Description

B E S C H R E I B U N G  DESCRIPTION
Behälterverschluss mit Stechnagel und unverlierbarem Siegelring Container closure with piercing nail and captive signet ring
The invention relates to a container closure comprising a closure bottom and a cap and a mouthpiece and means for piercing a closure film, wherein a guarantee strip is provided which ensures that the closure film can be pierced by the means only when the guarantee band has been removed, the Guarantee tape is disposed between the closure bottom and the cap, according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
From EP 0 214 095 A2 a container closure is known, which can be placed on a container, such as a plastic bottle, for example, screwed. This container closure has a closure bottom and a cap and a mouthpiece and means for piercing a Verschlussaufweist. Furthermore, a guarantee strip is provided which ensures that the sealing foil can only be pierced by the means when the guarantee strip has been removed.
A further development of such a container closure is disclosed in DE 102014207 652 A1. In this container closure, the guarantee strip between the closure bottom and the cap is arranged, wherein the peripheral lower edge of the cap and the upper peripheral edge of the closure bottom are connected to each other via at least one formed as a film hinge web. With this container closure, it is possible that the cap can be pivoted, but at the same time remains on the closure bottom, when the guarantee band has been removed. As a result, the cap can not be lost, so that a reclosure of the container closure is possible. In addition, the remains Cap permanently on the container closure, so that this unit, preferably together with the bottle, disposed of, for example, the recycling can be supplied.
However, in both the above-mentioned container closures there is still the disadvantage that the guarantee band is detached from the container closure after removal. This creates unnecessary waste because the guarantee strip can not be recycled and must be disposed of by the user of the container closure. The invention has for its object to improve a generic container closure to the effect that in the handling of the container closure no additional waste.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the guarantee strip is designed as a closed ring which is connected via at least one separable web to a lower edge of the cap and the cap is in each case partially rotatably and pressably mounted on the closure lower part. Due to the design of the guarantee strip as a closed ring this remains after the operation of the cap on the container closure, so effectively the generation of waste is avoided. After use, the container closure, possibly together with the container on which it is located, can be disposed of. At the same time, the operation of the Behälterverschuusses is optimized because the cap is partially rotatably and pushably mounted on the closure bottom. By the rotational movement of the cap relative to the closure bottom of the closed ring, which is axially, but not rotatably mounted on the closure part, separated from the cap by the at least one ridge is severed by the rotational movement of the cap relative to the non-co-rotating guarantee strip , The design of the at least one web, preferably a plurality of webs, is chosen so that a certain amount of force is required to rotate the cap and thereby separate the at least one web of the guarantee strip. After separation, it is possible that the closed ring can move axially, that is along the longitudinal axis of the container closure. He moves away from the lower edge of the cap, as it were at least one bridge has been severed, with sufficient space available for this movement.
After the cap has been rotated over a certain part of the circumference relative to the closure lower part, it comes to a position in which a pressing movement is possible. This position, in which the pushing movement is possible, can be realized by a corresponding stop. When the cap has reached this point after being twisted, not only the guarantee band formed as a closed ring is separated from the cap, but the cap can also be moved by applying a compressive force from above toward the bottom of the closure bottom, that is, toward the container become. By means of this movement, the means are also taken to pierce the sealing film and cut through this sealing film. The severing of the closure film causes a medium, which is located in the closure bottom and is initially arranged sealingly through the closure film in the closure base, can enter the underlying container.
Alle Teile des Behälterverschlusses verbleiben nach ihrer Bewegung (Abtrennen des Garantiebandes, Durchstechen der Verschlussfolie) an dem Behäiterverschluss, der somit als Einheit nach seinem Gebrauch ggf. zusammen mit dem Behälter entsorgt und in vorteilhafter Weise einer Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden kann: Overall, therefore, the container closure according to the invention has the advantage that, in the case of handling that is easy to carry out, the means for piercing the closure film can be actuated, with the generation of waste being effectively avoided at the same time. All parts of the container closure remain after their movement (removal of the guarantee strip, piercing the sealing film) on the Behäiterverschluss, which thus may be disposed of as a unit after its use together with the container and recycled advantageously can be recycled:
In a further development of the invention, the cap is formed by a base part on which a pivoting part is arranged. While the base part is mounted rotatably and pressed on the closure lower part captive, relative to a pivoting part can be moved to allow access to the mouthpiece and to remove the contents of the container. In this case, the pivoting part is a separate part and can be arranged for example by means of positive and / or non-positive connection to the base part. In a further development of the invention, the pivoting is arranged movably and captively on the base part. While it is conceivable as already described above that the pivoting part is a separate Teii to the base part and may possibly be lost, in this further embodiment of the invention, the Schwenkteii is simultaneously movable and captive on the base part. This results in the advantage that the pivoting part can also be moved in order to make the mouthpiece accessible. At the same time, however, this pivoting part is also firmly fixed to the base part, thereby also preventing the generation of waste after the final use of the container closure.
In a further development of the invention, the guarantee band designed as a closed ring is arranged over the at least one web on the lower edge of the base part of the cap. In this initial state, therefore, the base part of the cap and the guarantee strip are initially connected to each other. Now, if a force is applied to the cap, including the base part, it is possible to rotate due to the permissible rotational movement of the cap and the base part of this element relative to the closure bottom. At the same time, however, the guarantee strip designed as a closed ring is mounted on the closure lower part in such a way that, although a linear movement along the longitudinal axis of the container closure is possible, no rotational movement is possible. As a result, the cap is rotated with its base part itself by the force which is applied to rotate the cap, but the closed ring can not join in this rotational movement. As a result, the at least one web is severed. The cut-through is a visually perceptible sign that the cap has been twisted. In addition, this visual perception of the removal of the guarantee band is increased by the fact that the guarantee band formed as a closed ring away from the peripheral lower edge of the base part of the cap. This also creates space for the lower edge of the base member to approach the tamper-evident tape when a compressive force is applied to the cap to actuate the means for piercing the sealing foil. In a development of the invention, a distance between the lower edge of the guarantee strip and an upper edge of the closure lower part corresponds at least to the path that the means for piercing the sealing foil can cover. This ensures that the guarantee band formed as a closed ring does not obstruct the linear path of the cap when a compressive force is exerted on it. At the same time, this path is dimensioned such that the means for piercing the sealing film are also moved along such a path which opens the sealing film at least so far that the medium located therein can move in the direction of the container located underneath.
An embodiment of a container closure according to the invention and its mode of operation are described below and explained with reference to the figures.
Figures 1 to 11 show a Behälterverschuuss 1 with a cap 2 in different views and functional sections.
It can be seen in these FIGS. 1 to 3 that the container closure 1 has a mouthpiece 3, a piercing nail 4 as a means for piercing a sealing foil, not shown, as well as a closure lower part 5 with a guarantee band 6. In the mouthpiece 3, an opening 7 is provided when viewing the figures 1 to 3 upwards in which the piercing nail 4 is arranged sealingly in its initial position. The piercing nail 4 is as recognizable a piece on the top of the mouthpiece 3 addition.
In Figure 1 it can be seen that the guarantee strip 6 is formed as a closed ring and is arranged on a web, preferably a plurality of circumferentially distributed webs 8, at the lower edge of the cap 2. It can be seen in FIG. 2 that the piercing nail 4 protrudes a little way beyond the upper end of the piece 3, wherein it is designed so that it can be moved in the direction of the interior of the closure piece 5 when a pressure is applied in the printing direction 9. If this is done, the upper part of the claw nail 4 is no longer sealing in the mouthpiece 3, more precisely, the opening 7, arranged so that the Content of the container (not shown here), on which the container closure 1 is arranged, removed, for example, can be drunk.
In addition, a rotatable guide for the cap 2 is shown in Figure 2, as well as locking means by which the cap 2 are set after execution of the rotational movement of the closure part 5. After this setting, the cap 2 can not be further rotated, however, it can perform a linear movement (parallel to the printing direction 9). The cap 2 is thus twisted, with the guarantee strip 6 tearing off. In this case there is a stop which stops the further rotation of the cap 2 and redirects the movement axially. Only after pressing the cap 2, but this engages and is determined with the closure part 5. Subsequently, the cap 2 can neither be twisted nor moved axially. This means that a backward movement of the cap 2 is no longer possible. This is optionally realized in an advantageous manner so that the container closure 1 can no longer move relative to the container on which it is arranged. A release of the container closure 1 of the container is thus facilitated.
Present, but not shown, are also means (such as detent means or the like) which cause the tamper-evident band 6 to be fixed with respect to the closure bottom 5 such that it does not participate in a rotational movement of the cap 2 (whereby the at least one web 8) is separated), but a linear movement (also along the printing direction 9) is possible. After severing the at least one web 8 and thus the release of the guarantee strip 6 of the cap 2, this can, without performing a rotational movement, move linearly in the direction of an upper edge 10 of the closure part 5. For this purpose, a room is available, wherein between the circumferential lower edge of the formed as a closed ring guarantee strip 6 and the top 10, a distance A is available (Figure 1). This distance A is at least as large as the upper part of the claw nail 4, which projects beyond the top of the mouthpiece 3. This distance A is shown in FIG. By turning the cap 2 is thus not only the loosening and remaining of the guarantee strip 6 of the cap 2 and 5 realized on the closure bottom, but the space then between the peripheral lower edge of the cap 2 and the upper peripheral edge of the guarantee strip 6 (which on the Top edge 10 of the closure bottom 5 rests) allows a linear movement of the nail clip 4 in the printing direction 9 along a path corresponding to the distance A to move the piercing nail 4 in the interior of the closure member 5 and thereby pierce the Verschlussfoiie.
The mouthpiece 3 has a guide groove 11 in which a correspondingly shaped and inwardly facing projection, such as a pin (round, square, oblong or the like), the cap 2 slides along during the rotation and pressing movement of the cap 2 and thus is guided. The guide groove 11 has a horizontal portion 12 and a vertical portion 13 (as viewed in Figure 2), wherein between these two sections 12, 13, a transition (angled, for example, rectangular, stepped or, as shown, arcuate) is present. Now, when the cap 2 is rotated around the mouthpiece 3, the projection of the cap 2 initially runs in the horizontal portion 12. During this partial movement prevents the Zusammenspiei from projection of the cap 2 and horizontal portion 12, a movement of the cap 2 in the printing direction 9. However during this partial movement, the at least one web 8 cut through, because the cap 2 makes the partial movement (rotation or rotation), but the guarantee strip 6 can not join because of its corresponding definition, for example via latching means, since the means between the guarantee band 6 and Cap 2 present (but not shown), only allow movement of the guarantee strip 6 in the printing direction 9. If the projection of the cap 2 passes over the transition between the two sections 12, 13 into the vertical section 13 of the guide groove 11, the cap 2 can be moved downward (in the pressure direction 9) in a further partial movement (pushing or linear movement). In this case, the guarantee strip 6 is already released from the cap 2, so that after a complete movement (rotating and pushing movement) of the cap 2 whose peripheral lower edge parallel to the peripheral upper edge of the guarantee strip 6 comes to rest. The peripheral lower edge of the guarantee strip 6 is aligned parallel to the upper edge 10, preferably also come to rest. The dimension "A" is thus reduced. According to the embodiment of the guide groove 11 in Figure 2, the transition from the rotational to the pressing movement takes place in an advantageous manner harmonious and fluent, so that this transition is not noticed by a user. As a result, both the release of the guarantee strip 6 as well as the pressing of the nail clip 4 for piercing the release film with only one hand movement. In this process, therefore, the dimension "A" is reduced down to "A" equal to zero.
As long as the projection of the cap 2 is in the horizontal portion 12 of the guide groove 11, it can only be twisted, but not pressed (linearly moved). Only from the transition from the horizontal portion 12 in the direction of the vertical portion 13 is a pure linear movement or a combination of rotation and pressing movement allowed.
Details of the required elements of the container closure 1 are shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.
In FIG. 4, the cap 2 is shown, which has a base part 21 and a pivoting part 22, which is preferably arranged captively thereon. While the base part 21 is mounted rotatably and linearly movably on the closure bottom part 5, the pivot part 22 can be pivoted to release the opening 7 or to close it from the base part 21.
Figure 5 shows a detailed view of the closure part 5 with its mouthpiece 3, wherein at the upper end of the mouthpiece 3, the opening 7 (here without clip nail 4) is shown.
FIG. 6 shows an exemplary detail configuration of a nail clip 4 which has a pressure geometry 41 at its one end and a pierce geometry 42 at its other end and at least one sealing geometry 43 therebetween. As already seen in FIGS. 1 to 3, the pressure geometry 41 is arranged outside the upper end of the mouthpiece 3. The at least one sealing geometry 43 is present in a plane E with which it is arranged in the plane E, in which the opening 7 is located (FIG. 5), so that this opening 7 is in the original state of the Sealing geometry 43 is closed. The lancing geometry 42 is located, for example, in a plane which lies slightly above the plane in which the peripheral lower edge of the closure lower part 5 is arranged. In the plane in which the peripheral lower edge of the Verschlussunterteües 5 is located, a sealing film is arranged so that the interior of the closure part 5, in which are essential parts of the nail clip 4 and a freely selectable medium, of the closure film on the one hand and of the Seal geometry 43 on the other hand closed. If a force is applied to the printing geometry 41, the piercing nail 4 is moved along its longitudinal axis in the direction of the closure lower part 5, whereby on the one hand the opening 7 is released and on the other hand by means of the piercing geometry 42 the sealing film, not shown, is pierced.
FIGS. 7 to 11 show the mode of operation, ie a method for operating such a container closure 1.
FIG. 7 shows the delivery state in which the guarantee strip 6 is still arranged on the cap 2 via its at least one web 8 and the cap 2 is arranged on the closure bottom 5. In this state, the piercing nail 4 projects with its pressure geometry 41 a little way beyond the upper edge of the mouthpiece 3.
Figure 8 shows the next step, in which the cap 2 is rotated along a partial circumference (rotational movement R), wherein the cap 2 can be rotated a piece until it reaches a defined end position. At the beginning of the rotation and until reaching the end position of the cap 2 at the end of the rotational movement, the at least one web 8 is severed and the guarantee strip can move linearly in the direction of the upper edge 10 of the closure lower part 5.
In Figure 9 it is shown that the cap 2 was pressed due to a pressure movement D in the direction of the upper edge 10 of the closure part 5, wherein on the one hand the peripheral lower edge of the cap 2, in particular its base part 21, the upper peripheral edge of the closed ring trained warranty strip 6 approaches and even comes to rest, and on the other hand, the cutting nail 4 is moved into the interior of the lower cover part 5. It is recognizable that the bottom of the lancing geometry 42, the unillustrated sealing film, which lies in the plane in which the peripheral lower edge of the closure part 5 is located, is pierced.
FIG. 10 shows, as a next step, that the opening 7 can be made accessible in the mouthpiece 3, in which the pivoting part 22 is moved along a pivoting movement V, while at the same time the base part 21 remains on the closure bottom part 5. In a simple embodiment for making the opening 7 in the mouthpiece 3 accessible, it would also be possible to design the cap 2 in one piece or to form the pivoting part 22 so as to be detachable and thus losable from the base part 21.
FIG. 11 shows, as a last step, that the pivoting part 22 can again be moved in the opposite pivoting direction V, so that the opening 7 in the mouthpiece 3 is closed again by means of the cap 2, thereby sealing the container against its external environment.
Of course, the opening and closing operation illustrated in FIGS. 10 and 1 may be performed multiple times.
