Claims (7)

  1. Appareil à vapeur (2) pour convertir un four classique (1) en un four à vapeur, qui comprend :
    une alimentation électrique externe prévue pour alimenter ledit appareil en électricité (2) ;
    un réservoir d'eau (7) prévu pour stocker l'eau qui est requise pour générer de la vapeur chaude (9) ;
    un générateur de vapeur est prévu pour générer la vapeur chaude (9) à partir de l'eau qui est stockée dans le réservoir d'eau (7) ;
    dans lequel l'appareil (2) comprend en outre une unité de commande et une interface utilisateur (5) ;
    dans lequel l'unité de commande est configurée pour commander l'appareil (2) ;
    dans lequel l'interface utilisateur (5) est configurée pour permettre à un utilisateur d'exécuter un signal de commande sur l'appareil à vapeur (2) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    le générateur de vapeur comporte un élément de transfert de chaleur (10) ; et
    dans lequel l'élément de transfert de chaleur (10) est adapté pour acquérir de la chaleur générée au niveau du four classique (1) et transférer la chaleur acquise vers l'eau stockée pour générer la vapeur chaude (9).
  2. Appareil à vapeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'appareil à vapeur (2) comporte en outre une isolation thermique (4) sur des points de montage de l'appareil à vapeur (2).
  3. Appareil à vapeur selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'appareil à vapeur (2) est monté entre la porte de four classique (3) et un corps (1) avec des structures d'isolation nécessaires (4).
  4. Appareil à vapeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la quantité de vapeur chaude (9) générée par le générateur de vapeur est ajustée avec une distance entre l'élément de transfert de chaleur (10) et le réservoir d'eau (7) par des actionneurs mécaniques ou électriques.
  5. Appareil à vapeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'appareil à vapeur (2) comporte en outre un orifice de sortie de vapeur (6) prévu pour une distribution homogène et synchrone de vapeur chaude (9).
  6. Appareil à vapeur selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la forme de l'orifice de sortie de vapeur (6) est conçue comme une structure en forme de cheminée.
  7. Appareil à vapeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'appareil à vapeur (2) comporte en outre un ventilateur de support pour une distribution plus rapide de vapeur chaude (9) à l'intérieur du four classique (1).
