Claims (14)

  1. Device for covering at least one component (F, S, P) of a fastening system (B) for a fastening point, in which a rail (S) for a rail vehicle is fastened on a substrate (U), wherein the fastening system (B) comprises a spring element (F), which, in the mounted state, exerts an elastic hold-down force on the rail (S), and wherein the device (1) comprises a cover cap (2) provided to be positioned over the spring element (F) in order to shield the spring element (F) from the environment, wherein the cover cap (2) has a recess (4) which, in the state positioned over the spring element (F), receives the spring element (F) and which is dimensioned in such manner that the spring element (F) can freely follow, within the recess (4), the movements of the rail (S) occurring during use, wherein the device (1) also comprises a retaining part (3), which can be handled separately from the cover cap (2) and is provided to be arranged in the region of the spring element (F), and has at least one moulded element (14, 15, 16, 17), which serves as a stop for positioning the cover cap (2) on the retaining part (3) in a precise manner, characterised in that the retaining part (3) has at least one underlying section (11, 12), which can be inserted under an assigned section of the spring element (F).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that a moulded element (9, 10) formed correspondingly to the moulded element (14, 15) of the retaining part (3) is provided on the cover cap (2) and the moulded elements (9, 10, 14, 15) of cover cap (2) and retaining part (3) can be brought into engagement with one another in a form-fitting manner.
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the moulded elements (9, 10, 14, 15) of cover cap (2) and retaining part (3) can be locked together.
  4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining part (3) has a moulded element (16, 17), which serves as a stop for positioning the retaining part (3) on the spring element (F) in a precise manner.
  5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining part (3) is formed in the manner of a frame and surrounds a receiving portion, in which the spring element (F) sits in the mounted state when the retaining part (3) is positioned thereon.
  6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining part (3) has two underlying sections (11, 12), of which, in the mounted state, the one underlying section (11) is assigned to a section of the spring element (F) and the other underlying section (12) is assigned to another section of the spring element (F).
  7. Device according to claim 6, characterised in that the underlying sections (11, 12) are connected to one another by an elastically deformable connecting section (13) of the retaining part (3).
  8. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cover cap (2), in the region of its recess (4), has at least one reinforcement rib (5).
  9. Fastening point, in which a rail (S) for a rail vehicle is fastened on a substrate (U), comprising a rail (S) and a spring element (F), which is tensioned against the substrate (U) in the mounted state and which exerts an elastic hold-down force on the foot (SF) of the rail (S), and a device (1) formed according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the retaining part (3) of the device (1) is arranged between the spring element (F) and the substrate (U) in the mounted state, the cover cap (2) is positioned over the spring element (F) in order to shield the spring element (F) from the environment and the cover cap (2) is positioned in a precise manner by a form-fitting connection with the retaining part (3).
  10. Fastening point according to claim 9, characterised in that it comprises a guide plate (P) which is to be fixed on the substrate (U) and along which the rail (S) is guided laterally and on which both the retaining part (3) and the spring element (F) sit.
  11. Fastening point according to any one of claims 9 or 10, characterised in that the spring element (F) is formed as a tension clamp, whose basic shape, when viewed in plan view, corresponds to the shape of a "ω".
  12. Fastening point according to any one of claims 9 to 11, characterised in that the rail (S) fastened therein has a rail web (ST), on which a damping element (DE) is laterally fastened, into which is formed a recess (24, 25), into which engages the cover cap (2) positioned over the spring element (F).
  13. Fastening point according to claim 12, characterised in that the retaining part (3) has a moulded element (8), which engages in a form-fitting manner into a correspondingly shaped receiving portion of the damping element (DE).
  14. Fastening point according to any one of claims 9 to 13, characterised in that it is cast into a filler (M).
