Diese Steckverbindermodule lassen sich folglich nur in dem in Fig. 2 dargestellten auseinandergeschobenen Zustand montieren oder in einem Zustand, bei dem jedenfalls der Abstand zwischen den beiden Wandabschnitten 18, 28 ausreichend ist, dass das Steckverbindermodul 50 mit seiner seitlich über die Breite B hervorstehenden Haltemittel 51 in dem Halterahmen 1 aufgenommen werden kann. Danach kann der Halterahmen 1 bzw. die beiden Rahmenteile 10, 20 zusammengeschoben werden, wodurch die Haltemittel 51 durch die Öffnungen im Halterahmen 1 hindurchragen und das betroffene Steckverbindermodul sicher fassen.In the Fig. 5 an inventive connector 100 is shown with a, as described above holding frame 1, wherein two different connector modules are inserted into the support frame 1. Claims (13)

  1. Retaining frame (1) for retaining plug-connector modules (50) capable of being inserted into the retaining frame, consisting of two frame parts (10, 20) which are provided with retaining means (19, 29), wherein the first frame part (10) is connected to the second frame part (20) so as to be displaceable back and forth by means of at least one slide-bearing arrangement (30), and the frame parts (10, 20) can, as intended, be moved back and forth from an extended position into a collapsed position, characterized in that each slide bearing (31a, 31b) exhibits a T-shaped retaining arm (32) on the one frame part (10, 20) and a receptacle (33) for the retaining arm (32) on the other frame part (10, 20), wherein the retaining arm (32) forms with its T-shaped cantilevers a frame-side stop (36) to counter being pulled out of the receptacle (33), so that the retaining arm (32) is supported in the receptacle (33) so as to be displaceable back and forth, but the two frame parts (10, 20) have thereby been connected to one another in captive manner.
  2. Retaining frame (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the slide-bearing arrangement (30) consists of two slide bearings (31a, 31b) which connect the two frame parts (10, 20) to one another.
  3. Retaining frame (1) according to one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that furthermore a locking device (34) capable of being operated without a tool is preferentially provided on at least one slide bearing (31a, 31b), in order to lock the frame parts (10, 20) in their collapsed position.
  4. Retaining frame (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a locking device (34) provides a locking means (35) which can be moved back and forth on one of the two frame parts (10, 20), which in the collapsed position of the two frame parts (10, 20) can be introduced or moved into a frame-side recess or behind the frame-side stop (36) of the respective other frame part (10, 20), so that the frame parts (10, 20) have been locked in their collapsed position.
  5. Retaining frame (1) according to one of Claims 3 and 4, characterized in that the locking means (35) is supported as a manually operable locking means (35) which can be moved up and down in a receiving chamber (22) of one of the frame parts (10, 20).
  6. Retaining frame (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first frame part (10) exhibits a wall portion (18) with retaining means (19) for interacting with retaining means (51), on the plug-connector-module side, of the insertable plug-connector modules (50).
  7. Retaining frame (1) according to Claim 6, characterized in that the second frame part (20) exhibits a wall portion (28) situated opposite the first wall portion (18) with retaining means (29) for interacting with retaining means (51), on the plug-connector-module side, of the insertable plug-connector modules (50).
  8. Retaining frame (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least on an insertion-side upper edge (16) of one of the two frame parts (10, 20) a plurality of mutually spaced coding gaps (16a), open towards the edge (16), are provided, preferentially in a fixed gap grid.
  9. Retaining frame (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the two frame parts (10, 20) take the form of U-shaped frame parts, the respective central web of each frame part taking the form of a longitudinal-side wall portion (18, 28), from which in each instance two side-wall portions (18a, 18b) and (28a, 28b), respectively, extend in the direction of respectively opposing side-wall portions (28a, 28b) and (18a, 18b), respectively.
  10. Retaining frame (1) according to the preceding Claim 9, characterized in that the slide bearings (31a, 31b) are arranged on the side-wall portion(s) (18a, 18b) and (28a, 28b).
  11. Retaining frame (1) according to the preceding Claim 10, characterized in that the respective receptacle (33) are arranged on the inside of the side-wall portion(s) (18a, 18b) and (28a, 28b).
  12. Plug connector (100) with a retaining frame (1) according to one of the preceding Claims 1 to 11, wherein one or more plug-connector modules (50) formed substantially in the width B of the collapsed retaining frame (1) with retaining means (51) protruding laterally over the width B are received in the retaining frame (1), and the retaining means (51) of the plug-connector modules (50) protrude from the inside into the retaining means (19, 29) of the frame parts (10, 20), in order to retain the plug-connector modules (50).
  13. Plug connector (100) with a retaining frame (1) according to one of the preceding Claims 1 to 11, wherein one or more plug-connector modules (50) formed substantially in the width B of the collapsed retaining frame (1) with retaining means (51) protruding laterally over the width B are received in the retaining frame (1), and the retaining means (51) of the plug-connector modules (50) encompass the retaining frame of the frame parts (10, 20) at least partially with resilient retaining means (51), wherein retaining means (19, 29) protruding outwardly on the retaining frame (10, 20) interact with the retaining means (51) of the plug-connector modules (50).
