- Blue: plug connection secured and polarized as desired (middle fuse notch used)
- Red: plug connection not secured, any polarity (fuse notch not available or not used)
Eine hier nicht speziell dargestellte proprietäre Ausführungsvariante des Erfindungsgegenstands könnte leicht unverpolbar ausgeführt werden, dies in dem die Verrieglungsvorrichtung nur in dafür gestaltete Schutzkragen einführbar wäre. Claims (11)
- Mechanical securing means for an AC protective contact plug-in connection comprising at least two current-carrying round contact pins (K) and a third pole as protective contact, consisting of a plug (1), which has a housing, and a coupling part with a protective collar (2) and a locking device which can be operated by a pushbutton (6), starting from a virtual plane which is formed by opposing contact pins (K), in a virtual plane which is parallel to the first-mentioned virtual plane, at least one locking lever (24), which is loaded by a spring (17), is provided in a plug part (1a), which locking lever, in a manner pivotable about a fulcrum (D), engages into the plug part (1a) by means of a manually operable pushbutton (6), that the locking lever (24), when the pushbutton (6) is released, engages by way of its front-side claw (7) into a securing notch (16) in the protective collar (2) of the coupling part and secures the connection, characterized in that the pushbutton (6) has a marking (6') or lateral boundary line, wherein the marking (6') is visible from the side when the pushbutton (6) protrudes too far beyond the housing of the plug (1).
- Mechanical securing means according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pushbutton (6) has a plurality of markings or lateral boundary lines.
- Mechanical securing means according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the markings or boundary lines are coloured markings.
- Mechanical securing means according to Claim 1, characterized in that two locking apparatuses (6, 7, 18, D; 16) which are situated opposite one another are provided.
- Mechanical securing means according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking apparatus (6, 7, 18, D; 16) have, in the plug (1), pushbuttons (6) which are situated opposite one another and protrude beyond the housing of the plug (1).
- Mechanical securing means according to Claim 1, characterized in that the claw (7) is formed on the front side in accordance with its movement sequence (B) .
- Mechanical securing means according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized in that it has four securing notches (16) in the protective collar (2), two claws (7) which are situated opposite one another engaging into said securing notches in each case, so that the plug-in connection can be selectively polarized.
- Mechanical securing means according to Claim 7, characterized in that it has four securing notches (16; 16') in the protective collar (2), in that in each case two securing notches (16 and, respectively, 16') which are situated opposite one another in the parallel virtual plane are of the same depth and into which, in each case, into the two claws (7), which are situated opposite one another, engage to different depths, depending on the position of the plug (1), so that the plug-in connection can be selectively polarized in a targeted manner.
- Mechanical securing means according to Claim 1, characterized in that a spring block (18) is inserted into the interior of the plug (1), which spring block has mutually opposite, centring spring supports (15) and in the central recess of which spring block the protective contact springs (21, 22) are present, and in that recesses (29; 29') are present which receive a connection terminal for a protective conductor which is connected to the springs (21, 22).
- Mechanical securing means according to Claim 9, characterized in that the locking lever (24) is inserted about its fulcrum (D), as a single-armed lever with an extension at the claw (7).
- Mechanical securing means according to Claim 9, characterized in that the locking lever (24) is composed of a thermoplastic, and in that the pushbutton (6), in its interior, contains a recess with a centring spring support (15) for at least one compression spring (17) .
