Description
- The present invention relates to the field of electroacoustic assembly of electronic devices, and more particularly, to a loudspeaker assembly and an electronic device.
- The loudspeaker assembly is an important component of the electronic device like a smart phone, a tablet PC, etc. The loudspeaker assembly mainly comprises a loudspeaker front case, a loudspeaker rear case and a loudspeaker vibrator. A front cavity is formed by the loudspeaker vibrator and the loudspeaker front case, and a rear cavity is formed by the loudspeaker vibrator and the loudspeaker rear case. The working performance of the loudspeaker assembly mainly depends on the volume of the front cavity and the volume of the rear cavity. Normally, the larger the volume of the rear cavity is, the better the working performance of the loudspeaker assembly is.
- Along with the needs of customers, the electronic devices are becoming thinner and lighter, which makes the internal design space of the electronic device smaller and smaller. However, as the volume of the rear cavity of the loudspeaker assembly is fixed, it is difficult to obtain a larger volume from the rear cavity within the limited internal design space of the electronic device, resulting in a poor working performance of the loudspeaker assembly.
- In summary, how to improve the working performance of the loudspeaker assembly in an electronic device is an urgent problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

CN 203 261 380 U discloses a loudspeaker assembly comprising the features of the preamble ofclaim 1. - The objective of the present invention is to provide a loudspeaker assembly with an improved performance. Another objective of the present invention is to provide an electronic device having the above loudspeaker assembly.
- In order to achieve the objectives above, the present invention provides technical schemes as follows:
- A loudspeaker in accordance with
claim 1. - A loudspeaker assembly comprises a loudspeaker front case, a loudspeaker vibrator, a loudspeaker rear case, a deformable flexible seal bag, an inlet configured to fill medium into the flexible seal bag; wherein,
a front cavity is formed by the loudspeaker vibrator and the loudspeaker front case, and a rear cavity is formed by the flexible seal bag, the loudspeaker rear case and the loudspeaker vibrator. - Preferably, the loudspeaker rear case is connected with the loudspeaker front case; the loudspeaker vibrator is disposed between the loudspeaker front case and the loudspeaker rear case; a first back cavity is formed by the loudspeaker vibrator and the loudspeaker rear case; and a cavity of the flexible seal bag forms a second back cavity; the first back cavity and the second back cavity communicate with each other and form the rear cavity.
- Preferably, the flexible seal bag is connected with the loudspeaker rear case.
- Preferably, the flexible seal bag communicates with the first back cavity through a connecting pipe.
- Preferably, an axial direction of the connecting pipe is perpendicular to a thickness direction of the loudspeaker rear case.
- Preferably, the connecting pipe and the loudspeaker rear case are in an integrated structure.
- Preferably, the inlet is provided in the loudspeaker rear case, and the inlet communicates with the cavity of the flexible seal bag through the first back cavity.
- Preferably, the loudspeaker assembly further comprises an inlet pipe which communicates with the inlet.
- Preferably, the inlet pipe is gradually expanded from its distant end towards its proximal end to the inlet.
- Preferably, the inlet is provided in the loudspeaker rear case, and the inlet pipe and the loudspeaker rear case are in an integrated structure.
- Preferably, the flexible seal bag is a balloon or a plastic bag.
- The loudspeaker assembly provided by the present invention is provided with the deformable flexible seal bag and the inlet for filling medium into the flexible seal bag. Along with the filling of the medium, the flexible seal bag deforms along the remaining space in the electronic device, and fills the remaining space to the full. The cavity of the flexible seal bag increases after the flexible seal bag is filled with the medium, and the rear cavity is formed by the cavity of the flexible seal bag, the loudspeaker rear case and the loudspeaker oscillator, so the volume of the rear cavity is effectively expanded, thereby improving the work performance of the loudspeaker assembly.
- Based on the loudspeaker assembly provided above, the present invention further provides an electronic device comprising a loudspeaker assembly, and the loudspeaker assembly is any one of the loudspeaker assemblies above.
- Preferably, the electronic device is a smart phone.
- In order to describe the embodiments of the present invention or the technical schemes of the prior art more clearly, the present disclosure will be described briefly with reference to the figures to be used in describing the embodiments or the prior art. Obviously, the figures described hereafter merely illustrate some embodiments of the present invention. For those skilled in the art, other figures can be obtained according to the figures provided hereafter without any creative work.

Figures 1-3 above:
1: loudspeaker front case; 2: loudspeaker vibrator; 3: loudspeaker rear case; 4: flexible seal bag; 5: connecting pipe; 6: inlet pipe. - The technical schemes of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and in more details with reference to the accompanying figures in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, what described below are several but not all embodiments of the present invention. For those skilled in the art, all the other embodiments obtained based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative work are within the scope of the present invention.
- As shown in
Figs. 1-3 , the loudspeaker assembly provided by embodiments of the present invention includes: aloudspeaker front case 1, a loudspeakerrear case 3, aloudspeaker vibrator 2, a deformableflexible seal bag 4, and an inlet for filling medium into theflexible seal bag 4. Wherein, a front cavity is formed by theloudspeaker vibrator 2 and theloudspeaker front case 1; a rear cavity is formed by theflexible seal bag 4, the loudspeakerrear case 3 and theloudspeaker vibrator 2; theflexible seal bag 4 and/or the loudspeakerrear case 3 are/is connected with the loudspeakerfront case 1. - It can be understood that, the cavity of the
flexible seal bag 4 deforms in synchronism with the outer shape of theflexible seal bag 4. - According to the loudspeaker assembly provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the deformable
flexible seal bag 4 and the inlet for filling the medium into theflexible seal bag 4 are provided. Along with the filling of the medium, theflexible seal bag 4 deforms along the remaining space inside the electronic device, and fills the remaining space to the full. Since the cavity of theflexible seal bag 4 becomes larger after theflexible seal bag 4 is filled with the medium, and the rear cavity is formed by the cavity of theflexible seal bag 4, the loudspeakerrear case 3 and theloudspeaker vibrator 2, the volume of the rear cavity is effectively expanded, and the working performance of the loudspeaker assembly is improved. - Further, according to the loudspeaker assembly provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the volume of the
flexible seal bag 4 is changed through changing the filling amount of the medium, thereby changing the volume of the rear cavity. The volume of the rear cavity can be adjusted according to the volume of the front cavity of the loudspeaker assembly, thereby obtaining a better working performance. - Further, in the loudspeaker assembly provided by the embodiment of the present invention, along with the filling of the medium, the
flexible seal bag 4 deforms along the remaining space inside the electronic device, and fills the remaining space to the full, thereby making a full use of the remaining space inside the electronic device, reducing the design space to be occupied inside the electronic device, and providing a prerequisite for obtaining a thinner electronic device. - It should be noted that, the medium filled into the
flexible seal bag 4 may be gas or other suitable filler. The specific type of the medium is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. - In the above loudspeaker assembly, the
loudspeaker front case 1 is connected with theflexible seal bag 4, and theloudspeaker front case 1 is connected with the loudspeakerrear case 3, or theloudspeaker front case 1 is connected with theflexible seal bag 4 and the loudspeakerrear case 3. Specifically, in case theloudspeaker front case 1 is connected with theflexible seal bag 4, the loudspeakerrear case 3 is connected with theflexible seal bag 4; in case theloudspeaker front case 1 is connected with the loudspeakerrear case 3, theflexible seal bag 4 is connected with the loudspeakerrear case 3; in case theloudspeaker front case 1 is connected with theflexible seal bag 4 and the loudspeakerrear case 3, theflexible seal bag 4 is connected with a part of the loudspeakerfront case 1, and theflexible seal bag 4 is connected with the other part of theloudspeaker front case 1. - For the convenience of installation, preferably, the loudspeaker
rear case 3 is connected with theloudspeaker front case 1, and theloudspeaker vibrator 2 is disposed between theloudspeaker front case 1 and the loudspeakerrear case 3; a first back cavity is formed by theloudspeaker vibrator 2 and the loudspeakerrear case 3, and a second back cavity is formed by the cavity of theflexible seal bag 4; the first back cavity and the second back cavity are communicated with each other and form a rear cavity. - Further, the
flexible seal bag 4 is connected with the loudspeakerrear case 3. Of course, alternatively, theflexible seal bag 4 is connected with the loudspeakerfront case 1, and the cavity of theflexible seal bag 4 is not communicated with the front cavity. - For the convenience of installation, as shown in
Fig.1 , theflexible seal bag 4 communicates with the first back cavity through a connectingpipe 5. - The relative positions of the
flexible seal bag 4 and the loudspeakerrear case 3 can be designed according to the actual internal space of the electronic device. Preferably, the axial direction of the connectingpipe 5 is perpendicular to the thickness direction of the loudspeakerrear case 3. It should be noted that, the thickness direction of the loudspeakerrear case 3 refers to the docking direction of the loudspeakerrear case 3 and theloudspeaker front case 1, that is to say, the vertical direction inFig. 2 . - For the convenience of production, the connecting
pipe 5 and the loudspeakerrear case 3 are in an integrated structure. - Preferably, as shown in
Fig.1 , the inlet is provided in the loudspeakerrear case 3, and the inlet communicates with the cavity of theflexible seal bag 4 through the first back cavity, thereby facilitating production and installation; what's more, the medium enters the first back cavity first, which helps theflexible seal bag 4 to deform. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, alternatively, the inlet can be directly provided in theflexible seal bag 4. - In order to facilitate filling the
flexible seal bag 4 with the medium, the loudspeaker assembly further includes aninlet pipe 6 that communicates with the inlet. The dimensions and length of theinlet pipe 6 need to be designed according to actual requirements, and are not limited by the embodiments of the present invention. - Preferably, as shown in
Fig.3 , theinlet pipe 6 is gradually expanded from its distant end towards its proximal end to the inlet. It should be understood that, the inner diameter of theinlet pipe 6 gradually increases from its distant end to its proximal end to the inlet. Thus, before the medium enters the rear cavity, its flow rate can be reduced, thereby improving the safety and reliability. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, alternatively, theinlet pipe 6 can be a straight pipe with even diameter. - In case the inlet is provided in the loudspeaker
rear case 3, preferably, theinlet pipe 6 and the loudspeakerrear case 3 are in an integrated structure. - Further, the connecting
pipe 5, theinlet pipe 6 and the loudspeakerrear case 3 are in an integrated structure. In this case, the connectingpipe 5, theinlet pipe 6 and the loudspeakerrear case 3 can be produced through an injection molding process. - The
flexible seal bag 4 is made of a flexible material. There are many types of flexible materials, also there are many types offlexible seal bags 4, such as a rubber bag, a plastic bag, a latex bag, and so on. For the convenience of obtaining the raw materials, theflexible seal bag 4 is preferably a latex bag or a plastic bag. Further, the latex bag is a balloon. - Based on the loudspeaker assemblies provided by the embodiments above, the embodiments of the present invention further provide an electronic device, which includes a loudspeaker assembly, and the loudspeaker assembly is any one of the loudspeaker assemblies above.
- The loudspeaker assemblies provided by the above embodiments have the above-mentioned technical effects, and the electronic device provided by any one of the above embodiments has the loudspeaker assembly, so the electronic device provided by any one of the above embodiments also has corresponding technical effects, which will not be described repeatedly.
- The electronic device above can be a notebook computer, a tablet PC, or a smart phone, etc. Preferably, the above electronic device is a smart phone.
Claims (10)
- A loudspeaker assembly, comprising: a loudspeaker front case (1), a loudspeaker vibrator (2), a loudspeaker rear case (3), a deformable flexible seal bag (4), and an inlet configured to fill medium into the flexible seal bag (4); wherein the loudspeaker assembly further comprises an inlet pipe (6) which communicates with the inlet; the inlet pipe (6) is gradually expanded from its distant end towards its proximal end to the inlet; the inlet is provided in the loudspeaker rear case (3), and the inlet pipe (6) and the loudspeaker rear case (3) are in an integrated structure;
a front cavity is formed by the loudspeaker vibrator (2) and the loudspeaker front case (1), and a rear cavity is formed by the flexible seal bag (4), the loudspeaker rear case (3) and the loudspeaker vibrator (2). - The loudspeaker assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that, the loudspeaker rear case (3) is connected with the loudspeaker front case (1); the loudspeaker vibrator (2) is provided between the loudspeaker front case (1) and the loudspeaker rear case (3); a first back cavity is formed by the loudspeaker vibrator (2) and the loudspeaker rear case (3); and a cavity of the flexible seal bag (4) forms a second back cavity; the first back cavity and the second back cavity communicate with each other and form the rear cavity.
- The loudspeaker assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that, the flexible seal bag (4) is connected with the loudspeaker rear case (3).
- The loudspeaker assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that, the flexible seal bag (4) communicates with the first back cavity through a connecting pipe (5).
- The loudspeaker assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that, an axial direction of the connecting pipe (5) is perpendicular to a thickness direction of the loudspeaker rear case (3).
- The loudspeaker assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that, the connecting pipe (5) and the loudspeaker rear case (3) are in an integrated structure.
- The loudspeaker assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that, the inlet is provided in the loudspeaker rear case (3), and the inlet communicates with the cavity of the flexible seal bag (4) through the first back cavity.
- The loudspeaker assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that, the flexible seal bag (4) is a balloon or a plastic bag.
- An electronic device, comprising a loudspeaker assembly, characterized in that, the loudspeaker assembly is defined by any one of claims 1-8.
- The electronic device according to claim 9, characterized in that, the electronic device is a smart phone.
