Claims (12)

  1. A nest swing comprising a frame (2), a brace (21, 22) and a supporting device (3) which serves as nest, is mounted on the frame (2) and provides a supporting surface (4), wherein the frame (2) comprises two frame sections (5, 6) which are arranged in a pivoting manner with respect to each other and are coupled to each other with interposition of a hinge means (7), wherein the frame sections (5, 6) and the supporting device (3) can be transferred by a relative pivoting motion of the frame sections (5, 6) with respect to each other from a first position of use into a second position of use and vice versa, wherein the frame sections (5, 6) are each U-shaped and each comprise two U-legs (10, 11; 13, 14) and a basis leg (12; 15) which connects the respective U-legs (10, 11; 13, 14) to each other, wherein the open sides of the frame sections (5, 6), which sides are placed opposite the respective basis legs (12; 15) are facing each other, characterized by a suspension device (16) for arranging the frame (2) in a hanging manner on a support device, wherein the suspension device (16) comprises a band (18, 20; 17, 19) for each U-leg (10, 11; 13, 14) of the frame sections (5; 6), which bands are each arranged on the U-legs, wherein the two bands (18, 20; 17, 19) of a frame section (5, 6) have the same length and wherein the bands (17, 18; 19, 20) of the U-legs (10, 13; 11, 14), that are respectively facing each other, of the two frame sections (5, 6) are arranged in a distant manner from the frame section on the common brace (21, 22), the length of which can be adjusted in a continuously variable manner.
  2. A nest swing according to claim 1, characterized in that the hinge means (7) comprises two articulations (8, 9), wherein the U-legs (10, 11; 13, 14) respectively facing each other of the two frame sections (5, 6) are coupled to each other in a pivoting manner with the respective interposition of respectively one articulation (8, 9).
  3. A nest swing according to claim 2, characterized in that the joint axes, which are each provided by the two articulations (8, 9), are to be found on a common pivoting axis (38).
  4. A nest swing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a locking device, which fixes the frame sections (5, 6) in their respective pivoting positions with respect to each other.
  5. A nest swing according to claim 4, characterized in that each articulation (8, 9) of the hinge means (7) comprises a respective locking device.
  6. A nest swing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the frame sections (5, 6) can be transferred, preferably in a continuous manner, into a plurality of possible positions of use.
  7. A nest swing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in a first position of use the frame sections (5, 6) are arranged with respect to each other at an enclosed angle of 180°.
  8. A nest swing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in a second position of use the frame sections (5, 6) are arranged with respect to each other at an enclosed angle comprised between 20° and 70°, preferably between 30° and 60°, more preferably between 40° and 50°.
  9. A nest swing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the supporting device (3) is a textile-based fabric comprising a textile fibre material, preferably a woven fabric.
  10. A nest swing according to claim 9, characterized in that the textile fibre material comprises a front side (29) and a rear side (30), wherein the front side (29) provides the supporting surface (4).
  11. A nest swing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by means for arranging the supporting device (3) on the frame (2), wherein the means are loops (31 through 36), through which the legs (10, 11; 13, 14, 15) of the frame sections (5; 6) are each passed.
  12. A nest swing according to claim 11, characterized in that the loops (31 through 36) are integrally formed with the supporting device (3).
