Slicing machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a displacement of the carriage (111; 211) together with the support plate (113) parallel to the x-direction, and/or a rotation of the carriage (111; 211) and/or of the support plate (113) about the second axis of rotation (z), may be effected manually or by motor-driven means.
  10.
