Claims (11)

  1. Door reinforcement structure
    comprising a jacket sheet (10), shaped by being folded over upon itself to form a rear plate (11) that covers the door opposite to a front panel of the door (2) and extends to either side in order to envelop the door sides along the two uprights, thus describing a lateral profile forming a side surface (12) along the edge of the door, followed at the front of the door by a backwards lip (13) designed to cover the front panel (3) over a short width,
    as well as a trough sheet (20) which forms a transverse plate (21) occupying an intermediate position in the thickness of the door, at the bottom of a cavity designed to lodge a filler panel (4) inside the door behind the front panel (3), and which extends by folding into a lateral Z-section forming a transverse flat (22), extending outwards from the transverse plate, so that the trough sheet lies flat against the inside face of a cooperating flat part (24) of said lateral section of the jacket sheet (10) to which it is attached by flat welding,
    and in which said jacket sheet (10) forms behind the trough sheet a receiving space for a second filler panel (5) which extends transversely into a rear part (15) of the jacket sheet (10) where its side surface (12) forms a U-shaped section extending outwards between the flat part on which the trough sheet is lying and the rear plate (11),
    whereby three lodging spaces are provided inside the jacket sheet, comprising a first lodging space for the front panel between the front lip (13) of the jacket sheet and the transverse plate (21) of the trough sheet, an intermediate lodging space for a filler panel extending over the same surface area in the receiving cavity (23) of the trough sheet, and a third lodging space for another filler panel which extends over a wider surface area on the rear plate (11) up to the side surface of the jacket sheet in the rear part (15) of said jacket sheet.
  2. Door reinforcement structure according to claim 1, in which said front panel (3) and said filler panels (4 and 5) are introduced by sliding in said lodging spaces from the lower end of the structure.
  3. Door reinforcement structure according to claims 1 or 2, in which flat welding of the trough sheet to the jacket sheet is carried out by plug welding.
  4. Door reinforcement structure according to one of claims 1 to 3, such that, during use, when the security door equipped with said structure is surface-mounted on a complementary door frame, with the jacket sheet being placed in the usual way in the rebate of the door frame next to a front part (14) of its side surface (12), the jacket sheet at the same time covers the door frame externally at the rear part (15) of its side surface, thus sealing the rebate groove.
  5. Door reinforcement structure according to one of claims 1 to 4, completed by an anti-crowbar device (30) comprising a door component consisting of a burglar-proof counterplate (31) in front of the door around its front panel, with said counterplate being attached over the front backwards lip (13) of the jacket sheet and forming a wing (32) projecting forwards.
  6. Door reinforcement structure according to claim 5, in which the anti-crowbar device comprises a door frame component (35) designed to cooperate with said counterplate (31) by means of a U-section providing a groove (36) at the front of the door frame in which the wing (32) of the counterplate (31) penetrates when the door is closed.
  7. Door reinforcement structure according to one of claims 1 to 6, in which there is also provided inside said jacket a space for a slider (41) that can receive a flush-mounted lock.
  8. Door reinforcement structure according to claim 7, in which the rear plate (11) of said jacket sheet is designed with a staged section forming a level (42) projecting backwards up to the side surface (12) to which it is joined by a flat surface (43) forming a faceplate for the lock bolts, and in which said slider (41) designed lodge a flush-mounted lock is placed, at the back of the trough sheet (20) against the rear plate at said level (42), and is attached there to the jacket sheet, preferably by welding.
  9. Security door assembly comprising a door reinforcement structure according to any of claims 1 to 8, completed with a door frame reinforcement structure for a fixed cooperating door frame, with said door frame reinforcement structure mainly comprising a frame sheet (50) having a rebate section (51) with cavities (53) to accommodate intumescent joints (52).
  10. Door assembly according to claim 9, with a door reinforcement structure according to claim 6, in which the frame sheet (50) extends forwards to form said door frame component (35) of the anti-crowbar device.
  11. Door assembly according to claim 9 or 10, of which the door frame sheet (50) extends backwards to form a rear U-shaped section (55) having a side forming a striking plate (57) that extends from the rebate section and is gouged out with locking bolt passages (56).
