Description

The invention relates to a blind with several reversible from a horizontal starting position in a closed position pivotable slats, with at least one pair of outer and inner conductor strips and with a pivotable together with the slats foot profile, the outer and inner conductor strips so with the slats and with Are connected to the foot profile so that they can be pivoted by actuating the conductor strips.

In particular, the present invention relates to blind systems which can be integrated into a window and which can preferably be arranged between the insulating glass panes of a window.

Such blinds are known from the prior art. Figure 1 shows a blind in open ( Figure 1a ) and closed ( Figure 1b ) Position. The blind is generally identified by the reference number 1. It comprises a plurality of pivotable slats 2, at least one pair of outer (front) and inner (rear) conductor strips (conductor cords) 3 and 4 and a pivotable base profile 5. The outer and inner conductor strips 3 and 4 are so with the slats 2 and with Foot profile 5 connected that the slats 2 and 5 through the foot profile Operation of the conductor strips 3 and 4 can be pivoted. So there is a transition from the open position ( Figure 1a ) in the closed position ( Figure 1b ) by lowering the outer conductor strip 3 with respect to the inner conductor strip 4.

With blinds of this type, it can be observed that, in particular, the slats arranged near the base profile are not pivoted completely and thus do not close completely because the downward pulling force of the outer conductor strip is insufficient.

Druckschrift DE 1 023 214 B zeigt eine Jalousie gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.pamphlet DE 1 023 214 B shows a blind according to the preamble of claim 1.

Weitere Jalousien sind aus den Druckschriften US 2004/211528 A1 , US 1 898 940 A , US 2009/294076 A1 und US 2011/042018 A1 bekannt.Further blinds are from the publications US 2004/211528 A1 . US 1,898,940 A . US 2009/294076 A1 and US 2011/042018 A1 known.

The object of the invention is to find a construction which counteracts this problem and improves the closing angle of such blinds.

Against this background, the invention relates to a blind with a plurality of slats which can be reversibly swiveled from a horizontal starting position into a closed position, with at least one pair of outer and inner conductor strips and with a base profile which can be pivoted together with the slats, the outer and inner conductor strips thus having the slats and are connected to the foot profile in such a way that they can be pivoted by actuating the conductor strips, the foot profile being designed in such a way that its center of gravity in the starting position lies above its pivot axis and tilts forward when it is pivoted into the closed position. The swivel axis is the axis around which the foot profile at the pivoting movement is rotated. It runs normally on the cross-sectional area of the foot profile.

It can be achieved that the downward tensile force of the outer conductor band and thus the pivoting movement of the slats is supported by the weight of the foot profile. The center of gravity is preferably not in the center of gravity of the foot profile. The center of gravity can coincide with the swivel axis.

The foot profile rolls on the ladder cords when the slats are pivoted, the foot profile at least in the area in which it rolls on the ladder cords has an arcuate profile in cross section, the center of which corresponds to the pivot axis of the foot profile.

The circular arc has the advantage that the distance between the conductor cords does not change despite the pivoting of the slats and thus the foot profile.

The blind is preferably a collapsible horizontal slat blind.

The foot profile is also commonly referred to as the lower rail in common parlance.

Since the center of gravity lies above the swivel axis and, for example, perpendicularly above the swivel axis, when the slats and the foot profile swivel, it can shift to that side of the swivel axis that tilts downward in the closing direction when the slats swivel. The side that tilts downwards when the slats are pivoted in the direction of closure, is understood in the present case as the outside, since in the installation situation this side typically faces outside (in the direction of the sun).

The fact that the foot profile is rounded in the areas of engagement of the front and rear conductor strips means that the distance between the conductor strips is not widened or reduced when the foot profile is pivoted into the closed position and thus no counterforce is generated against such pivoting. The closing angle of the foot profile and ultimately the slats can also be improved in this way.

In one embodiment, at least one underside of the foot profile has an arcuate profile in cross section.

In particular in the case of blinds which are integrated into an insulating glass, it must also be taken into account that with such an arrangement the foot profile often rests on the lower region of a frame arranged between the panes. The rounding or the circular arc shape makes it easier to give away the foot profile.

The radius of the circular arc-shaped course preferably corresponds to half the distance between the conductor cords.

In a further preferred embodiment, the circular arc-shaped course preferably extends over at least 180 degrees plus the maximum swivel angle of the slats, more preferably over at least 180 degrees plus twice the maximum swivel angle of the slats.

The circular arc in cross section preferably extends in the longitudinal direction of the foot profile at least over a portion of the foot profile. This therefore preferably has at least one part-circular cylindrical section.

The circular arc-shaped course particularly preferably extends in the longitudinal direction of the foot profile over the entire length of the foot profile.

In one embodiment, the distance of the center of gravity from the pivot axis is at least 20% and preferably at least 40% of half the distance between the points of attack of the outer and inner conductor strips of the foot profile. Depending on the design, the points of attack can be the same regardless of the position of the foot profile, or they can move along an area of attack.

The points of attack in the starting position, however, do not have to correspond to the fixing points of the conductor strips on the foot profile. A redirection point can also represent the point of attack.

In one embodiment, the foot profile is a profile element that is loaded with a weight body that has a higher density than the profile element, the weight body not being arranged in the pivot axis of the profile element. The arrangement of the weight body relative to the pivot axis can be as described above.

Dies lässt eine optisch ansprechende Gestaltung zu.In one embodiment, the weight body is completely covered by the profile element. This allows a visually appealing design.

In one embodiment, the foot profile is an extruded profile element, to which the conductor cords and / or a drawstring are preferably fixed. The profile of the profile element preferably forms a rolling area, on which the foot profile rolls when pivoted on the conductor cords. The profile of the profile element is preferably designed so that a tension band, which preferably on the pivot axis with the foot profile is connected or is deflected at the pivot axis, is not deflected by other regions of the when pivoting. The profile element is preferably made in one piece.

In one embodiment, the foot profile is an asymmetrically designed profile element, the center of gravity of which is not in the center of gravity of the shape. For example, it can be provided that the profile element has at least one solid area and at least one cavity, the solid area and the cavity being asymmetrically distributed over the cross section.

The blind can be an electrically as well as a manually operated blind.

In one embodiment, in addition to the conductor strips, the blind also has at least one tension strip, which is preferably connected to the base profile on the pivot axis or is deflected at the pivot axis. This is the case with many venetian blinds.

In one embodiment, the foot profile has at least one preferably wedge-shaped indentation for the drawstrings, which extends from the top of the foot profile to the pivot axis. In this way it can be achieved that the pivoting movement of the foot profile is not impeded by a deflection of the drawstring.

In one embodiment, the conductor strips and possibly also drawstrings are connected to the foot profile at the same point, but are deflected at different points in each case.

In one embodiment, the foot profile is round or oval in cross section. A generally rectangular foot profile with semicircular short (front and rear) edges can also be preferred.

The points of application of the drawstrings can lie on the circumference of the foot profile.

In one embodiment, the blind has a drive mechanism for moving the blind by actuating the drawstring and the conductor cords, the blind being moved in the vertical direction by actuating the drawstring.

The conductor cords are preferably guided over a driver element which can be actuated together with the drawstring, so that the slats are adjusted in the respective direction at the beginning of a journey by driving the conductor cord.

Alternatively or additionally, the conductor cords can be connected to one another above the last lamella and be guided over a roller, so that the lamella is adjusted in the respective direction by a rotary movement of the roller. The roller is preferably a driver element on which the cord rests slidingly and can be taken along by friction.

In the event of the slats being adjusted by such a roller, the spacing of the conductor cords does not change in an upper region when the slats are pivoted. Therefore, the rounding or the circular arc shape of the foot profile has the particular advantage that the distance remains the same even in the lower area.

The roller preferably has the same radius as the circular profile of the foot profile.

In one embodiment, the blind has a motor for moving the blind, and / or connections for connection to an external controller and / or power source.

The profile element can, for example, be a preferably extruded strand. Examples of suitable materials are plastics or light metals such as aluminum. The weight body can be a rod received in the strand. For example, denser metals such as iron can be considered as materials.

The blind according to the invention can preferably be integrated into an insulating glass.

The present invention therefore furthermore includes the use of a blind, as described above, in an insulating glass with at least two panes separated by spacers, the blind being arranged between the panes of the insulating glass.

The present invention further comprises a construction set for a blind integrated in the insulating glass, the construction set comprising a blind as described above and spacers for the panes of the insulating glass.

Figure 3:

Figure 2 shows a blind according to the invention in the open position ( Figure 2a ) and in the closed position ( Figure 2b ). The blind is a collapsible venetian blind 1.

Like the prior art, it includes blinds ( Figure 1 ) a plurality of pivotable slats 2, at least one pair of outer and inner conductor strips 3 and 4 and a pivotable base profile 5. The outer and inner conductor strips 3 and 4 are connected to the strips 2 and to the base profile 5.

The conductor strips 3 and 4 are connected at the common fixing point 6 to the foot profile 5, which is an extruded, round profile element. The fixing point 6 is located centrally on the underside of the profile element 5. Starting from the fixing point 6, the outer and inner conductor strips 3 and 4 run upwards along the circumference of the profile element and are deflected continuously. The fixing point 6 can also be designed such that the outer and inner conductor strips (conductor cords) 3 and 4 are guided at the fixing point 6 through a hole or opening into the interior of the profile and are fixed there, for example by a knot. Starting from outer and inner deflection points 7 and 8, the conductor strips 3 and 4 run parallel and vertically upwards. Above the deflection points 7 and 8, the conductor strips 3 and 4 no longer touch the profile element 5.

With this configuration, the profile element rolls with its circumference on the conductor cords during a pivoting movement. Due to the circular cross section of the circumference of the profile element, the distance of the conductor cords above the deflection points 7 and 8 does not change despite the pivoting movement.

Furthermore, this configuration nevertheless enables pivoting in the event that the foot profile rests.

The profile element 5 is designed asymmetrically and has in cross section a solid area 9 and a cavity 10. The solid area 9 is above the pivot axis 11, which is in the center of gravity of the profile element, here in the center of the circle. The cavity 10 lies below the pivot axis 11. The profile element 5 is symmetrical in cross section on both sides, that is to say forward and backward. The center of gravity 12 of the profile element 5 does not lie in the pivot axis 11, but rather perpendicularly above it.

When the slats swivel out of the open position ( Figure 2a ) in the closed position ( Figure 2b ) the center of gravity 12 shifts laterally and is then no longer directly above but diagonally above and therefore in front of the pivot axis 11.

Due to this weight distribution, given the total weight of the profile element 5, more downward tensile force is exerted on the outer conductor strips 3, which favors the complete closing of all the slats 2. For example, the front / rear weight distribution of 50/50 in the open position ( Figure 2a ) to 50 + x / 50-x in the closed position ( Figure 2b ) pass over. The foot profile 5 can, for example, be constructed such that the value x is 25%.

Figure 3 shows a further embodiment of a blind according to the invention in the open position. The profile element according to Fig. 3 also has a circular arc-shaped circumferential profile on its underside in cross section. Starting from a point on the circumference that is lowest in the neutral position, this extends over at least 90 ° and in the exemplary embodiment from there again through an angular range which is greater than or equal to the maximum pivoting angle of the slats. This also ensures that, despite the pivoting movement, the distance between the conductor cords does not change above the deflection points 7 and 8. Furthermore, this configuration nevertheless enables pivoting in the event that the foot profile rests.

The basic structure of this blind is similar to that of the blind Figure 2 , so only the differences are described below.

Namely, the blind 1 according to FIG Figure 3 In addition to the conductor strips 3 and 4, there are also tension strips 13 which are connected to the profile element 5.

The drawstrings 13 are fixed centrally on the underside of the profile element 5 on the profile element. The fixing point 6 corresponds to that of the outer and inner conductor strips 3 and 4. From this fixing point, it runs vertically in the open position and parallel to the conductor strips 3 and 4 or in the closed position obliquely upwards to a deflection point which is the center of gravity and at the same time Pivot axis 11 corresponds. outgoing from the deflection point, it runs perpendicularly and parallel to the conductor strips 3 and 4 upwards, regardless of the position of the slats 2 and the profile element 5.

Above the deflection point and thus the pivot axis 11, the profile element 5 has an indentation 14 which extends perpendicularly to the top of the profile element 5 and thereby widens in a wedge shape. This recess 14 prevents the pivoting movement of the foot profile 5 from being hindered by a deflection of the drawstrings 13.

The profile element 5 is constructed differently in cross-section than that according to the embodiment Figure 2 , Instead of having a solid area, it rather has two receiving areas for metal weight bars 15 and 16. The weight bars 15 and 16 are completely covered by the profile element 5, which is itself made of plastic or aluminum or another lighter material. The receptacles and thus the front and rear weight rods 15 and 16 lie above the pivot axis 11. The profile element 5 according to the embodiment is also forward and backward Figure 3 symmetrical in cross section. Here too, the center of gravity 12 of the profile element 5 is not in the pivot axis 11, but perpendicularly above it.

Consequently, here too, as already in connection with the embodiment of FIG Figure 2 described, with a pivoting of the slats from the open to the closed position and then lies obliquely above and therefore in front of the pivot axis 11 in order to be able to exert more downward tensile force on the outer conductor strips 3 given the total weight of the foot profile 5.

The venetian blind according to the invention preferably has at least one motor, which, if necessary, drives a venetian blind mechanism via a gear mechanism, which and lowering the blinds and adjusting the slats.

In one possible exemplary embodiment, the slats are adjusted by taking the conductor cords with them at the beginning of each journey. The movement of the blind and the adjustment of the slats can only be done by controlling a single motor.

The motor, possibly the transmission and the blind mechanism are preferably arranged in a head box, from which the blind extends downward.

The blind can preferably be installed in the insulating glass of a window. The head box is arranged together with circumferential spacers between two panes of the window, which protrude slightly above the spacers and the head box. A circumferential seal is then attached, for example by casting with a sealing compound. The head box receiving the blind system and the circumferential spacers could, for. B. can be supplied as a mounting set to insulating glass manufacturers or window manufacturers who connect them to the glass panes, seal them and install them in the windows.
