Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sliding wall system with a carriage for a sliding wall element of the sliding wall system, having a carriage housing, a first running wheel, a second running wheel and a suspension element, the running wheels being mounted so as to be rotatable about at least one running wheel axis with respect to the carriage housing by at least one bearing device, and wherein furthermore the suspension element is arranged in and / or on the vehicle housing, protruding from the car housing, in such a way that a sliding wall element can be fastened to the suspension element.
  • the sliding wall system comprises a profile element for a ceiling guide, having a first runner profile, a second runner profile and a profile gap, which is particularly preferably arranged between the first runner profile and the second runner profile, the profile element being intended for use with such a carriage.
  • the sliding wall element is attached to the carriage and the carriage is movably arranged in the profile element.
  • Sliding wall systems are used to variably close and reopen openings in rooms. Such sliding wall systems can also be used for a variable division of rooms. Sliding wall systems in particular have a plurality of sliding wall elements which are movably guided in a profile element of a ceiling guide of the sliding wall system via at least one carriage each. It is known to design these sliding wall systems at least partially automatically, that is to say in particular that at least one of the carriages is constructed as a drive carriage.
  • a Such a drive carriage has a drive unit which is designed to drive a running wheel and thus enables a driven and automatic movement of the sliding convertible element along the ceiling guide.
  • switch sections for a branching of a lane in a profile element of the ceiling guide.
  • Crossing lanes can also be made possible by such switch sections.
  • a carriage can cut at least a first path section and a second path section in such a switch section.
  • routes for the individual carriages of the sliding wall system can be provided in this way. For example, it is conceivable to set up parking spaces in which the individual sliding wall elements are arranged parallel to one another.
  • a route section selected in a switch section can be set directly by a user.
  • automatic sliding wall systems in which at least one of the carriages is designed as a drive carriage, however, such direct influencing of a movement of the sliding wall element and thus the carriage or the drive carriage is often no longer possible.
  • complex switching mechanisms both for switch sections and for carriages, are known in order to define a travel path of a sliding wall element of a sliding wall system.
  • these are mechanically complex and cause high costs, both in production and in their use, in particular, for example, with regard to susceptibility to maintenance.
  • EP 0 719 902 A1 shows a carriage according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • FIG. 11 shows a suspension roller assembly for movable partitions mounted on a guide rail for moving a door plank.

  • the carriage has a suspension element to which a sliding wall element of the sliding wall system can be fastened.
  • the suspension element can be inside the car body or directly on the car body be attached. It is crucial that the suspension element protrudes from the car housing in such a way that the sliding wall element can be attached to it.
  • a profile gap is provided through which the suspension element also protrudes.
  • the sliding wall element can already be held by just one carriage. Such holding can, however, also be provided by several of the carriages and / or a combination of one or more of the carriages and one or more drive carriages which have a drive unit.
  • the carriage has at least one arrangement element.
  • Such an arrangement element can be designed as an independent component, but also as an integral part of an existing element of the carriage.

  • an integral, in particular one-piece, configuration of the arrangement element with the carriage housing and / or the suspension element of the carriage represents an arrangement according to the invention.
  • the carriage housing of the carriage mostly protects a section of the carriage that is located above the profile element.
  • An additional arrangement of an arrangement element on the car housing can thus provide that both an arrangement of guide elements above the profile element and can be provided below the profile element by arranging the arrangement element on the suspension element.
  • a particularly large number of locations at which receiving positions can be provided for an arrangement of a guide element can thus be created.
  • a variability of the adjustable running paths for the carriage can thereby be increased overall.
