Definitions

  • the invention relates to an adhesive binder with a machine frame, with a plurality of machining stations fixed to the machine frame, with at least two transport clamps for transporting book blocks, at least one closed guideway for the transport clamps and at least one means for changing the posting of the book block.
  • Perfect binders are used for the production of hardcover books (softcover) or book blocks for hardcover books, wherein folded sheets and / or single sheets brought together to form a book block are joined together by applying a conventional adhesive or glue to the previously processed block spine and finally with a Envelope (softcover) or be provided with a Klalzelst Shape (hardcover).
  • a transport bracket of Klebebinders in the direction of the respective processing station back portion of a book block on which the various processing steps take place in the perfect binder.
  • a change in the notice may be required.
  • the possible binding methods and the product variants are usually dependent on the machine equipment of the perfect binder.
  • Block transport system Blockein.station
  • back processing back milling
  • adhesive binders preferably use roller chains with individually, movably interlocking members as conveying means.
  • the chains serve to drive the transport clamps.
  • the transport clamps are guided by a machine frame of the perfect binder connected guideway.
  • each transport clamp has a plurality of rollers, which roll on the running surface of the guideway.
  • An adhesive binder with automatic loading for example, in the EP2738011 A2 described.
  • This perfect binder has several processing stations, such as Blockein Concretestation, back processing station (back router), glue application station, glue application control, Umzzianleger and / or Hurlzelstation, handling and / or Dolzelanpressstation, delivery station and drying station.
  • this perfect binder has at least two transport clamps for transporting book blocks as well as at least one closed guideway on which the transport clamps rotate and pass through the processing stations.
  • the object of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an adhesive binder with which a technologically induced change of the notice can be realized technically simple and therefore cost-effective and secure.
  • This technical solution should also be suitable to be economically acceptable used in small children.
  • the solution should be suitable both for the production of softcover books and book blocks for hardcover books.
  • the at least one device for changing the notice of the book block is arranged cooperatively with a lower edge of at least one of the transport brackets, that this lower edge in a plurality of parallel to at least one closed guideway of the transport clamps extending first levels of Klebebinders positionable. Due to this design of the perfect binder, the change of the notice can be realized technically simple and therefore cost-effective, safe and without adjustment of processing stations. Because compared to the prior art thus only one parameter of the perfect binder must be changed, also results in a simpler machine management by the operator.
  • the at least one closed guideway of the perfect binder can be positioned in a plurality of mutually parallel, second planes.
  • both the first and the second planes are horizontal, ie parallel to the mounting surface or to the machine frame of the perfect binder. In contrast, of course, an arbitrarily inclined course of these levels is possible.
  • the at least one device for changing the posting of the book block is arranged between the at least one closed guide track of the transporting clamps and the machine frame of the perfect binder. In this way, a particularly simple and space-saving solution can be realized.
  • the at least one closed guideway of the transporting clamps is connected to a baseplate.
  • the at least one device for changing the notice of the book block between the base plate and the machine frame of the perfect binder is arranged.
  • a simple and cost-effective support of the at least one closed guideway can be achieved.
  • the at least one device for changing the notice of the book block can be advantageously attached to the base plate and / or received in this.
  • a resting / vibrating table for the posting of the book block is fastened to the machine frame of the perfect binder.
  • a resting / vibrating table provides a simple and inexpensive solution for temporary storage of the notice of the book block during its adjustment.
  • the still loose book block placed on it is shaken in a first phase, whereby its individual printed sheets and / or sheets can first align with one another.
  • the shaking is discontinued, so that the still unbound book block comes to rest before its adoption in the respective transport clamp and occupy its sheets and / or sheets by resting on the resting / vibrating table a defined position. Starting from this defined position, the notice of the book block can be adjusted.
  • the lower edge of at least one of the transporting clamps is arranged to be parallel and vertically adjustable relative to the processing stations.
  • such an adjustment is relatively easy to implement, and on the other hand, they remain the same editing book block to the working position of the editing tools advantageous always aligned the same.
  • the at least one closed guideway is arranged analogously.
  • a common device for changing the posting of the book block is arranged for all transport clamps.
  • the perfect binder can be easily and quickly adapted to the expected production orders.
  • a device for changing the notice of the book block can be arranged on each transport clamp, which is connected to a machine control of the perfect binder.
  • the means for changing the posting of the book blocks with the machine control can be controlled either jointly or separately.
  • the device for changing the posting of the book block is designed to be infinitely variable or end position-related. As a result, this device can advantageously be actuated either particularly accurately or particularly quickly.
  • the device for changing the posting of the book block is designed to be hydraulically, electromotively, pneumatically and / or mechanically drivable. It is a selection of particularly advantageous solutions for the drive of such a device.
