The object is achieved with the subject matter of claim 1. The solution according to the invention is a door opening device for use in a door designed as a swing door with a door leaf movably mounted in a stationary door frame. The door leaf, designed as a swing door leaf, can be pivoted in a first direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably outward direction, and in a second direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably inward direction. It is provided that the door opening device comprises a bolt assembly and an electric door opener, and that the bolt assembly and the door opener can be mounted on the door in a first type of installation and / or in a second type of installation, in that in the first type of installation the bolt assembly is on the door frame side and the door opener are mounted on the door leaf side and, in the second type of installation, the bolt assembly is mounted on the door leaf side and the door opener is mounted on the door frame side. It is further provided that the electric door opener has a movably mounted door opener latch and an electrical locking device that interacts with it, and that the electrical locking device interacts with the door opener latch to form a first switching position and a second switching position in such a way that the electrical locking device is the door opener latch in the first switching position blocks and in the second switch position releases the door opener latch, and that the door opener has a locking element receptacle. It is provided that the bolt assembly has a movably mounted bolt element in the form of a latch or bolt in a bolt housing and the bolt element can be displaced between a position retracted into the bolt housing and a position extended out of the bolt housing, and that the bolt assembly is a Has spring element which acts on the locking element in the direction of the retracted position. It is further provided that the bolt assembly and the door opener in the closed position of the door to form a locking position and an unlocking position can be assigned to one another in such a way that, in the closed position of the door, the bolt element turns into a magnetic device through the action of magnetic force from a magnetic device arranged on the bolt assembly side and / or the door opener side the bolt housing extended position is movable and can be brought into engagement with the bolt element receptacle by locking the electric locking device in the locking position in the first switching position, the door opener latch together with the extended bolt element against an opening movement of the door leaf in the second direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably inward direction and in that in the unlocking position the electrical locking device in the second switching position the door opener latch together with the extended locking element for a movement of the door leaf in the second direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably inward direction, releases. It is essential that a first run-out bevel is formed on the door opening device in such a way that the first run-out bevel releases the locking element, regardless of the first switch position and / or the second switch position of the electrical locking device of the door opener, in the first direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably outward in that the locking element is displaced in the first direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably the outer direction, through the first run-out slope in the direction of the retracted position when the door leaf is opened.

It can be provided that the first run-out slope for the first direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably the outer direction as a Bevel is formed on a component of the electric door opener, or is formed as a bevel on a strike plate, or is formed as a bevel on an intermediate piece between the electric door opener and a strike plate, or as a bevel on the locking element in the first direction of movement, preferably outwards is trained.

It can also be provided that a second run-out slope for the second direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably the inner direction, is designed as a slope on a component of the electric door opener, or as a slope on a strike plate, or as a slope on an intermediate piece between the electric door opener Door opener and a strike plate is formed. What is essential here is that the second run-out bevel is designed on the door opening device in such a way that the second run-out bevel releases the locking element in the second direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably inward, depending on the switching position of the electrical locking device of the door opener Opening movement of the door leaf in the second direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably inward direction, is displaced by the second run-out slope in the direction of the retracted position. The shifting of the locking element into the retracted position in the second direction of movement is only possible with an electrical locking device in the second switching position, in which the door opener latch can be pivoted. With an electrical locking device in the first switching position and a second direction of movement of the door leaf, preferably inward direction, the locking element is held in the closed position by the door opener latch and the locking element cannot be displaced via the second run-out slope in the direction of the retracted position.

In particular, it can be provided that the first and second run-out bevels can be formed or arranged on different components.

In an open position of the door 2, ie a position deviating from the closed position in the first or in the second direction of movement, the locking element 11 is held by a spring element 13 in a position retracted into the locking housing (see FIG Figures 2 and 3 ). In the embodiment of Figures 4 to 8 two spring elements 13 are arranged between the right end on the bolt housing 12 and the left widened end of the bolt element 11. The spring elements 13 designed as compression springs act on the locking element 11 in the position retracted into the locking housing 12. It is also possible to use the spring element 13 as a tension spring between the in Figure 4 shown left part of the bolt housing 12 and the left end of the locking element 11 to be arranged. A first magnet 31 of a magnet device 30, which is described in more detail below, is arranged on the end of the locking element 11 associated with the opening of the locking housing 12.

As in the Figures 4 to 8 As shown, the door opener 20 is arranged in the door frame 4. The door opener 20 can be connected to a striker plate 50 via a screw connection, the striker plate 50 being arranged on the faceplate of the door frame 4. As in the Figures 4 to 8 As shown, the door opener 20 is composed of a door opener housing 25, an electrical locking device 22 and a door opener latch 21. The door opener latch 21 is rotatably mounted about an axis in the door opener housing 25 and consists of a swivel latch 27 and a screw-on piece 26. The screw-on piece 26 can be displaced in the first and second directions of movement on the pivot latch 27 in the case of a loosened screw connection (not shown in the figures) be fixed on the pivot latch 27 by a fixed screw connection. The Screw-on piece 26 forms a receiving space 23 for the locking element 11.

As described above, the bolt assembly 10 and the door opener 20 are arranged in the closed position of the door 2 in relation to one another in such a way that they face one another. The locking element 11 is displaced from the locking housing 12 into an extended position by a magnetic device 30, the locking element 11 engaging in the receiving space 23 on the door opener.

The magnetic device 30 is composed of a first magnet 31 in the locking element 11 and a second magnet 33 in the door opener 20. The second magnet 33 can also be replaced by a magnetizable material 32. In the open position of the door 2, the locking element 11 is pulled back into the locking housing 12 by the spring element. When the door leaf 2 is arranged in the closed position, i.e. when the bolt assembly 10 is opposite the door opener 20, the bolt element 11 is pulled from the retracted position by the magnetic device 30 in the direction of the door opener 20, whereby the bolt element 11 engages in the receiving space 23. The locking element 11 rests on the front side of the screw-on piece 26 in the maximally extended position. The second magnet 33 can be arranged on the screw-on piece 26 or formed in or below the screw-on piece 26.

The door opener latch 21 interacts with the electrical locking device 22 in such a way that in a first switching position of the electrical locking device 22 the door opener latch locks and thus does not lock about the axis 29 can be given away and in a second switching position of the electrical locking device 22 releases the door opener latch and can thus be given away about the axis 29.

In the closed position of the door 2 and during an opening movement of the door 2 in a second direction of movement I, preferably inward direction, the door opener latch 21 is blocked in the first switching position of the electrical blocking device 22. The locking element 11 is held in its position by the screw-on piece 26 of the door opener latch 21. The door cannot be opened in the second direction of movement I, preferably inward direction, with the electrical locking device 22 in the first switching position.

In the closed position of the door 2 and an opening movement in the second direction of movement I, preferably the inner direction, the electrical locking device 22 is released in the second switching position. The released door opener latch 21 is acted upon by the opening movement of the door 2 by the locking element 11 and rotates around the axis 29. The locking element slides along a second outlet bevel 24 and is moved by the second outlet bevel 24 in the direction of the bolt housing 12 into the retracted position . The door can be opened in the second direction of movement I, preferably inward direction, with the electrical locking device 22 in the second switching position.

In the door opening device according to the invention, the formation of a first run-out bevel 40 is essential Figures 4 to 8 Different versions are shown, on which component the first run-out bevel 40 is formed.

As described above, during an opening movement of the door leaf 3 in the second direction of movement I, preferably the inner direction, the second run-out bevel 24 is formed in such a way that, in a second switching position of the electrical locking device 22, the door opener latch 21 is released and the locking element 11 through the second run-out bevel 24 the opening movement of the door leaf 3 is pushed back in the second direction of movement I, preferably the inner direction.

During an opening movement in the first direction of movement A, preferably the outer direction, the locking element 11 is pushed back from the first run-out bevel 40 into the locking housing.
