A folding installation, in particular a glass folding installation, having at least two folding wings (1, 2) pivotally connected via at least one hinge, comprising a hinge arrangement for the releasable connection of the folding wings (1, 2) of the folding installation, with an axle pin (7) thickened on one side by a collar (9) and at least two hinge parts (3, 4) each fixed to a respective folding wing pivotally connected to each other via the axle pin (7) extending through bushes (5, 6) formed in the hinge parts (3, 4), the axle pin (7) having a recess (8) and at least one of the hinge parts (3) having a fixing element (23) which extends into its bushing (5) and is displaceable transversely to the longitudinal extension (A) of the axle pin (7) and which has a projection (33) extending into the recess (8) of the axle pin (7) in the connected state of the components (1, 2), the fixing element (23) having, on its side facing away from the axle pin (7), an actuating handle (43) projecting beyond the hinge part (3) arranged in such a way that, when the folding installation is closed, it is located within an intermediate space (50) between the connected folding wings (1, 2).
  2. Folding installation according to claim 1, characterised in that the fixing element (23) is loaded with a spring bias towards the axle pin (7).
  3. Folding installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one further hinge part (4) has a latching element (24) which can move into its bushing (6) and is displaceable transversely to the longitudinal extension (A) of the axle pin (7).
  4. Folding installation according to claim 3, characterised in that the latching element (24) is loaded with a spring bias onto the axle pin (7).
  5. Folding installation according to claim 3 or 4, characterised by an arrangement of the latching element (24) in the further hinge part (4) relative to the recess (8) of the axle pin (7) in such a way that, when the latching element (24) is latched into the recess (8) the axle pin (7) is completely removed from the bushing (5) of the hinge part (3) comprising the fixing element (23).
  6. Folding installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fixing element (23) has an actuating handle (43) projecting beyond the hinge part (3) on its side facing away from the axle pin (7).
  7. Folding installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the axle pin (7) and/or the fixing element (23) has a marking (37) which is recognisable when the components (1, 2) are not fully connected, but which is not recognisable when the components (1, 2) are connected.
  8. Folding installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fixing element (23) has a stop (44, 45) limiting its movement away from the axle pin (7).
  9. Folding installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the recess (8) of the axle pin (7) has an inlet slope (17) towards the collar (9).
