Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement thermique ciblé et individuel par zones d'un élément en acier. Une structure austénitique prioritaire est réglable dans au moins une première zone de l'élément en acier ; à partir de cette structure, une structure majoritairement martensitique peut être obtenue par trempe et, dans au moins une deuxième zone de l'élément en acier, une structure majoritairement bainitique peut être obtenue ; l'élément métallique peut tout d'abord être chauffé dans un premier four à une température supérieure à la température AC3 puis l'élément en acier peut être transféré dans une station de traitement où il peut refroidir au cours du transfert et, dans la station de traitement, l'au moins une deuxième zone de l'élément en acier est refroidie pendant un temps de traitement à une température d'arrêt de refroidissement ϑ2 ; ensuite l'élément en acier est transféré dans un deuxième four, la température de l'au moins une deuxième zone s'élevant à une température inférieure à la température AC3-T.
