Definitions
- the invention initially relates to a construction profile of closed polygonal cross-section. Furthermore, the invention relates to a combination profile, which is composed of a first and at least a second construction profile of this type and a railing support.
- Such construction profiles are used, for example, in the construction of stationary or mobile platforms for the storage of goods or pallets.
- the storage platforms are assembled from prefabricated construction profiles, wherein the profiles are partly built as vertical supports, partly as cross members or trusses, and partly as diagonal struts.
- the connection of the individual profiles is usually carried out by screwing by means of corresponding bolts, which are passed through holes with which the construction profiles are provided over their length.
- the DE 44 44 413 A1 and the EP 2 363 214 A1 show construction profiles.
- welded construction profiles are used, which can not be reused when rebuilding the construction.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a suitable especially for the creation of storage platforms design profile, which is characterized by universal usability and compact design.
- the invention is further based on the object of providing an easy-to-install, secure railing.
- FIGS. 1, 2 and 5 is a combination profile reproduced, which is composed of two on a partial length set in one another, similarly designed construction profiles 1, 2.
- the opposite is in the FIGS. 3 and 4 a combination profile reproduced, which is composed of a total of three similarly designed and nested in part lengths construction profiles 1, 2, 3.
- the two or three box sections are designed such that they are not only nestable, but that they are also universally and particularly easily connected with each other and with other construction elements in this state.
- Such other construction elements may, for. B. transverse or longitudinal beams of the goods storage storage stage or a walk-in racking system.
- FIG. 5 the structure of the construction profile will be explained, wherein Fig. 5 the two-part construction with outer construction profile 1 and inner construction profile 2 reproduces, in which the construction profile 2 is of smaller cross section than the construction profile 1 and is enclosed by the construction profile 1, at least over a partial length of the total length of the combination profile thus formed.
- Both profiles 1, 2 are here of square cross-section.
- the outer construction profile 1 is thus composed of a total of four main sides 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, each having the same area.
- the inner construction profile 2 is composed of four main sides 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, each having the same area, but which is smaller than the area of the main sides 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D.
- Each construction profile 1, 2, 3 is made from a single metal sheet which has been folded several times in the longitudinal direction of the profile, namely four times.
- the two longitudinal edges of the metal sheet folded in this way are then connected to one another at a welded seam 5 drawn in the longitudinal direction of the profile, as a result of which there is a closed profile over its entire circumference.
- the edge of the metal sheet and the subsequent pulling of the weld 5 is carried out in such a way that the weld 5 is located on one of the four main sides, preferably exactly in the middle of this main page.
- Fig. 5 In the execution after Fig. 5 is the weld 5 of the outer construction profile 1 centered on the main side 1D, and the weld 5 of the inner construction profile 2 centered on the main side 2C. Since the profiles 1, 2, 3, however, are square, it is irrelevant in the assembly on which side of the profiles each weld 5 is located.
- the outer profile 1 is composed of two first main sides 1A and 1B, of which the side 1B is arranged parallel to the side 1A, and two second main sides 1C and 1D, of which the side 1D is arranged parallel to the side 1C. Between adjoining main pages are right angles, which through the edges made of the original metal sheet.
- the main side 1A and the main side 1B parallel to this main side are provided with holes 6.1 arranged on the same profile section, so that these holes 6.1 are aligned with each other, ie. H. exactly opposite each other.
- the holes 6.1 are arranged in pairs on the respective main page. They thereby form two straight rows R1, R2, the first row R1 having holes on one side and the second row R2 having holes on the other side of the center of the main side.
- the two rows R1, R2 have the same distance to the longitudinal center of the respective main side 1A, 1B.
- successive holes 6.1 each have the same distance A from one another.
- the holes 6.1 of the outer profile 1 coincide exactly with the inside arranged behind holes 6.2 of the inner profile 2. This is achieved by the holes 6.2 of the profile 2 a distance A2 to their adjacent Profilecke have, which is less than the distance A1 of the holes 6.1 of the profile 1 to its adjacent profile corner.
- all the holes 6.1, 6.2 have the same and therefore a uniform distance to the longitudinal center of the main sides 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B.
- the rows R1, R2, in which the holes are arranged 6.1 coincide with the rows R1, R2, in which the holes are arranged 6.2.
- Fig. 5 Therefore, it is possible, one or more bolts 9 through holes 6.1 and 6.2 in the mutually opposite main sides 1A, 2A and at the same time by aligned holes 6.1 and 6.2 in the mutually opposite, parallel main sides 1B, 2B through, and so the profiles 1, 2 to connect and lock in the longitudinal direction against each other.
- the holes 7.1 and 7.2 on the other main sides 1C, 1D, 2C and 2D are arranged in two straight rows R1, R2, and each have the same distances A to each other in the longitudinal direction.
- the length locations of the holes 7.1 on the main sides 1C, 1D offset by half the distance A to the length locations of the holes 6.1 on the main pages 1A, 1B.
- the length locations of the holes 7.2 on the main sides 2C, 2D are offset by half the distance A from the longitudinal locations of the holes 6.2 on the main sides 2A, 2B.
- the two profiles 1, 2 can be arranged offset relative to one another in the longitudinal direction in such a way that bolts 9 simultaneously pass through holes in the two first main sides 1A, 1B and through holes in the two second main sides 2C, 2D, the mutual longitudinal offset of the two profiles is half the distance A, or the longitudinal offset is the sum of half the distance A and an integer multiple of the distance A.
- the profiles or combination profiles 1, 2, 3 can be used individually or in one another both for forming vertical supports and as horizontal elements, e.g. Cross connections or traverses of a screwable steel stage construction.
- the Fig. 3 shows, here on the basis of the three-part combination profile that bolts 8 are not only through the mutually parallel main sides of the involved profiles 1, 2, 3 inserted therethrough to connect these profiles and to lock each other, but that the same pin 9 with a corresponding bolt length in addition fasten construction element 11 extending transversely to the combination profile.
- the so connected by means of the same pin 9 construction element 11 may, for. B. be a diagonal bracing, or a horizontal transverse or longitudinal traverse of a goods storage storage stage or a walk-in rack system.
- cold-rolled or cold-profiled Material for the construction supports according to the invention.
- high-tempered steel eg S270, S355, S490
- the surface of cold-rolled or cold-profiled material, in particular high-grade steel can be protected by galvanizing, so that a painting is not required. This is an advantage over the use of hot-rolled material, which must be painstakingly painted. In addition, a galvanized surface is not prone to injury.
- a 4 mm thick sheet is used for the construction profile.
- large loads can be borne, especially if two, three or more construction profiles are nested and secured by bolts.
- connection between construction profiles or the profiles of a combination profile is made by bolts that can transmit the forces that load on a construction profile or combination profile. It can be used any bolt, provided that the safe transmission of the forces is ensured.
- Typical bolts are bolts that are secured with cotter pins or rings, but preferably bolt bolts are used, which are secured by means of a washer and nut. Possibly. aids are used to secure the bolt, z.
- adhesives or adhesives are used to secure the bolt.
- the invention further relates to a construction profile which is used as a railing support 12, which makes it possible in a simple manner to provide constructions of the construction or combination profile according to the invention with a railing.
- the railing support 12 is described below with reference to the Fig. 6a, 6b, 6c explained in more detail.
- the railing support 12 is constructed as the construction profile 1, but with a smaller cross-section. It usually has a square cross-section. According to an alternative embodiment, this cross-section tapers to the free end of the railing support. While a width or depth of about 120 mm to 140 mm are common for the construction profile, the railing support 12 has a width or depth of 60 mm to 80 mm.
- a railing support On the opposite, parallel main sides 12 B, 12 D of a railing support are, as in Fig. 6a and 6b represented holes 13.1, 13.2 arranged.
- the holes 13.1, 13.2 are mounted at a distance from each other parallel to the longitudinal axis in a row on the opposite, parallel main sides 12A, 12C of the railing support 12.
- the distance of the holes 13.1, 13.2 from each other is preferably equal to the distance of the holes from each other for the construction profile. Due to the small edge length of the railing support 12, the holes are advantageously arranged in a single row in the middle of a main side 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D.
- the abutment surfaces 14a, 14b which result from the folding of the metal sheet to a railing support 12, not arranged as in the construction profiles in the center of a main side 12D, but off-center, ie, outside the area in which the holes are arranged but usually not arranged on an edge of the railing support.
- Fig. 6a shows the off-center arrangement of the abutment surfaces 14a, 14b on a main side 12D of the railing support 12th
- a railing support 12 on the other two, mutually parallel main sides 12A, 12C holes 15.1, 15.2 arranged centrally for bolts on the main side in a row. More preferably, the holes are 15.1 and 15.2 offset by half a hole spacing with respect to the holes 13.1 and 13.2, as in Fig. 6b shown. In this way, the connection of other railing supports 12 is possible in a simple manner.
- the rail supports 12 are not enough.
- the resulting between two railing columns fields can by full-surface blocking elements such. As sheets, glass plates, plastic plates or other materials that are sufficiently strong to be filled. In this way, an effective fall protection can be ensured.
- some blocking elements such. As nets or ropes between the rail supports are stretched.
- the railing support 12 holes 16, which are each arranged at half the hole spacing to the holes 13.1, 13.2 and 15.1 and 15.2 (see. Fig. 6a, 6b ).
- the holes 16 are preferably smaller in diameter than the holes 13.1, 13.2 and 15.1 15.2. The smaller diameter is sufficient to z.
- the holes in the rail supports 13.1, 13.2, 15.1, 15.2, 16 are preferably round as well as the holes 6.1,6.2 and 7.1, 7.2 in the construction profiles. There are no slots in introduced the construction profiles of the invention and the railing supports.
- the holes 6.1, 6.2, 7.1, 7.2, 13.1, 13.2, 15.1 and 15.2 are dimensioned so that they can be penetrated by bolts or screws, the diameter of these holes is preferably only slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt.
- the diameter of the holes 6.1, 6.2, 7.1, 7.2, 13.1, 13.2, 15.1 and 15.2 is between 0.3 mm and 1.0 mm larger than the diameter of the bolts, preferably 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm larger. It is usually only so much game provided that the bolt can be fitted through the holes, z. For example, with a M12 screw, a hole size of 12.5 mm.
- the railing support is preferably by means of a connecting element, also referred to here as foot 17, attached to a construction or combination profile.

The boundary conditions in the creation of such stages are varied. This affects both the area, as well as the height of the individual storage levels, and especially the required load capacity. So it is common for high loads, not only to use a single construction profile, but at least two similar construction profiles, which are bolted together, thus giving twice the load capacity or bending strength. Doubling the profiles, however, leads to a larger profile volume, which leads to a lower effective efficiency when calculating the net storage area.
Alternatively, welded construction profiles are used, which can not be reused when rebuilding the construction.
The invention is based on the object to provide a suitable especially for the creation of storage platforms design profile, which is characterized by universal usability and compact design. The invention is further based on the object of providing an easy-to-install, secure railing.
To solve this problem is proposed a construction profile with the features of

Since the respective outer profile completely surrounds the box profile arranged in each case as a closed box profile, an overall compact combination profile is achieved, which is characterized by a high load capacity with respect to compressive, tensile and bending forces. Above all, a universal use is possible because depending on the required load condition, either only one design profile is used, or under increased load two nested construction profiles, or even higher load three nested construction profiles.
On the other hand, the two or three box sections are designed such that they are not only nestable, but that they are also universally and particularly easily connected with each other and with other construction elements in this state. Such other construction elements may, for. B. transverse or longitudinal beams of the goods storage storage stage or a walk-in racking system.
This is achieved by the nested

Both
Each

In addition, the holes 6.1 are arranged in pairs on the respective main page. They thereby form two straight rows R1, R2, the first row R1 having holes on one side and the second row R2 having holes on the other side of the center of the main side. The two rows R1, R2 have the same distance to the longitudinal center of the respective
In the longitudinal direction of the profile, successive holes 6.1 each have the same distance A from one another.
In accordance with mutual longitudinal adjustment of the two

Due to the longitudinal offset "half distance A", it is possible to connect the construction profiles in length steps, which are only half the distance A, with each other. So achieved is a finer adjustability of the length of the combination profile.
In particular, the two

Particularly advantageous is the use of cold-rolled or cold-profiled Material for the construction supports according to the invention. In particular, the use of high-tempered steel (eg S270, S355, S490) is preferred. The surface of cold-rolled or cold-profiled material, in particular high-grade steel, can be protected by galvanizing, so that a painting is not required. This is an advantage over the use of hot-rolled material, which must be painstakingly painted. In addition, a galvanized surface is not prone to injury.
Preferably, a 4 mm thick sheet is used for the construction profile. Thus, large loads can be borne, especially if two, three or more construction profiles are nested and secured by bolts.
If two or more construction profiles are plugged into one another into a combination profile, a gap of 0.5 mm to 3 mm, in particular of 0.75 mm to 1.5 mm, proves to be advantageous.
The connection between construction profiles or the profiles of a combination profile is made by bolts that can transmit the forces that load on a construction profile or combination profile. It can be used any bolt, provided that the safe transmission of the forces is ensured. Typical bolts are bolts that are secured with cotter pins or rings, but preferably bolt bolts are used, which are secured by means of a washer and nut. Possibly. aids are used to secure the bolt, z. As adhesives or adhesives.

The holes in the rail supports 13.1, 13.2, 15.1, 15.2, 16 are preferably round as well as the holes 6.1,6.2 and 7.1, 7.2 in the construction profiles. There are no slots in introduced the construction profiles of the invention and the railing supports. The holes 6.1, 6.2, 7.1, 7.2, 13.1, 13.2, 15.1 and 15.2 are dimensioned so that they can be penetrated by bolts or screws, the diameter of these holes is preferably only slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt. The diameter of the holes 6.1, 6.2, 7.1, 7.2, 13.1, 13.2, 15.1 and 15.2 is between 0.3 mm and 1.0 mm larger than the diameter of the bolts, preferably 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm larger. It is usually only so much game provided that the bolt can be fitted through the holes, z. For example, with a M12 screw, a hole size of 12.5 mm.
The construction profile - as well as the railing support - is usually designed as a profile with open ends. In particular, when people often stand on the railing, the open end of the railing support can cause accidents. For this case, a
In the following, possibilities are described to establish connections between construction or combination profiles, but also connections between construction or combination profiles and other profiles. When a design profile is mentioned in the context of this invention, a combination profile is always included.
The construction profiles can be connected directly to each other or to any other profiles. Preferably, however, fasteners are used. These connecting elements usually have a first, flat section, which bears against at least one main side of a construction profile. At least one bolt, preferably several, in particular two, three or four bolts pass through the first flat section and connect it securely to the construction profile or the combination profile. If necessary, the structural profile may be reinforced by a counter plate which is mounted on the opposite major side of the structural profile, where the one or more bolts secure the first planar section. The connecting element further comprises a second portion, which is usually arranged at an angle to the first portion, which corresponds to the direction in which the profile to be connected is aligned. The second section is used to attach the profile to be connected or construction profile. For laterally connected profiles, the angle is 180 °. If necessary, a spacer between the first and second portion of the connecting element may be arranged, in particular if a profile is to be connected laterally of the construction profile. The profile to be connected may be a construction profile or any other profile, often a profile that is open in contrast to the construction profile, e.g. As a C-profile or an I-profile. Often, a corresponding to the connecting element second connecting element attached to the profile to be connected. In this way, the profile to be connected can be connected more easily.
Solche Verbindungselemente werden beispielhaft in den
