- A plaster rest (10) for a medical transfer chair (100) having a transverse direction (T), a seat (102), a frame (104) supporting the seat and an adjusting means (118) secured to the frame by extending transversely under the seat, the plaster rest including:- mounting means (12) extending along a longitudinal direction and comprising a first longitudinal end (16) configured to be mounted on a portion of the adjusting means of the chair, and a second longitudinal end (18) opposite the first longitudinal end;- a support means (14) configured to support a part of a lower limb of a user sitting on the seat of the chair when the plaster rest is mounted on the chair, the support means being mounted on the second longitudinal end of the mounting means;- the first longitudinal end of the mounting means being configured to slide along the adjusting means along the transverse direction, so that the plaster rest alternately takes a left position and a right position in which the support means is disposed so as to support respectively a part of the left lower limb and of the right lower limb of the user when the plaster rest is mounted on the chair,characterized in that the mounting means further include a first telescopic arm (20) and a second telescopic arm (22) both extending along the longitudinal direction, the first longitudinal end being mounted on the first telescopic arm, the support means being mounted on the second telescopic arm, the first and second telescopic arms being configured to be slid into each other so as to change the distance separating the support means from the seat when the plaster rest is mounted on the chair, the first and second telescopic arms being configured so that the plaster rest can take a stowed position in which the support means is disposed under the seat, when the plaster rest is mounted on the chair.
- The plaster rest (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further includes blocking means (40) configured to cooperate with the first longitudinal end so as to block the plaster rest in either of the left and right positions.
- The plaster rest (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it further comprises inclination means (30) configured to change the inclination of the longitudinal direction of the mounting means when the plaster rest is mounted on the chair.
- The plaster rest (10) according to claim 3, characterized in that it further includes locking means (38, 34, 34', 34") configured to cooperate with the inclination means so as to lock the inclination of the longitudinal direction of the mounting means.
- The plaster rest (10) according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the inclination means are configured so that, when the plaster rest is mounted on the chair, the mounting means alternately take at least one horizontal position in which the longitudinal direction of the mounting means extends substantially horizontally, and a first inclined position in which the longitudinal direction of the mounting means extends inclined with respect to a horizontal direction.
- The plaster rest (10) according to claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the inclination means include return means (36) configured to return the mounting means to the horizontal position when the inclination means are unlocked.
- A kit for mounting a plaster rest on a medical transfer chair having a transverse direction, a seat (102) and a frame (104) supporting the seat, the kit including an adjusting means (118), securing means (130, 130') configured to secure the adjusting means to the frame (104) of the medical transfer chair so that it extends transversely under the seat, and a plaster rest (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
- A medical transfer chair (100) having longitudinal (L) and transverse (T) directions and comprising:- a seat (102);- a frame (104) supporting the seat;- an adjusting means (118) secured to the frame and extending transversely under the seat;the transfer chair further including a plaster rest (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the mounting means being slidably mounted on the adjusting means.
- A chair (100) according to claim 8, characterized in that the frame further includes a displacement structure (106) having front (108) and rear (110) parts, the front part of the chair being configured to be nested in the rear part of an equivalent chair.
- The chair (100) according to claim 9, characterized in that the displacement structure has a shape converging towards the front part.
- The chair (100) according to any one of claims 8 to 10 including a plaster rest according to any one of claims 3 to 6, the frame further including actuating means (116) configured to cooperate with the inclination means (30) to allow the user sitting on the seat to change the inclination of the longitudinal direction of the mounting means of the plaster rest.
- The chair (100) according to any one of claims 8 to 11, characterized in that the frame further includes a mounting system (122) disposed under the seat and configured to cooperate with accessories, for example an oxygen bottle holder (140).
