Claims (7)

  1. A device for preventing a bolt (1) from sliding upon a non-desired attempt to open a latch, said latch comprises a case (7), a strike plate (5) and said bolt (1) having a head adapted to engage into the strike plate (5) in a closed position of the latch and a heel opposed to the head, the device including a housing (2) having a reverse "U" shape, and thus having a horizontal upper part and two vertical lateral parts (3, 3'; 6), a rear vertical part (6) of which consisting in a solid arm (6) adapted to be arranged behind the heel of the bolt (1) and preventing the bolt (1) from sliding in the latch opening direction, and a front vertical part (3, 3') of which consisting in two arms (3, 3') separated by a gap, characterised in that both arms are adapted to be arranged between the case (7) and the strike plate (5) of the latch in the closed position of the latter, so as to ensure that the housing (2) is held, thereby allowing the bolt (1) to pass through the gap located between both arms (3, 3'), the horizontal upper part resting on the case (7).
  2. The device according to claim 1, characterised in that the rear vertical part (6) of the housing (2) has a C-shaped cross section, having a middle section extending facing the front vertical part (3, 3'), and two lateral sections parallel to each other and extending perpendicularly to the middle section towards the front vertical part (3, 3').
  3. The device according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the front and rear vertical parts have the same length and width.
  4. The device according to one of claims 1-3, characterised in that the gap between both arms (3, 3') of the front vertical part (3, 3') has a width of 9.4 mm and, optionally, a height of 60 mm.
  5. The device according to claim 4, characterised in that the housing (2) has a height of about 80 mm, a length of about 78 mm, and a width of about 22.8 mm.
  6. The device according to claim 5, characterised in that the vertical lateral parts have a thickness of 1 mm and the horizontal upper part has a thickness of 2 mm.
  7. The device according to one of claims 5 and 6, when depending on claim 2, characterised in that the lateral sections of the rear vertical part (6) have a width of 10 mm.
