- Packaging device for a product to be dispensed, comprising:- a bottle (2) suitable for containing the product to be dispensed and having a neck (3) comprising an inner wall delimiting an opening,- a dispensing device (6) comprising a body (5) and suitable for dispensing said product, the dispensing device (6) being a "pump"-type device,- a fastening element (31) for securing the body (5) of the dispensing device (6) in the neck (3) of the bottle (2), the fastening element cooperating with the inner wall of the neck (3) of the bottle,characterized in that the fastening element (31) comprises a cylindrical double wall comprising an outer wall (46) and an inner wall (47) forming an internal hollow shaft (42; 47), said outer and inner walls being coaxial, and
in that said dispensing device (6) comprises a fastening member (40, 41) of said dispensing device (6), the fastening member (41) being integral with said dispensing device (6) and being fixed around the internal hollow shaft (42; 47) of the fastening element (31). - Device according to claim 1, wherein the inner and outer walls have a common end (48) integral to a cylinder (36, 49) which is coaxial with said walls and which extends downwards.
- Device according to claim 1, wherein the internal hollow shaft (42; 47) has a retaining element (43, 80) for the fastening member (40, 41), and wherein, preferably, the retaining element is a bead formed substantially around the hollow shaft (42) or the retaining element (80) is formed by radial projections uniformly distributed around the axis of the hollow shaft (47).
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fastening member (40, 41) is crimped around the internal hollow shaft (42; 47).
- Device according to claims 3, wherein the fastening member (40, 41) comprises at least one internal fastening projection, for securing the dispensing device (6) around the internal hollow shaft (42).
- Device according to the preceding claim, wherein said at least one internal fastening projection (10) is formed on an inner face of a ring (8) with radial sections (9), said ring (8) with radial sections (9) constituting said fastening member (40, 41) and being secured around said body (5) of said dispensing device (6).
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fastening element comprises a cylinder (36, 49) forming a cover for the body (5) of the dispensing device (4), the cylinder (36, 49) being coaxial with the neck (3) and extending to a height able to conceal said body (5) in the neck (3), and wherein, preferably, the neck (3) has a neck (3) height and the cylinder (36; 49) extends along the entire neck (3) height.
- Device according to claim 7, wherein the cylinder (36; 49) has a diameter such that there is empty space between the cylinder (36; 49) and the inner wall of the neck (3).
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fastening element (31) supports a radial O-ring (45).
- Device according to the preceding claim, wherein the radial O-ring (45) is fitted around the fastening element, wherein the fastening device (31) has preferably a radial groove (44; 52) into which the radial O-ring (45) is inserted.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the fastening element (31) comprises a radially projecting flange (33), said flange comprising a lower surface (34) facing a shoulder provided at the end of the neck.
- Device according to claim 11, further comprising a flange seal (55) located between the flange (33) and the neck (3).
- Device according to claim 8 and claim 12, wherein an adhesive is placed between the seal (45) and the flange seal (55) to bond the fastening element (31) to the neck (3).
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the neck (3) comprises a snap-fitting groove (2a) on its inner face, and the fastening element (31) comprises clips (44) facing said snap-fitting groove in order to engage with the snap-fitting groove ; wherein the snap-fitting groove is preferably formed in the neck by laser.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising a ring (59) force-fitted between the dispensing device (6) and the fastening element (31), wherein the ring is preferably located between the outer and inner walls of the fastening element.
