelf 110 can further comprise two laterally arranged guide rails 116a, 116b, in which the central element 112 is slidably mounted. The displaceable mounting of the central element 112 allows the gap between the central element 112 and the rear bar 115 (see Figure 3c ) to compensate for the fact that the central element 112 together with the front element 111 and the rear element 113 are displaced horizontally in the direction of the rear bar 115, namely until the storage area defined by the central element 112 closes without a gap with the rear bar 115. Like this in the Figures 3c and 3d is shown, with such a displacement of the central element 112 along the guide rails 116a, 116b, the front element 111 and the rear element 113 remain in the second arrangement relative to the central element 112, ie parallel relative to the central element 112.

In addition to the function of accommodating the rear element 113 in the first arrangement and the central element 112 in the second arrangement, the rear strip 115 can also serve to connect the two guide rails 116a, 116b to one another and thus to stabilize the shelf 110 as a whole. The shelf 110 may also be a pair of fastening elements 117a, 117b, which are designed to be introduced into corresponding fastening recesses on an inside of the refrigeration device 100 in order to arrange the shelf 110 in the cooling space 101 of the refrigeration device 100.

A corresponding method for operating the shelf 110 in the refrigerator 100 comprises the following steps: arranging the front element 111 and the rear element 113 in a first arrangement relative to the central element 112, in which the front element 111, the central element 112 and the rear element 113 in one Lay level to form a coherent storage area; and arranging the front element 111 and the rear element 113 in a second arrangement relative to the central element 112, wherein in the second arrangement the front element 111 forms a first storage surface which is arranged offset in parallel above a second storage surface which is formed by the central element 112, and the rear element 113 forms a third storage surface, which is arranged offset in parallel below the second storage surface.
