The present invention discloses a door hinge of four-link rod, which can cushion self-close, comprising: a door hinge of four-link rod, which is formed by hinging a hinge seat, a hinge cup, a support link rod arm and an elastic link rod arm, and a damper for cushioning self-close of the door hinge, characterized in that: the support link rod arm has a bilateral fork arm hinged with the hinge cup, the damper is slidingly mounted in the hinge cup between the two fork arms along a swinging direction of the support link rod arm, an end of a piston rod of the damper abuts against an internal wall of the hinge cup adjacent to the hinging side, two sides of a cylinder body of the damper are formed with a boss which surface faces towards a bottom of the cylinder body, two fork arms form a protrusion which can abut against the surface of the boss. As the door hinge of four-link rod of the present invention has simple structure, assembly of the damper is facilitated, the production efficiency can be improved; moreover, the service life of the door hinge is prolonged due to the reasonable structure.

    Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to the technical field of door hinge, in particular to a door hinge of four link rod having a function of cushioning self-close.
  • Background Art
  • The existing door hinge of four-link rod comprises a hinge cup, a hinge seat, and a support link rod arm and an elastic link rod arm which are hinged between the hinge cup and the hinge seat, wherein the hinge seat is fixed to a cabinet wall, the hinge cup is fixed on a cabinet door, the support link rod arm provides a supporting force to the cabinet door, and the elastic link rod arm provides a self-closing force to the cabinet door. In order to achieve cushioning self-close of the cabinet door, the door hinge usually employs a damper for cushioning self-close. However, the structure of the existing door hinge of four-link rod is unreasonable in design, complex in structure, not convenient for mounting a damper, and complicated in mounting. The production efficiency of said structure is low, and the service life thereof is short.
  • Contents of the Invention
  • The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a door hinge of four-link rod which has a simple structure, is convenient for mounting and possesses a function of cushioning self-close.
  • In order to solve said technical problem, the following technical solution is employed: a door hinge of four-link rod, which can cushion self-close, comprising a door hinge of four-link rod, which is formed by hinging a hinge seat, a hinge cup, a support link rod arm and an elastic link rod arm, and a damper for cushioning self-close of the door hinge, characterized in that the support link rod arm comprises a bilateral fork arm hinged with the hinge cup, the damper is slidingly mounted in the hinge cup between the two fork arms along a swinging direction of the support link rod arm, an endof a piston rod of the damper abuts against an internal wall of the hinge cup adjacent to the hinging side, two sides of the cylinder body of the damper are formed with a boss which surface faces towards a bottom of the cylinder body, the two fork arms form a protrusion which can abut against the surface of the boss.
  • The advantageous effects brought about by the present invention are listed as follows: as the door hinge of four-link rod of the present invention has simple structure, assembly of the damper is facilitated, the production efficiency can be improved; moreover, the service life of the door hinge is prolonged due to the reasonable structure.
  • Description of Figures
    • Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the door hinge of four-link rod which can cushion self-close according to the present invention;
    • Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the door hinge of four-link rod which can cushion self-close according to the present invention.
    Embodiment
  • As shown in Figs. 1-2, the door hinge of four-link rod which can cushion self-close comprises a door hinge of four-link rod, which is formed by hinging a hinge seat 1, a hinge cup 2, a support link rod arm 3 and an elastic link rod arm 4, and a damper 5 for cushioning self-close of the door hinge. In the present invention, the support link rod arm 3 comprises a bilateral fork arm 31 hinged with the hinge cup 2. The damper 5 is slidingly mounted in the hinge cup 2 between the two fork arms 31 along a swinging direction of the support link rod arm 3. Specifically, the damper 5 can be mounted at the internal bottom of the hinge cup 2 by employing a semicircle jacket 6. An end of a piston rod 51 of the damper 5 abuts against an internal wall 21 of the hinge cup 2 adjacent to the hinging side, two sides of a cylinder body 52 of the damper are formed with a boss 52.1 which surface faces towards a bottom of the cylinder body 52, the two fork arms 31 form a protrusion 31.1 abutting against the surface of the boss 52.1.
  • In the initial stage of closing the cabinet doorby external force, the hinge cup 2 is driven to swing , the elastic link rod arm 4 is in a compressed state. When the cabinet door is closed by a certain angle, the elastic link rod arm 4 converts to a stretching state. At this time, the external force is withdrawn. The hinge cup 2 is driven to continue door-closing swing upon action of the elastic force generated by stretching of the elastic link rod arm 4, thereby the cabinet door is driven to close automatically. In the self-closing stage of the cabinet door, the protrusion 31.1 of the two fork arms 31 of the support link rod arm 3 abuts against the boss 52.1 of the damper 5 and drives the cylinder body 52 of the damper 5 to slide, the piston rod 51 slowly retracts. Upon action of the damping force of the damper 5, the hinge cup 2 slowly swings, thereby cushioning self-close of the cabinet door is achieved.
  • In process of manufacture, assembly of the damper 5 can be finished so long as the damper 5 is jacketed into the semicircle jacket 6. Accordingly, the assembly is simple and convenient, the production efficiency is high, and the production cost can be reduced.

A door hinge of four-link rod, which can cushion self-close, comprising: a door hinge of four-link rod, which is formed by hinging a hinge seat, a hinge cup, a support link rod arm and an elastic link rod arm, and a damper for cushioning self-close of the door hinge, characterized in that: the support link rod arm has a bilateral fork arm hinged with the hinge cup, the damper is slidingly mounted in the hinge cup between the two fork arms along a swinging direction of the support link rod arm, an end of a piston rod of the damper abuts against an internal wall of the hinge cup adjacent to the hinging side, two sides of a cylinder body of the damper are formed with a boss which surface faces towards a bottom of the cylinder body, two fork arms form a protrusion which can abut against the surface of the boss.
