- Can closure (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer closure part (4) comprises:a) a first film hinge (7) between the upper closure part (6) and the lower closure part (5) to enable the pivotal movement of the upper closure part (6) relative to the lower closure part (5), and/orb) a closure lid (8) which is pivotably attached to the upper closure part (6), in particular by a second film hinge (9), in particular in order to selectively close the pouring opening (10) in the upper closure part (6) in a closed position or to open it in a removal position.
- Can closure (1) according to claim 8,
characterized ina) that the upper closure part (6) breaks out the tamper-evident element (12) and the pressure bulkhead (14) from the pouring opening (10) when the upper closure part (6) is pivoted from the delivery position into the use position, andb) that the upper closure part (6) has on its underside at least one projection (13) which projects downwards and facilitates the breaking out of the tamper-evident element (12) and the pressure bulkhead (14), andc) that the projection (13) on the underside of the upper closure part (6) is essentially annular and, when the upper closure part (6) is folded onto the lower closure part (5), preferably lies in a depressed position above the annular reinforcing rib (17) in the pressure bulkhead (14). - Can closure (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized ina) that the can closure (1) has, in addition to the tamper-evident element (12) and the pressure bulkhead (14), an additional gas barrier (20) to prevent oxygen ingress into the can and thereby improve the shelf life of the can contents, andb) that the gas barrier (20) is less gas permeable than the tamper-evident element (12) and the pressure bulkhead (14), andc) that the gas barrier (20) is a gas-tight film.
- Can closure according to claim 10,
characterized ina) that the gas barrier (20) is arranged between the tamper-evident element (12) and the pressure bulkhead (14), in particular on the outside of the pressure bulkhead (14), orb) that the gas barrier (20) is arranged on the inside of the pressure bulkhead (14). - Can closure (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized ina) that the pressure bulkhead (14) is secured in the can closure (1) by a snap-in connection (18, 19), andb) that the latching connection (18, 19) comprises an annularly encircling latching projection (18) in the pressure bulkhead (14) and an annularly encircling latching receptacle (19) in the closure bottom part (5), andc) that the annularly encircling latching projection (18) is located at the free end of the sealing lip (15), andd) that the latching connection (18, 19) between the can closure (1) and the pressure bulkhead (14) can be released by pressing the pressure bulkhead (14) out of the can closure (1) into the can interior.
- Can closure (1) according to one of the claims 7 to 12, characterized ina) that the outer closure part (4), the inner closure part (3), the upper closure part (6), the lower closure part (5) and/or the closure lid are made of plastic, and/orb) that the outer closure part (4) is connected to the inner closure part (3) by a welded connection or an adhesive connection, in particular by a welded connection or an adhesive connection between the inner closure part (3) and the lower closure part (5), and/orc) that a pouring spout (11) is integrally formed on the upper closure part (6) in order to facilitate drip-free pouring of the liquid from the can, and/ord) that the tamper-evident element (12) is fitted in the inner closure part (3) or in the lower closure part (5) of the outer closure part (4).
- Can lid (2), in particular made of metal, with a can closure (1) according to one of the preceding claims.
- Can, in particular beverage can, in particular milk can, which is heated during sterilization of the can contents, having a can closure (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13 or a can lid according to claim 14.
