Description

The invention relates to a treatment device for at least one textile according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for treating at least one textile according to the preamble of claim 9.

Such a device has a circulating conveyor for conveying the at least one textile to a treatment station and at least one holding device which is designed to receive and hold at least one textile.

In such a method, the at least one textile is arranged on a holding device which is provided on a circulating conveyor, wherein the textile can be delivered to a printing device by means of the circulating conveyor.

In the field of textile printing, there is a constant need to provide the surface to be printed on the conveyor during conveyance, in particular through individual printing stations such as pretreatment, drying and the actual printing device (s), in order to shift or slip in relation to a previously defined relative To prevent positioning of the textile opposite the printing stations. Means for fixing textiles are known to those skilled in the art, in which the textile to be printed is fixed in a type of frame setting, this frame, which is usually made of metal or hard plastic, is inserted into a printing device or locked to a conveyor. The fixing of the textile in the frame takes place in a separate upstream work step. This represents an additional work step which makes the overall process lengthy and more costly than if it were not fixed in the frame.

A generic prior art is based on US 2015/016549 A1 emerged. To receive the textile, an L-shaped holding device is provided which is only connected to a circulating conveyor in the area of a short fastening web. The receiving web of the holding device, which is spaced apart from the circulating conveyor, can be exposed to undesirably high bending deformations.

Weitere Druckvorrichtungen sind aus der US 2013/0293652 A1 und der US 2009/097044 A1 bekannt.Further printing devices are from the US 2013/0293652 A1 and the US 2009/097044 A1 known.

The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device and a method for treating a textile to be printed with which a textile can be positioned in a particularly economical and precise manner.

According to the invention, the object is achieved by a device according to claim 1 and by a method according to claim 9.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention are given in the dependent claims.

In the device according to the invention it is provided that the at least one holding device on the circulating conveyor has a raised support area which provides a raised support for at least part of the textile.

A first basic idea of the invention consists in providing a textile to be printed in an area provided for this on a conveying means, by means of which the textile can be delivered to a printing device. In this case, there is basically no need for a conventional fixing frame in which the textile is clamped beforehand in order to then provide it on the conveying means. In principle, the holding device can be designed as part of the conveying device and can provide a special area on which the textile can be provided with a particularly precise location. For this purpose, the holding device can be provided, for example, with a non-slip coating, in particular with a rubber coating or another surface that has an adhesive effect on textiles. This can prevent a subsequent shifting or slipping of the positioned textile on the holding device. Even with a guide contact of the textile with a print head, for example one digital inkjet print head, the textile can thus be provided in a stationary manner on the holding device. The holding device can in this case be formed from segments which, taken individually, can at least partially have the adhesive properties. Due to the segment-like structure, in particular the size of the holding device can be adapted to a textile to be printed. This makes it possible to provide a print image of particularly high quality. In principle, the holding device can be formed from a material that is flexible in shape.

According to the invention, the textile to be printed is not provided in a fixing frame that can be delivered to a printing device or a conveyor, but rather is arranged directly on the conveyor or on a receiving area provided for this purpose, namely a holding device. This eliminates the additional work step of initially arranging / bracing in a fixing frame.

According to the present invention it is provided that the holding device is formed with segments which are connected to the circulating conveyor. In principle, the segments of the holding device, that is to say of the receiving area, can be placed on the circulating conveyor. It is preferred, however, that the holding device is connected to the circulating conveyor, preferably detachably, via grooves, screw connections, welding, gluing, latching or the like. As a result, the individual segments can form a unit with the circulating conveyor after the segments have been connected to the circulating conveyor. The receiving area for textile on the circulating conveyor can be formed by the segments.

According to a particularly expedient development of the present invention, it is provided that the circulating conveyor comprises an endless conveyor belt. Since a textile to be printed can be provided directly on the holding device on the circulating conveyor, it can be expedient to provide the circulating conveyor as a continuously textile-transporting device of the positioning device. Here, a first area can be provided on the circulating conveyor, in which the holding device on the circulating conveyor is equipped with textile. In the conveying direction of the circulating conveyor after the first area, a second area can be provided in which treatment devices can be provided along the circulating conveyor for textile to be printed. In particular, pretreatment devices, drying devices and printing devices, preferably printing devices, which work according to the inkjet printing method, that is to say according to a digital printing method, can be provided. In the conveying direction behind the second area, a removal area can be provided along the circulating conveyor, in which the treated, preferably printed textile can be removed from the holding device on the circulating conveyor.

Due to a preferred design of the circulating conveyor as an endless conveyor belt, the circulating conveyor with the holding device, preferably after the third area, can easily be returned to the first area for loading the holding device on the circulating conveyor with textile. In this way, a continuous endless process for conveying textile can be provided.

According to the invention it is provided that the segments are rib-like and extend transversely to a conveying direction. In particular if the segments of the holding device are fixed on the circulating conveyor in the manner described above, they can also be used on the circulating conveyor when the holding device is infeed from a third area, for example, after the textile has been removed to a first area in which the holding device with textile is loaded, remain on the circulating conveyor. The circulating conveyor, which is designed in particular as an endless conveyor belt, can provide an upwardly pointing storage surface during conveying, on which, for example, the holding device can hold textile. At the end of the circulating conveyor, a pulley or some other means for changing or reversing the direction of travel of the conveyor can be arranged, by means of which the endless conveyor belt is preferably returned parallel to the conveying upper side of a first area in opposite directions. The shelf can face downwards. A deflection roller can also be provided in the first area, which can deflect the surface of the circulating conveyor, in particular the conveyor belt, from a downward orientation when it is returned back to an upward orientation in which the support surface is directed upward again . This can prevent segments from falling off the circulating conveyor.

In particular when providing deflection rollers or deflection means, it is expedient that the holding device, which provides a surface for a textile to be equipped, can also follow the course of the conveyor belt when it deviates from a planar orientation. This can be the case in particular when the circulating conveyor, in particular the endless conveyor belt, is conveyed via at least one deflection roller, preferably two deflection rollers, and in doing so follows the curvature of the roller. Especially in the area of the pulleys the surface of the circulating conveyor can have a surface deviating from the plane. Due to the segment-like structure, in particular the rib-like design of the segments transversely to the circulating conveyor, the holding device is designed to adapt to the change in the conveying direction and thus a curvature of the conveying direction, in particular along the deflecting rollers. A width of the rib-like segments, i.e. a length in the conveying direction, can be adapted to the radius of the deflection roller and have a maximum width which still allows the circulating conveyor to roll on the deflection roller without excessive tension occurring in the conveyor belt. Compared to a classic holding frame for textiles, the holding device has the advantage that when diverting, i.e. returning, the circulating conveyor, the holding device does not have to be removed from the circulating conveyor, but can be returned to a first area for loading textile with the conveying movement of the circulating conveyor.

A classic clamping frame for holding textile is not designed to reproduce the deflection movement along a deflection roller, for example in the case of an endless conveyor belt, since this is large and rigid. This would damage the conveyor belt or the frame. Such a tenter frame known to the person skilled in the art is regularly removed from the conveyor belt after printing and then dismantled in order to remove the printed or treated textile therefrom. The dismantled frame is fitted with new textile separately and then fed back to the printing device. In contrast to this, according to the invention, the holding device can be permanently provided on the conveyor belt, preferably detachably connected to it and / or remain on the circulating conveyor after removing textile from the holding device, even if the circulating conveyor is guided over deflection rollers and / or the Surface of the conveyor belt facing downwards, whereby loose parts would fall from the rotary conveyor.

According to a development of the invention, it is particularly preferred that the segments are designed to be flexible in shape. A holding device made up of segments can form a surface deviating from the plane. The individual segments can also be reversibly, preferably shape-elastic, deformable. In this way, for example, a lateral deformation, for example in the event of a deflection the conveyor unit within the conveyor level, for example to a right or left side, can also be traced by the flexible segments.

According to a further development of the invention, it is particularly preferred that a pressing device is provided which is designed to additionally fix the at least one textile on the at least one holding device. In addition to or as an alternative to an adhesive surface of the holding device, the holding device can be supplied with a pressing device which fixes the textile in a stationary manner on the holding device. The pressing device can also be provided as a device preparing the textile, which tensions the textile on the holding device and / or stretches it slightly and thus provides, for example, a particularly smooth surface of the textile, preferably a wrinkle-free surface.

It is preferably provided that the pressing device has at least one pressing element which can be delivered to the circulating conveyor and / or the at least one holding device at least in some areas, the textile being able to be fixed on the holding device by means of the pressing element. The pressure element can be delivered to an area on and / or in the immediate vicinity of the holding device directly on the circulating conveyor. Here, the textile to be printed can be provided between the pressure element and the holding device. Alternatively or additionally, the at least one pressure element can be delivered to the circulating conveyor. The delivery area is preferably provided in the immediate vicinity of the holding device. The textile can in principle be larger than the holding device provided for holding the textile. The area of the textile protruding beyond this can rest on an area of the circulating conveyor adjoining the holding device. In such a case, when the pressure element is fed to the circulating conveyor, the textile can be fixed between the pressure element and the circulating conveyor, whereby the textile as a whole can be fixed on the holding device. The pressure element can be provided parallel to the conveyor device, preferably with a delivery speed that is uniform to that of the circulating conveyor.

According to a particularly expedient development of the invention, it is provided that the at least one pressure element is provided with at least one endless conveyor is trained. In a manner similar to the conveyor unit, the pressure element can also be provided as a circulating conveyor or endless conveyor belt, which can preferably be delivered from above the circulating conveyor to at least one area of the circulating conveyor. Particularly preferably, the pressure element of the circulating conveyor with the holding device is fed in at least in some areas, preferably in an area which, in the conveying direction, lies behind the area in which the holding device can be equipped with textile. The endless conveying means or the pressure element can in this case be able to be delivered to the conveying device via deflection rollers, preferably from above, parallel to the conveying device, at least partially deflectable and / or at the end of the infeed area via further deflecting means, preferably upwards away from the conveying device. In this way, a regional delivery of the pressure element to the conveying device can be provided. The at least one pressure element can have approximately the speed of movement of the circulating conveyor.

According to a particularly expedient further development of the present invention, it is provided that the pressing device has at least two pressing elements which are provided approximately parallel to one another. The pressing elements can, for example, come into contact with the holding device on the right and left or in a front and rear area in the conveying direction or with the circulating conveyor directly next to the holding device. In this way, an area can be provided which lies between the contact areas of the two pressure elements and in which the textile is provided in a particularly stationary manner on the holding device. It goes without saying that if the pressure elements contact the holding device or the circulating conveyor according to the description of the invention, a textile is provided between the devices during operation of the positioning device and therefore the contact of the devices and elements does not have to be direct contact, at least in some areas. The at least two pressure elements are preferably also designed as endless conveying means, which can be guided approximately parallel to the circulating conveyor, whereby a parallel run of the two pressure elements and the circulating conveyor can be provided at least in some areas. In this, the pressure elements of the holding device and / or the circulating conveyor can be delivered, whereby the textile partially between Holding device and pressure element and / or the circulating conveyor and pressure element can be fixed.

According to a development of the invention, it is particularly expedient that at least two pressure elements are connected to at least two connecting elements with which they form at least one opening which preferably corresponds approximately to the contour of the at least one holding device on the circulating conveyor. In principle, the pressure elements can be formed as endless conveyor belts from a suitable material, for example a natural or artificial polymer, preferably an elastomer or a textile. The opening formed between the at least two connecting elements and the two pressure elements can approximately correspond to the shape of the holding device, but can differ from its size. If the opening of the holding device is closed, it can form an enclosed area within which an area of the textile to be printed can lie. This area can be tensioned by the pressing device on the holding device, preferably flat, whereby slipping or wrinkling in the conveying direction and / or transversely to the same can be prevented particularly reliably. The textile on the holding device can preferably be fed to a textile treatment device as described above by means of the circulating conveyor, while the at least one pressure element, preferably the two pressure elements with connecting elements, are fed to the holding device. The position of the textile during treatment / printing can thus be fixed on the holding device. The pressing device, which can be formed with two pressing elements and at least two connecting elements, can in particular be provided as a profiled band which has openings which roughly correspond to the shape and / or size of the holding device on the conveying device.

According to a further development of the invention, it is particularly preferred that the pressing device can be delivered to the circulating conveyor at least in an area in which the at least one textile can be treated, preferably printed and / or dried. For example, the pressing device of the conveying device can be adjusted in areas via deflection rollers, preferably from above the conveying device.

In the method according to the invention it is provided that the textile is arranged in an elevated position on the holding device and a pressing device is fed to the holding device, which fixes the textile on the holding device.

According to a further basic concept of the present invention, instead of a classic holding frame which is delivered to a printing device, a circulating conveyor with a holding device is provided, wherein the holding device can provide a surface for a support of a textile to be printed. The holding device can be designed as part of the circulating conveyor, the holding device being designed to hold textile in a particularly stationary manner on its raised surface. In addition, a pressing device can be delivered to the textile on the holding device, it being possible for the textile to be provided in a stationary manner between the holding device and the pressing device.

According to a preferred development of the proposed invention, it is provided that the textile is provided between the holding device and the pressing device during printing. The pressing device can be fed to the holding device or the circulating conveyor in areas. The delivery area on the circulating conveyor is preferably located in the conveying direction behind an area in which textile is provided on the holding device. Devices for treating the textile provided on the holding device can preferably be provided in an area of the circulating conveyor in which the pressing device is fed to the circulating conveyor and / or the holding device. In an area behind the treatment devices for textile on the holding device, the pressing device can be removed from the conveying device or from the holding device, as a result of which the textile is released for removal.

The pressing device preferably has at least two pressing elements which are fed to the holding device as endless conveying means. The endless conveying means can preferably be provided on opposite sides of the printing area of the textile, that is to say in front of and behind or to the right and left of the printing area, whereby a particularly advantageous fixation of the textile on the holding device can be achieved.

It is particularly preferably provided that the at least two pressure elements are fed to the textile between the holding device or the circulating conveyor outside of a pressure area.

Fig. 1 shows a treatment device 10 according to the invention. This has a circulating conveyor 21, which can be formed with a circulating conveyor 21. This can in particular be designed as an endless conveyor belt, wherein the circulating conveyor 21 can be designed between deflection rollers 22 to form a closed circuit system. At least one holding device 30 can be provided on the circulating conveyor 20, in particular the circulating conveyor 21. This can be formed segment-like with individual segments 31, which together can provide a raised support surface 32 for a textile to be printed.

The holding device can have any shape. An approximately rectangular, circular or oval shape of the holding device, corresponding to a treatment area on the textile 60, is particularly expedient.

The individual segments 31 of the holding device 30 are provided on the surface of the conveyor device 20, preferably on the circulating conveyor 21. These can in particular be releasably connected to its surface. As is particularly the case in the left area of the Fig. 1 clarified, the segment-like structure of the holding device 30 enables it to be provided free of tension on the conveying device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 even if the surface deviates from the plane, i.e. if the holding device 30 is bent or curved. In comparison to a continuous, rigid device such as a fixing element or tensioning frame, tension in the holding device 30, breakage or flaking of the holding device 30 from the conveyor 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 are prevented. Above the conveyor (20) or the circulating conveyor 21 can a pressing device 40 may be provided. This can have at least one pressure element 41, which in Fig. 1 is shown as a conveyor belt or profile belt with recesses. This conveyor belt is designed as an endless conveyor and can be delivered to a surface of the conveyor device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 via the deflection rollers 43. In this case, the at least one pressure element 41 of the conveying device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 can be fed in the area of the holding device 30. The pressure element 41 can here optionally be able to be delivered from above the holding device 30 or to the side of it, that is, directly from above the conveyor device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21.

How out Fig. 1 As can be seen, a textile 60 is provided on a holding device 30, with part of the textile 60 - here a T-shirt - overlapping over the holding device 20 and lying directly on the conveyor device 20, in particular the circulating conveyor 21. The at least one pressure element 41 can be provided directly on the holding device 30 or to the right or left of the holding device 30 directly on the conveyor 20 or the circulating conveyor 21, the textile between the at least one pressure element 41 and the holding device 30 and / or the conveyor 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 can be provided. This allows the textile to be braced between the respective surfaces of the devices and elements. Furthermore, the pressing unit 40 can have at least one connecting element 44 which connects a first pressing element 41 and a second pressing element 42 to one another. The two pressure elements 41, 42 are here preferably guided parallel to one another and fed to the conveyor device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 of the treatment device 10. The connecting elements 44 can form at least one opening 45 with the pressing elements 41 and 42, which opening corresponds approximately to the shape of the holding device 30. A profile strip is particularly preferably provided which has the openings 45. The pressure elements 41, 42 of the surface of the conveying device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 can be delivered via the rollers 43. The pressing elements 41, 42 of the pressing device 40 can in particular be deliverable to an area of the conveying device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 which lies in the conveying direction behind an area in which the holding device 30 can be equipped with a textile 60. In the area, here marked with I, in which the pressure elements 41, 42 or the profile band of the pressure unit 40 is fed to the surface of the conveyor 20 or the circulating conveyor 21, textile treatment devices can be provided which treat the textile 60 on the holding device 30, preferably to print. After Fig. 1 a first color station 51, an intermediate dryer 52 and a color printing station 53 are provided, which provide the printout 61 on the surface of the textile 60. Behind the treatment area I, the pressure device 40 or the profile band or the pressure elements 41, 42 can be carried away from the surface of the conveyor device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21, preferably upwards, in particular via deflection rollers.

The openings 45 can be fed to the holding devices 30 in such a way that a printing area for the respective textile 60 is present in the interior of the openings 45, uncovered. A further deflection roller 22 can be provided behind the textile processing area I, via which the circulating conveyor 21 can be reset to a first area of the conveyor device or the circulating conveyor 21 in order to be equipped with new textile 60. Behind the textile treatment area I, further devices for processing or treating textiles, for example a packaging station or an impregnation station, can also be provided.

The shape of the opening 45 roughly corresponds to the shape of the holding device 30. The pressure elements 41, 42, which are preferably designed as endless conveying means, can be driven via their own drive, which is provided, for example, in the area of one of the deflection rollers 43. Alternatively or in addition to this, the pressing device can preferably be driven by contact of at least one pressing element with the holding device 30 or the conveying device 20, in particular the circulating conveyor 21, in particular by contact friction, i.e. passively, by the conveying device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21. The pressing device 40 can accordingly be driven in particular by a rolling contact with the conveying device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21. The distance between the openings 45 and a further opening 45 is preferably corresponding to the spacing of individual holding devices 30 on the conveyor device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21.

In this way, the position of the at least one opening 45 relative to the holding device 30 can be provided with a particularly precise location.

At least four deflection rollers 43 are preferably provided on the pressure device 40, so that, on the one hand, parallel guidance of at least two pressure elements 41, 42 or the profile belt in the conveying direction is uniform to the holding devices 30 on the circulating conveyor 21. On the other hand, above the conveyor 20 or the circulating conveyor 21, preferably above the textile processing stations 51 to 53, a return of the pressure elements 41, 42 to an area in front of the textile processing area I approximately parallel, but in the opposite direction to the conveying direction of the conveyor 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 be made possible.

A contact pressure of the pressure element 41, 42 or the profile belt on the conveyor 20, in particular the conveyor belt 21, can be set by a distance between the lower deflection rollers 43 and the conveyor 20 or the circulating conveyor 21. Thus, a sliding contact between the pressure element 41, 42 and the conveyor unit 20, in particular the conveyor belt 21, can be prevented by a sufficiently high contact pressure. By suppressing a sliding contact, the positioning of the at least one opening 45 relative to the holding device 30 can be fixed.

The deflection rollers 43 are particularly preferably vertically adjustable, whereby the contact pressure can be adjusted. Furthermore, both the upper deflecting rollers 43 and the lower contacting deflecting rollers 43 can be horizontally adjustable approximately parallel to the conveying direction of the circulating conveyor 21, as a result of which the contacting area I can be changed lengthways along the conveying unit 21. As a result, the length of the processing area I and thus of the textile treatment area can be adjusted on the conveyor device 20 or the circulating conveyor 21 as required.
