Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Abwickeln einer Materialbahn.The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for unwinding a material web.
Materialbahnen, die für einen Weiterverarbeitungsprozess in einer Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine benötigt werden, werden oft in der Form eines Wickels zur Verfügung gestellt. In einer Abwickelvorrichtung wird diese Materialbahn dann von dem Wickel abgewickelt. Neigt sich der Materialbahnvorrat auf diesem Wickel dem Ende entgegen, muss ein neuer Wickel in die Abwickelvorrichtung eingebracht werden. Um den Bahnanfang dieses neuen Wickels nicht in die Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine separat einführen zu müssen, wird dieser Bahnanfang an das nachlaufende Bahnende des ersten Wickels befestigt. Auch während des Wickelwechsels sollte die Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine möglichst effizient betrieben werden können. Zudem kann es auch erforderlich sein, dass die Befestigungsstelle keine Störungen in der Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine hervorruft. Dokument

- einer Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung zum gegenseitigen Einstellen des nachlaufenden Endes und des Bahnanfangs, so dass das nachlaufende Ende und der Bahnanfang einen Abstand von größer als 0 mm voneinander einnehmen und insbesondere überlappungsfrei sind,
- wobei das nachlaufende Ende und ein Bahnanfang der neuen Materialbahn im Führungsbereich der Transporteinrichtung mit einem Verbindungselement miteinander verbindbar sind und
- wobei die Transportgeschwindigkeit des nachlaufenden Ende und des Bahnanfangs im Führungsbereich mehr als 0 Meter pro Minute beträgt.
