    characterized in that each horn (6) comprises a spring bar (60) intended to come to be housed in an opposite housing of the link (4), the bars (60) being able to occupy two positions, an engagement position in which they extend to the exterior of the horns (6) to be engaged successively in a guide groove (44) and then in a locking groove (45) formed in the link (4), and a retracted position, the device comprising a manual actuation member (7) for moving the bars (60) into their retracted position.
  2. Portable electronic device according to Claim 1, in which the guide groove (44) and the locking groove (45) are separated by a partition (46).
  3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, in which the guide groove (44) is a horizontal groove comprising a ramp (440) for progressively loading the bars.
  4. Device according to Claim 3, in which the locking groove (45) is a vertical groove.
  5. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, in which the end of the bars (60) is spherical.
  6. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, in which the actuation member (7) comprises two blades (70) passing through grooves (400) formed under the watchband and leading into the locking grooves (45), each blade (70) having at its lower end an inclined surface (71) adapted to cooperate with the end of the bars (60).
  7. Fixing device according to any one of Claims 1 to 7 in which, the male electrical connector (5) is disposed in a conduit (6) produced in the watchband on the side of the internal face and at the level of the fixing of the watchband (4) to the middle (3).
  8. Device according to Claim 7, in which the conduit (42) comprises a seal (43) over all or part of its perimeter, at its exterior periphery, the seal (43) being adapted to rest against a middle (3).
  9. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, in which the watchband link comprises a removably mounted insert (40), said insert receiving the guide groove (44), the locking groove (45), the slots (400), and the conduit (42).
  10. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, in which the watchband link and the insert are made of plastic material.
