Claims (11)

  1. Système pour commander à distance un appareil ménager ou pour l'automatisation domestique, ce système comprenant au moins un appareil ménager (100) et un dispositif mobile (200) pour exécuter une application de commande d'appareil ménager ou d'automatisation domestique ;
    l'appareil ménager (100) comprenant au moins :
    un dispositif de communication sans fil pour recevoir le signal de commande sans fil (400) ; et
    un micro (102) pour recevoir un signal de commande audible ultrasonore ou à haute fréquence (400) ou un récepteur d'infrarouges pour recevoir un signal de commande à infrarouges ;
    le dispositif mobile (200) comprenant au moins :
    un module de communication sans fil actionnable suivant le même protocole de communication sans fil que le dispositif de communication sans fil de l'appareil ménager (100) pour transmettre le signal de commande sans fil (400) à celui-ci ; et
    un haut-parleur pour transmettre le signal de commande audible ultrasonore ou à haute fréquence (400) au micro (102) de l'appareil ménager ou à un transmetteur d'infrarouge pour transmettre le signal de commande à infrarouges au récepteur d'infrarouges de l'appareil ménager ;
    caractérisé en ce que

  3. Système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel le module de communication sans fil du dispositif mobile (200) comprend au moins un module de communication de réseau de zone locale sans fil (LAN).

    la transmission soit d'un signal de commande audible ultrasonore ou à haute fréquence (401), soit d'un signal de commande à infrarouges depuis le dispositif mobile (200) jusqu'à l'appareil ménager (100) ; caractérisé par
    la détermination de l'entrée ou non d'instructions par un utilisateur dans le dispositif mobile (200) pour commander à distance l'appareil ménager (100) plus vite qu'une vitesse prédéterminée ;
    si l'utilisateur entre des instructions dans le dispositif mobile (200) plus vite que la vitesse prédéterminée, la transmission des instructions de l'utilisateur depuis le dispositif mobile (200) jusqu'à l'appareil ménager (100) via le signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore à haute fréquence (400) ou le signal de commande à infrarouges, et
    si l'utilisateur entre des instructions dans le dispositif mobile (200) à la vitesse ou plus lentement que la vitesse prédéterminée, la transmission des instructions de l'utilisateur depuis le dispositif mobile (200) jusqu'à l'appareil ménager (100) via le signal de commande sans fil (401).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, comprenant en outre :
    le stockage d'un jeton identifiant l'appareil ménager (100) dans une mémoire de l'appareil ménager ;
    la transmission du jeton depuis l'appareil ménager (100) jusqu'au dispositif mobile (200) via le protocole de communication sans fil ;
    la transmission du jeton depuis le dispositif mobile (200) jusqu'à l'appareil ménager (100) par ultrasons par ultrasons ou sous forme d'un son audible à haute fréquence ou par infrarouges ;
    la comparaison du jeton reçu par l'appareil ménager par ultrasons ou via un son audible à haute fréquence ou par infrarouges avec le jeton stocké dans la mémoire de l'appareil ménager ; et
    si le jeton reçu par l'appareil ménager coïncide avec le jeton stocké dans la mémoire de l'appareil ménager, l'ajustement du fonctionnement de l'appareil ménager (100) en fonction du signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8, comprenant en outre :
    si les instructions de l'utilisateur sont transmises depuis le dispositif mobile (200) jusqu'à l'appareil ménager (100) via le signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore (401) ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges, la répétition de la transmission des instructions de l'utilisateur depuis le dispositif mobile (200) jusqu'à l'appareil ménager (100) via le signal de commande sans fil (400) ;
    la comparaison des instructions de l'utilisateur reçues par l'appareil ménager via le signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore (401) ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges avec les instructions de l'utilisateur reçues par l'appareil ménager via le signal de commande sans fil (400) ; et
    si les instructions de l'utilisateur reçues via le signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore (401) ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges ne coïncident pas avec les instructions de l'utilisateur reçues via le signal de commande sans fil (400), la correction du fonctionnement de l'appareil ménager initié par le signal de commande audible ultrasonore ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges en fonction des instructions de l'utilisateur contenues dans le signal de commande sans fil.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, comprenant en outre :
    la détermination du contrôle à distance ou non de l'appareil ménager en fonction d'un paramètre ayant des valeurs discrètes ou en fonction d'un paramètre variable en continu ;
    si l'appareil ménager est commandé à distance en fonction d'un paramètre ayant des valeurs discrètes, la transmission d'une valeur désirée parmi les valeurs discrètes à l'appareil ménager (100) depuis le dispositif mobile (200) via le signal de commande sans fil (400) ; et
    si l'appareil ménager est commandé à distance en fonction d'un paramètre variable en continu, la transmission d'une valeur désirée du paramètre variable en continu à l'appareil ménager (100) depuis le dispositif mobile (200) via le signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore (401) ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, comprenant en outre :
    si une valeur désirée du paramètre variable en continu est transmise à l'appareil ménager (100) depuis le dispositif mobile (200) via le signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore (401) ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges, la répétition de la transmission de la valeur désirée du paramètre variable en continu depuis le dispositif mobile (200) via le signal de commande sans fil (400) ;
    la comparaison de la valeur désirée du paramètre variable en continu reçue par l'appareil ménager via le signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore (401) ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges avec la valeur désirée du paramètre variable en continu reçue par l'appareil ménager via le signal de commande sans fil (400) ; et
    si la valeur désirée du paramètre variable en continu reçue via le signal respectif parmi le signal de commande audible ultrasonore (401) ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges ne coïncide pas avec la valeur désirée du paramètre variable en continu reçue via le signal de commande sans fil (400), la correction du fonctionnement de l'appareil ménager initié par le signal de commande audible ultrasonore ou à haute fréquence ou le signal de commande à infrarouges en fonction des informations contenues dans le signal de commande sans fil.
