Durch die Ausbildung des Materialanteils 28, welcher sich nur abschnittsweise um die Trägeröffnung herum erstreckt, kann eine Sollbruchstelle 16 geschaffen werden. In der Summe ist der Materialanteil bei der Trägerlasche 3 aber immer grösser als bei der Trägerlasche 3. In der verbundenen Position umgreift die Kralle 26 die Verbindungsbolzen 23 der Pressschlinge vollständig. Indem die Backenhebel 25 dann aufeinander zu bewegt werden, werden die freien Enden der Pressschlinge ebenfalls aufeinander zu bewegt und es erfolgt ein Verpressen des von der Pressschlinge umschlungenen Presslings. Die Backenhebel 25 sind dazu analog zu den Presshebeln über jeweils eine Schwenkachse A1, A2 schwenkbar am Trägerelement 2 gelagert und so von der Ausgangslage, in welcher noch keine Verpressung des Presslings erfolgte, in die Presslage, in welcher der Pressling verpresst wird, verschwenkbar.In figure 8 shows a pressing device 1 having a carrier element 2 with two carrier openings 5, 6 and a pressing element in the form of an intermediate jaw with two bearing openings. Claims (11)

  1. Pressing device (1) comprising
    at least one carrier element (2) with at least two carrier lugs (3, 4), in each of which at least one carrier opening (5, 6) is arranged, and
    at least one pressing element (7, 8) with at least one bearing opening (14, 15), for applying a pressing force to a workpiece, wherein the at least one pressing element (7, 8) is mounted on the carrier element (2) such that it can be pivoted about at least one pivot axis (A1, A2), wherein a respective bolt (9, 10) extends through the at least one carrier opening (5, 6) and the bearing opening (14, 15), said bolt providing the bearing means and the pivot axis (A1, A2),
    wherein at least one of the carrier lugs (3) is formed with a larger material fraction (11) than the other one of the carrier lugs (4),
    wherein two spaced-apart carrier elements (2) with the said larger material fractions (11) are arranged, wherein the carrier elements (2) are arranged in relation to one another such that the carrier lug (3) with the larger material fraction (11) of the first carrier element (2) is located above the carrier lug (4) without the larger material fraction of the second carrier element (2), and in that the carrier lug (4) without the larger material fraction (11) of the first carrier element (2) is located above the carrier lug (3) with the larger material fraction of the second carrier element (2),
    wherein said larger material fraction (11) is arranged on an outer surface (12) of the carrier lug (3),
    wherein a further larger material fraction follows said material fraction (11) and extends around the other carrier lug (4) without said larger material fraction (11), and
    wherein due to the form of the further larger material fraction, which extends only partially around the carrier opening (6), a predetermined breaking point (16) is arranged.
  2. Pressing device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the said larger material fraction (11) of the carrier element (2) in the region of the one carrier lug (3) is formed asymmetrically in relation to the material fraction of the carrier element (2) region of the other carrier lug (4) as seen in respect of an axis of symmetry (X, Y).
  3. Pressing device (1) according to Claim 2, characterized in that the axis of symmetry (X) runs at right angles to a straight line (G) which connects the two pivot axes (A1, A2), wherein the axis of symmetry (X) is located preferably centrally between the two pivot axes (A1, A2), or in that the axis of symmetry (Y) runs at right angles to the, and through the, two pivot axes (A1, A2) .
  4. Pressing device (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the said larger material fraction (11) of the one carrier lug (3) is formed asymmetrically in relation to the material fraction of the other carrier lug (4) as seen in respect of a symmetry plane (S, T, U).
  5. Pressing device (1) according to Claim 4, characterized
    in that the symmetry plane (S) runs at right angles to a straight line (G) which connects the two pivot axes (A1, A2) and parallel to the pivot axes (A1, A2), wherein the symmetry plane (S) is located preferably centrally between the two pivot axes (A1, A2);
    or in that the symmetry plane (T) runs through the two pivot axes;
    or in that the symmetry plane (U) runs, at right angles to the two pivot axes (A1, A2), centrally through the carrier lug without the larger material fraction.
  6. Pressing device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the larger material fraction (11) is larger by at least 1%.
  7. Pressing device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer surface (12) is oriented preferably essentially parallel to the pivot axes (A1, A2).
  8. Pressing device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that two pressing elements (7, 8) in the form of pressing levers are arranged, and in that the carrier element (2) has two carrier openings (5, 6), wherein the bolt (9, 10) extends through in each case one of the carrier openings (5, 6) and of the bearing openings (13, 14).
  9. Pressing device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the two pressing levers (7, 8) have at least two pressing jaws for applying the pressing force to the workpiece, and in that the pivot axes (A1, A2) are located parallel to one another, wherein the one pressing lever (7) can be pivoted about the one pivot axis (A1) , and the other pressing lever (8) can be pivoted about the other pivot axis (A2), from a starting position into a pressing position such that, at the end of the pressing operation, the pressing jaws (7, 8) together form an essentially closed circle, as seen along the pivot axes (A1, A2).
  10. Pressing device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 7, characterized
    in that the pressing device is in the form of a press sling, wherein both the pressing element (7, 8) and the carrier element (2) are in the form of a sling part which can apply a pressing force to a workpiece, or
    in that the pressing device is in the form of a press sling, wherein the pressing element (7, 8) is in the form of a sling part which can apply a pressing force to a workpiece, and wherein the carrier element (2) is an element which connects two sling parts; or
    in that the pressing element is designed in the form of an intermediate jaw with two bearing openings (14, 15) and can be connected in particular to a press sling, and in that the carrier element (2) has two carrier openings (5, 6), wherein the bolt (9, 10) extends through in each case one of the carrier openings (5, 6) and of the bearing openings (14, 15).
  11. Pressing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bolt is secured by a securing element (17) which is connected to the bolt end.
