Wesentlich bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist es, dass das Schloss 1 mit der Trennscheibe 7 nachgerüstet bzw. umgerüstet werden kann, ohne das Schlossgehäuse 1a zu öffnen. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Bausatz wird das Schloss 1 mit der Trennscheibe 7 nachgerüstet, indem die Trennscheibe 7 durch die Aufnahmeöffnung 4ia des inneren Nussteils 4i oder durch die Aufnahmeöffnung 4aa des äußeren Nussteils 4a hindurch in den Durchgangsbereich 4d der Mittennuss 4m eingeführt wird. Im Bereich der Mittennuss 4m wird die Trennscheibe 7, wie noch unten beschrieben wird, durch Aufspreizen derart aufgeweitet, dass die Außenkontur der Trennscheibe 7 im aufgespreizten Zustand größer ist als der Umfang der Aufnahmeöffnungen 4aa, 4ia. Dies bedeutet, dass die Trennscheibe 7 in diesem gespreizten Zustand nicht selbsttätig durch die Aufnahmeöffnung 4ia des inneren Nussteils 4i oder durch die Aufnahmeöffnung 4aa des äußeren Nussteils 4a aus der Schlossnuss 4 und aus dem Schlossgehäuse 1a herausfallen oder lösen kann. Claims (12)

  1. Assembly kit comprising a lock (1) and a separating element (7) for retrofitting and/or modifying the lock (1),
    a) wherein the lock (1) is formed in such a way that
    - the lock (1) is formed for use in or on a door or a window,
    - the lock (1) has a lock housing (1a) in which a locking mechanism is mounted, preferably having a lock bolt (3) and/or having a lock latch (2),
    - the lock mechanism has a lock follower (4) which comprises a first follower part (4a) and a second follower part (4i),
    - the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) each have a receiver opening for a spindle of an actuation handle,
    - the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) are each rotatably mounted in the lock housing (1a) with their receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) arranged coaxially to one another,
    - the coaxially arranged receiver openings (4aa, 4ia) of the follower parts (4a, 4i, 4m) form a passage region (4d), which is formed for access of the spindle of at least one of the actuation handles,
    b) wherein the separating element (7) is formed in such a way that
    - the separating element (7) is insertable into the passage region (4d) for blocking the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle, wherein the separating element (7) prevents the spindle of one of the actuation handles being able to be slid into the lock follower (4) to the extent that the spindle of the actuation handle engages both in the receiver opening (4aa) of the outer follower part (4a) and in the receiver opening (4ia) of the inner follower part (4i), and/or
    - the separating element (7) is extractable from the passage region (4d) to release the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle,
    characterised in that
    - the separating element (7) is formed in such a way that the separating element (7) is insertable into the passage region (4d) through the receiver opening (4aa) of the first follower part (4a) and/or through the receiver opening (4ia) of the second follower part (4i) and, after insertion, is transferable into a blocking state by changing the outer contour of the separating element (7) and/or by displacing the separating element (7) and/or by spreading open the separating element (7) and/or by parting the separating element (7), in which blocking state the separating element (7) blocks the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle,
    and/or
    - the separating element (7) is formed in such a way that the separating element (7), which, in a blocking state, blocks the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle, is extractable from the passage region (4d) through the receiver opening (4aa) of the first follower part (4a) and/or through the receiver opening (4ia) of the second follower part (4i) by the blocking state of the separating element (7) being able to be cancelled before extracting the separating element (7) by changing the outer contour of the separating element (7) and/or by displacing the separating element (7) and/or by compressing the separating element (7) and/or by bringing the separating element (7) together.
  2. Assembly kit according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the separating element (7) or at least one portion of the separating element (7) consists of plastically deformable and/or elastically deformable material.
  3. Assembly kit according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the separating element (7) is composed of several parts, wherein at least two of the parts are displaceable in relation to each other.
  4. Assembly kit according to claim 3,
    characterised in that
    the at least two parts of the separating element (7) which are displaceable in relation to each other are hingedly connected to each other and/or are fixable in terms of their displaced position in relation to each other.
  5. Assembly kit according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the separating element (7) and the passage region (4d) are adapted to each other in such a way that the separating element (7) is arranged to be locked in in the passage region (7) after displacing into its blocking state,
    and/or the separating element (7) is arranged to be unlocked and/or extractable in the passage region (4d) when the blocking state is cancelled.
  6. Assembly kit according to claim 5,
    characterised in that
    the arrangement of the separating element (7) blocked in the passage region (4d) in its blocked state is formed by engaging behind an edge of the passage region (4d) and/or of the first follower part (4a) and/or of the second follower part (4i) and/or
    by engaging in a recess of the passage region (4d) and/or of the first follower part (4a) and/or of the second follower part (4i).
  7. Assembly kit according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that,
    before the insertion into the passage region (4d), the outer periphery of the separating element (7) substantially corresponds to the inner periphery of the receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) of the first follower part (4a) and/or of the second follower part (4i)
    by the outer periphery of the separating element (7) being slightly smaller than the inner periphery of the receiver opening (4aa, 4ai) of the first follower part (4a) and/or of the second follower part (4i) before the insertion of the separating element (7), such that the separating element is insertable with slight clearance into the receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) of the first follower part (4a) or of the second follower part (4i).
  8. Assembly kit according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the separating element (7) has a slot (7s) which extends from the outer edge of the separating element (7) in the direction towards the centre of the separating element (7), and the separating element (7) is transferable into its blocking state by widening the slot (7s) while spreading open the separating element (7) after the introduction into the passage region (4d).
  9. Assembly kit according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the lock follower (4) has a central follower part (4m) which is arranged between the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) coaxially with the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i), wherein the central follower part (4m) has a receiver opening which is coaxial with the receiver opening (4aa) of the first follower part (4a) and the receiver opening (4ia) of the second follower part (4i) and which forms the passage region (4d) or at least one portion of the passage region (4d).
  10. Method for retrofitting a lock (1) having a separating element (7),
    a) wherein the lock (1) is formed in such a way that
    - the lock (1) is formed for use in or on a door or a window,
    - the lock (1) has a lock housing (1a) in which a locking mechanism is mounted,
    - the lock mechanism has a lock follower (4) which comprises a first follower part (4a) and a second follower part (4i),
    - the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) each have a receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) for a spindle of an actuation handle,
    - the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) are each rotatably mounted in the lock housing (1a) with their receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) arranged coaxially to one another,
    - the coaxially arranged receiver openings (4aa, 4ia) of the follower parts (4a, 4i, 4m) form a passage region (4d), which is formed for access of the spindle of at least one of the actuation handles,
    wherein the separating element (7) is formed in such a way that
    - the separating element (7) is insertable into the passage region (4d) for blocking the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle, wherein the separating element (7) prevents the spindle of one of the actuation handles being able to be slid into the lock follower (4) to the extent that the spindle of the actuation handle engages both in the receiver opening (4aa) of the outer follower part (4a) and in the receiver opening (4ia) of the inner follower part (4i),
    characterised in that
    the lock (1) is retrofitted with the separating element (7) by the separating element (7) being inserted into the passage region (4d) through the receiver opening (4aa) of the first follower part (4a) and/or through the receiver opening (4ia) of the second follower part (4i) and, after the insertion, being transferred into a blocking state by changing the outer contour of the separating element (7) and/or by displacing the separating element (7) and/or by spreading open the separating element (7) and/or by parting the separating element (7), in which blocking state the separating element (7) blocks the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle.
  11. Method for modifying a lock (1) having a separating element (7),
    a) wherein the lock (1) is formed in such a way that
    - the lock (1) is formed for use in or on a door or a window,
    - the lock (1) has a lock housing (1a) in which a lock mechanism is mounted,
    - the lock mechanism has a lock follower (4) which comprises a first follower part (4a) and a second follower part (4i),
    - the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) each have a receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) for a spindle of an actuation handle,
    - the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) are each rotatably mounted in the lock housing (1a) with their receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) arranged coaxially to one another,
    - the coaxially arranged receiver openings (4aa, 4ia) of the follower parts (4a, 4i) form a passage region (4d), which is formed for access of the spindle of at least one of the actuation handles, wherein the passage region (4d) is nevertheless blocked by the separating element (7) arranged in the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle, wherein the separating element (7) prevents the spindle of one of the actuation handles being able to be inserted into the lock follower (4) to such an extent that the spindle of the actuation handle engages both in the receiver opening (4aa) of the outer follower part (4a) and in the receiver opening (4ia) of the inner follower part (4i),
    b) wherein the separating element (7) is formed in such a way that
    - the separating element (7) is extractable from the passage region to release the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle,
    characterised in that
    the lock (1) is modified by extracting the separating element (7), by the separating element (7) being extracted from the passage region (4d) through the receiver opening (4aa) of the first follower part (4a) and/or through the receiver opening (4ia) of the second follower part (4i), yet before the extraction of the separating element (7), the blocking state of the separating element (7) is cancelled by changing the outer contour of the separating element (7) and/or by displacing the separating element (7) and/or by compressing the separating element (7) and/or by bringing the separating element (7) together.
  12. Lock (1) for use in or on a door or a window,
    wherein it is provided
    a) wherein the lock (1) is formed in such a way that
    - the lock (1) has a lock housing (1a) in which a lock mechanism is mounted,
    - the lock mechanism has a lock follower (4) which comprises a first follower part (4a) and a second follower part (4i),
    - the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) each have a receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) for a spindle of an actuation handle,
    - the first follower part (4a) and the second follower part (4i) are each rotatably mounted in the lock housing (1a) with their receiver opening (4aa, 4ia) arranged coaxially to one another,
    - the coaxially arranged receiver openings (4aa, 4ia) of the follower parts (4a, 4i) form a passage region (4d), which is formed for access of the spindle of at least one of the actuation handles, wherein the access of the spindle of at least one of the actuation handles is nevertheless blocked by the separating element (7) arranged in the passage region (4d), wherein the separating element (7) prevents the spindle of one of the actuation handles being able to be inserted into the lock follower (4) to such an extent that the spindle of the actuation handle engages both in the receiver opening (4aa) of the outer follower part (4a) and in the receiver opening (4ia) of the inner follower part (4i),
    characterised in that
    - the separating element (7) is formed in such a way that the separating element (7) is insertable into the passage region (4d) through the receiver opening (4aa) of the first follower part (4a) and/or through the receiver opening (4ia) of the second follower part (4i) and, after the insertion, is transferable into a blocking state by changing the outer contour of the separating element (7) and/or by displacing the separating element (7) and/or by spreading open the separating element (7) and/or by parting the separating element (7), in which the separating element (7) blocks the passage region (4d) for the access of the spindle of the at least one actuation handle,
    and/or
    - the separating element (7) is formed in such a way that the separating element (7) is extractable from the passage region through the receiver opening (4aa) of the first follower part (4a) and/or through the receiver opening (4ia) of the second follower part (4i) by, before the extraction of the separating element (7), the blocking state of the separating element (7) being able to be cancelled by changing the outer contour of the separating element (7) and/or by displacing the separating element (7) and/or by compressing the separating element (7) and/or by bringing the separating element (7) together.
