Claims (21)

  1. Ein Rahmen bzw. Flügel (1) zum Schließen einer architektonischen Öffnung, der Folgendes umfasst:
    i) Tragrahmen (3), der nach innen gerichtet angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise aus Holz;
    ii) einen Abdeckrahmen (4), der nach außen gerichtet angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise aus Aluminium, der auf dem Tragrahmen (3) montierbar ist, wobei der Abdeckrahmen (4) im seinem Inneren einen Hohlraum (40) mit Längsausdehnung und transversale Breite aufweist, wobei der Hohlraum (40) an den beiden ihn begrenzenden Seiten zwei Ränder (401, 402) aufweist, vorzugsweise mit Längsausdehnung, die quer zur Mitte des Hohlraums (40) vorstehen;
    iii) eine Vielzahl von Verriegelungselementen (5), die an den Tragrahmen (3) befestigbar sind, wobei jedes Verriegelungselement (5) einen Stützabschnitt (55) umfasst, der in den Abdeckrahmen (4) einschnappbar ist;
    wobei der genannte Stützabschnitt (55) zwei Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552) umfasst, die elastisch nachgiebig sind und geeignet sind, die beiden Längsränder (401, 402) des Hohlraums (40) in Eingriff zu nehmen;
    wobei jeder Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552) eine Gleitfläche (5511, 5521) aufweist, auf der der jeweilige Rand (401, 402) bei der Anwendung des Abdeckrahmens (4) auf das Verriegelungselement (5) gleitet;
    wobei die genannte Gleitfläche (5511, 5521) eine konkave Form aufweist.
  2. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei jede Gleitfläche (5511, 5521) eine Oberkante (5511a, 5521a) und eine Unterkante (5511b, 5521b) umfasst, was einen oberen Abstand (DT) identifiziert, das heißt den Querabstand zwischen den Oberkanten (5511a, 5521a) der beiden Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552), und einen unteren Abstand (DF) identifiziert, das heißt den Querabstand zwischen den Unterkanten (5511b, 5521b) der beiden Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552), und wobei der Hohlraum (40) den Randabstand (DL), das heißt den Querabstand zwischen den beiden Längsrändern (401, 402), identifiziert;
    wobei der obere Abstand (DT) kleiner ist als der untere Abstand (DF) und der Randabstand (DL) kleiner ist als der untere Abstand (DF), aber größer ist als der obere Abstand (DT).
  3. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Abdeckrahmen (4) positionierbar ist in einer Ruheposition, in der er auf den am Tragrahmen (3) angebrachten Verriegelungselementen (5) derart aufliegt, dass die Ränder (401, 402), auf den Gleitflächen (5511, 5521) aufliegend, in der Vertiefung aufgenommen sind, und in einer Verriegelungsposition, in der er an den Verriegelungselementen (55) befestigt ist, mit den Rändern (401, 402) unterhalb der Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552), das heißt in einer Position, in der die Ränder (401, 402) unterhalb der Unterkanten (5511b, 5521b) angeordnet sind.
  4. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei im Übergang zwischen der Ruheposition und der Verriegelungsposition, die Ränder (401, 402) gleiten auf jeweiligen Gleitflächen (5511, 5521), eine Schubwirkung auf die Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552) ausüben, um sie zur Mitte hin zu drücken und eine Schnappverriegelung zu ermöglichen.
  5. Der Rahmen (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die konkave Form einen fragmentierten Trend aufweist, wobei die Gleitfläche (5511, 5521) einen ersten linearen Abschnitt (5511', 5521') und einen zweiten linearen Abschnitt (5511", 5521") umfasst, wobei der erste lineare Abschnitt (5511', 5521') und der zweite lineare Abschnitt (5511", 5521") unterschiedliche Abwinklungen aufweisen.
  6. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 5 in Kombination mit Anspruch 4, wobei in der Ruheposition die Ränder (401, 402) an dem Punkt angeordnet sind, an dem der erste lineare Abschnitt (5511', 5521') und der zweite lineare Abschnitt (5511", 5521") aneinander angrenzen.
  7. Der Rahmen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die konkave Form einem kurvenförmigen Trend folgt, das heißt, wobei die Gleitfläche (5511, 5521) kurvenförmig ist.
  8. Der Rahmen (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei jeder Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552) aus einer Vielzahl von Zähnen (551', 551", 552', 552") besteht.
  9. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die genannte Vielzahl von Zähnen (551', 551", 552', 552") Folgendes umfasst:
    - mindestens einen vertikalen Befestigungszahn (551', 552'), der geeignet ist, eine vertikal verlaufende Schubwirkung auf den jeweiligen Rand (401, 402) auszuüben, um den Abdeckrahmen (4) vertikal mit dem jeweiligen Verriegelungselement (5) zu verriegeln; und
    - mindestens einen Zentrierzahn (551", 552"), der geeignet ist, eine quer verlaufende Schubwirkung auf den jeweiligen Rand (401, 402) auszuüben, um den Abdeckrahmen (4) quer zum jeweiligen Verriegelungselement (5) zu verriegeln.
  10. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei jeder der vertikalen Befestigungszähne (551', 552') einen vertikalen Schub-Fuß (5510', 5520') umfasst, der bezüglich der horizontalen Achse eines vertikalen Schubwinkels (β) zwischen 20° und 45°, vorzugsweise 45° geneigt ist.
  11. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 9 oder Anspruch 10, wobei jeder der Zentrierzähne (551', 552') einen Zentrierfuß (5510", 5520") umfasst, der bezüglich der horizontalen Achse eines Querschubwinkels (α) zwischen 45° und 75°, vorzugsweise 60°, geneigt ist.
  12. Der Rahmen (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verriegelungselement (5) mit einer Schraube (500) am Tragrahmen (3) befestigbar ist, sodass es von der Oberseite der Schraube (500) gehalten wird, wobei das Verriegelungselement (5) ein Durchgangs-Verriegelungsloch (58) mit einer speziell geformten Öffnung für den Durchgang des Schaftes der Schraube (500) aufweist, wobei sich das Verriegelungsloch (58) zwischen den beiden Verriegelungsflügeln (551, 552) befindet.
  13. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 12, wobei das Verriegelungselement (5) ein Entriegelungsloch (59) aufweist, das eine Öffnung aufweist, die speziell für den Durchgang des Oberteils der Schraube (500) geformt ist, wobei das Entriegelungsloch (59) neben dem Verriegelungsloch (58) durch eine Rückhalte-Scheidewand (56) getrennt ist, die geeignet ist, sich elastisch anzupassen und/oder selbst zu brechen, um den Durchgang des Schaftes zwischen dem Verriegelungsloch (58) und dem Entriegelungsloch (59) zu ermöglichen.
  14. Der Rahmen (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der auch mindestens ein transparentes Element (2) umfasst, das auf dem Tragrahmen (3) aufgenommen ist, wobei das genannte transparente Element eine Glasplatte ist oder eine Doppelverglasung oder eine Dreifachverglasung oder ein Glasstein oder ein Glasstein mit integriertem Vorhang ist.
  15. Der Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 14, wobei jedes Verriegelungselement (5) einen Verriegelungsabschnitt (50) umfasst, der geeignet ist, das transparente Element (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, um es am Tragrahmen (3) zu verriegeln, wobei sich der genannte Verriegelungsabschnitt (55) quer auf flächige Weise vom Stützabschnitt (55) erstreckt.
  16. Der Rahmen (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verriegelungselement (5) aus einem Stück gefertigt ist.
  17. Der Rahmen (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abdeckrahmen (4) zwei aufrechte Elemente (41) und zwei Querelemente (42) umfasst, die geeignet sind, im Randbereich miteinander in Eingriff zu treten, um den genannten Abdeckrahmen (4) zu bilden, wobei sich der Hohlraum (40) sowohl im aufrechten Element (41) als auch im Querelement (42) in Längsrichtung erstreckt.
  18. Ein Verriegelungselement (5), das dazu geeignet ist, Teil eines Flügels bzw. Rahmens (1) zu sein, der einen Tragrahmen (3) und einen Abdeckrahmen (4) umfasst, wobei letzterer in seinem Inneren einen Hohlraum (40) mit Längsausdehnung und Querbreite umfasst, wobei der Hohlraum (40) an den beiden ihn begrenzenden Seiten zwei Ränder (401, 402) aufweist, vorzugsweise mit Längsausdehnung, die quer zur Mitte des Hohlraums (40) vorstehen, wobei das Verriegelungselement (5) aus einem Stück gefertigt ist, am Tragrahmen (3) befestigbar ist und einen Stützabschnitt (55) umfasst, der dazu geeignet ist in den Abdeckrahmen (4) eingeschnappt zu werden um seine Verriegelung am Tragrahmen (3) durchzuführen, wobei der Stützabschnitt (55) zwei Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552) umfasst, die elastisch nachgiebig sind, wobei jeder Verriegelungsflügel eine Gleitfläche (5511, 5521) aufweist, auf der der jeweilige Rand (401, 402) bei der Anwendung des Abdeckrahmens (4) auf das Verriegelungselement (5) frei gleiten kann;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Gleitfläche (5511, 5521) eine konkave Form aufweist und eine Oberkante (5511a, 5521a) und eine Unterkante (5511b, 5521b) umfasst, die einen oberen Abstand (DT) identifizieren, das heißt den Querabstand zwischen den Oberkanten (5511a, 5521a) der beiden Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552) und einen unteren Abstand (DF), das heißt den Querabstand zwischen den Unterkanten (5511b, 5521b) der beiden Verriegelungsflügel (551, 552);
    wobei der obere Abstand (DT) kleiner als der untere Abstand (DF) ist.
  19. Das Verriegelungselement (5) nach Anspruch 18, das dazu geeignet ist, Teil eines Rahmens (1) zu sein, das auch einen transparenten Abschnitt (2) umfasst, wobei das Verriegelungselement (5) auch einen Verriegelungsabschnitt (50) umfasst, der geeignet ist, das transparente Element (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, um es am Tragrahmen (3) zu verriegeln, wobei sich der genannte Verriegelungsabschnitt (55) quer auf flächige Weise vom Stützabschnitt (55) erstreckt.
  20. Ein Montageverfahren für einen Rahmen bzw. Flügel (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 17, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Zusammensetzen des Tragrahmens (3);
    - Zusammensetzen des Abdeckrahmens (4);
    - Befestigung der Verriegelungselemente (5), vorzugsweise mittels Schrauben (500) am Tragrahmen (3);
    - Auflegen des Abdeckrahmens (4) auf die Verriegelungselemente (5), auf eine Weise dass die Ränder (401, 402) des Hohlraums (40) des Abdeckrahmens (4) in der konkaven Form, das heißt in der Ruheposition, aufgenommen werden;
    - Ausüben einer vertikal verlaufenden Schubwirkung auf den Abdeckrahmen (4) in Richtung des Tragrahmen (3), um den Abdeckrahmen (4) mit den Verriegelungselementen (5) im Schnappverschluß miteinander zu verbinden.
  21. Das Montageverfahren für einen Rahmen (1) nach Anspruch 15, umfassend die Schritte von:
    - Zusammensetzen des Tragrahmens (3);
    - Einsetzen des transparenten Elements (2) in den Tragrahmen (3);
    - Zusammensetzen des Abdeckrahmens (4);
    - Befestigen der Verriegelungselemente (5), vorzugsweise mittels Schrauben (500), am Tragrahmen (3), auf eine Weise dass sie mit der Außenfläche des transparenten Elements (2) im Eingriff stehen und dieses mit dem Tragrahmen (3) verbinden;
    - Auflegen des Abdeckrahmens (4) auf die Verriegelungselemente (5), auf eine Weise dass die Ränder (401, 402) des Hohlraums (40) des Abdeckrahmens (4) in der konkaven Form, das heißt in der Ruheposition, aufgenommen werden;
    - Ausüben einer vertikal verlaufenden Schubwirkung auf den Abdeckrahmen (4) in Richtung des Tragrahmen (3), um den Abdeckrahmen (4) mit den Verriegelungselementen (5) im Schnappverschluss miteinander zu verbinden.
