  • adding to this resulting compound a blowing agent in quantity equal to the 3-14% of the total weight of the compound, preferably the 12%, is possible.

  • Such circular insert 9, 29 further facilitates the anchorage of the insert 3, 23 into the shaped cylinder 2, 22.
  • such circular insert 9, 29 turns out to be hollow, while it is possible that it has the shape of a solid disc, as e.g. it is depicted in the figures 5 and 6 .

  • the lubricating layer is a plasto-silico-paraffinic preparation, preferably solvent free, able to not alter then the organoleptic qualities of the liquid contained into the container.

  • the obtained stopper 10, 20 has better characteristics in respect with similar stoppers of known type, made up of parts made up of cork and of parts in composite material, because the latter is present in a lower percentage, but anyway sufficient to offer a shielding between the liquid and the cork, in order to preserve the liquid in aseptic conditions.
  • the injection moulding of the plastic materials different to each other will occur in close sequence within a mould: so e.g., in the case of the insert 3, 23 described above, the injection moulding of the screen 8, 28 and then the injection moulding of the anchor stem 7, 27 could be performed.

Claims (10)

  1. Stopfen (10, 20), welcher ein geformtes Element (2, 22), und zwar geeignet, um mit einem Behälter als dessen Verschluss assoziiert zu werden, und einen Einsatz (3, 23) in einem Verbundwerkstoff, der mit dem geformten Element (2, 22) assoziiert ist, aufweist, wobei der Einsatz (3, 23) wenigstens einen Ankerstiel (7, 27) und einen Schirm (8, 28) hat, und das geformte Element (2, 22) wenigstens einen Kanal (4, 24) hat, welcher mit wenigstens einer der Außenoberflächen des geformten Elements (2, 22) in Verbindung steht, worin der Ankerstiel (7, 27) eingesetzt werden kann, wobei der Schirm (8, 28) als ein Schutz für die Außenoberfläche des geformten Elements (2, 22) wirkt, wobei der Schirm (8, 28) des Einsatzes (3, 23) eine Seite (8a, 28a), die zu der Außenoberfläche des geformten Elements (2, 22) hinweist, und ein vorstehendes Element (9, 29) auf der Seite (8a, 28a) hat, und die Außenoberfläche des geformten Elements (2, 22) einen Schlitz hat, wobei dieser eine Form hat, die derjenigen des vorstehenden Elements (9, 29) entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbundwerkstoff sterilisiertes Korkenpulver und eine thermoplastische Zusammensetzung basierend auf SBS und/oder SEBS aufweist.
  2. Stopfen (10, 20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Kanal (4, 24) linear entlang einer Längsachse (Y) erstreckt.
  3. Stopfen (10, 20) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse (Y) in einer zentralen Zone (2b) des geformten Elements (2, 22) platziert ist.
  4. Stopfen (10, 20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ankerstiel (7, 27) und der Schirm (8, 28) einstückig miteinander sind.
  5. Stopfen (10, 20) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbundwerkstoff ein Weichmachungsmittel in einem Prozentsatz an Gewicht in einem Bereich von zwischen 5 und 27% aufweist.
  6. Stopfen (10, 20) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermoplastische Zusammensetzung ein Treibmittel in einem Prozentsatz an Gewicht in einem Bereich von zwischen 3 und 40% des Gesamtgewichts aufweist.
  7. Stopfen (10, 20) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermoplastische Zusammensetzung Polypropylen in einem Prozentsatz an Gewicht in einem Bereich von zwischen 2 und 24% des Gesamtgewichts aufweist.
  8. Stopfen (10, 20) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermoplastische Zusammensetzung EVA in einem Prozentsatz an Gewicht in einem Bereich von zwischen 20 und 60% des Gesamtgewichts aufweist.
  9. Stopfen (10, 20) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermoplastische Zusammensetzung SEBS in einem Prozentsatz an Gewicht in einem Bereich von zwischen 5 und 15% des Gesamtgewichts aufweist.
  10. Stopfen (10, 20) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Weichmachungsmittel ein pharmakologisches Paraffinöl in einem Prozentsatz an Gewicht in einem Bereich von zwischen 5 und 15% ist.
