Description

    Technical Field
  • The invention relates to an installation structure of a water pump, and relates to modification of a pump body of a water pump and an assembly structure of an installation base, and particularly relates to a water pump installation structure in which an orientation of a water outlet of a pump body is adjustable so as to be conveniently connected with a pipeline.
  • Technical Background
  • For convenience of installation and use, a water pump applied to an aquarium, a garden pond or an aquaculture pond is generally provided with an installation base for installing the water pump on bottom of the pond or an installation bracket.
  • In the prior art, the installation base can be directly connected with a pump case integrally, or be fixed on the pump case via screws. The installation base and the pump case are unadjustable after being assembled together, so that a position and direction on the pump case between the water outlet and the installation base are relatively fixed, and a direction of an installation face of the installation base has to be changed once the position or direction of the water outlet is required to be adjusted.
  • Generally, a bottom surface of the installation base is installed on a bottom wall of a pond. Because water outlets of most of water pumps are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the installation base, the water outlets of most of water pumps are in an upward direction perpendicular to the bottom wall of the pond.
  • A pipeline is used in a pond for connecting a water pump to lead water out of the pond, and the water outlet is always required to be led to lateral directions on two sides of the water pump, however the orientation of the existing water outlet is unadjustable in use, so that difficulties would be caused to pipeline installation, and a pipeline is likely to be bended during installation, and/or an elbow or a flexible pipe is required to be adopted for changing a water draining direction, thereby increasing not only consumption of water flow, but also equipment cost and/or operation cost.
  • Summary of Invention
  • The invention aims to provide an installation structure of a water pump. A pump body of the water pump can rotate by 360 degrees around planes of an installation base in up, down, left and right directions, so that a position and direction of a water outlet of the pump body is adjustable in use for conveniently connecting with a water diversion pipeline.
  • The invention further aims to provide an installation structure of a water pump submitting an assembly structure form of a pump body, an installation base and a rotary shaft, so that people can simply and conveniently mount or dismount as required.
  • Aims of the invention are realized by following schemes.
  • An installation structure of a water pump includes a pump body which is provided with a water outlet and an installation base. The installation base is provided with a rotary shaft hole; the pump body is provided with a rotary shaft which is installed in the rotary shaft hole and is rotatable around the rotary shaft hole.
  • Hence, when using the water pump with this kind of structure after the installation base is fixed, position and direction of the water outlet is still adjustable by the pump body via rotation of the rotary shaft, so as to achieve a better connection with a pipeline, thereby solving a problem that an elbow is to be relied upon or the pipeline would bend during connection, so that connection and installation are more convenient; meanwhile, smoothness of the pipeline facilitates reduction of water flow consumption, and improvement of operation efficiency of the water pump.
  • In the scheme above, the installation base and/or the rotary shaft hole are/is axially provided with a first limit surface and a second limit surface; the pump body and/or the rotary shaft are/is axially provided with a third limit surface and a fourth limit surface, and the first limit surface and the second limit surface are positioned between the third limit surface and the fourth limit surface, or the third limit surface and the fourth limit surface are positioned between the first limit surface and the second limit surface, and two limit surfaces positioned on outer sides can restrict axial displacement of two limit surfaces positioned in the middle. Thus, axial displacement between the rotary shaft and the rotary shaft hole can be prevented so as to prevent falling off between the rotary shaft and the rotary shaft hole.
  • In the scheme above, the rotary shaft is directly formed at periphery of the pump body in axial direction, so that the rotary shaft can directly drive the pump body to rotate around the rotary shaft hole of the installation base.
  • In the scheme above, the rotary shaft is an independent annular element, and can be sleeved outside of the pump body via a central hole of the rotary shaft, and the rotary shaft and the pump body cannot rotate relatively after being assembled, so that the rotary shaft can drive the pump body to rotate, and there is possibility of dismounting and assembly between the pump body and the rotary shaft.
  • In the scheme above, the rotary shaft extends out from the rotary shaft hole of the installation base from back to front; an outer convex ring is formed at a rear part of the rotary shaft; a front end surface of the outer convex ring acts as a fourth limit surface; a rear end surface of the rotary shaft hole acts as a second limit surface which is blocked by the fourth limit surface, and the rotary shaft is positioned in the rotary shaft hole of the installation base; the pump body extends into the central hole of the rotary shaft from front to back; the pump body is provided with bulged shoulders; a rear end surface of each bulged shoulder acts as third limit surfaces; a front end surface of the rotary shaft hole acts as a first limit surface which is blocked by the third limit surfaces, and the pump body is positioned in the central hole of the rotary shaft; the rotary shaft is axially fixed on the pump body via screws.
  • Therefore, the installation base can be clamped between the rotary shaft and the pump body; moreover, the rotary shaft cannot axially move or fall off along the pump body.
  • Regarding the installation structure of the water pump obtained in this way, because the annular rotary shaft is clamped between the rotary shaft hole and the pump body by the installation base via the rotary shaft hole, and the rotary shaft is fixed on the pump body, not only the installation base and the pump body are connected together and cannot be separated from each other, but also the rotary shaft cannot axially move along the pump body; meanwhile, weight of the pump body is supported upon the installation base via the rotary shaft.
  • Regarding the installation structure of the water pump of the invention, the rotary shaft can rotate along an inner side wall of the rotary shaft hole, so that the pump body can be driven by the rotary shaft to rotate by 360 degrees around the rotary shaft hole of the installation base along planes in up, down, left and right directions, so that position and orientation of the water outlet in the pump body is adjustable so as to connect with pipelines led in from different directions; because adjustment of the water outlet enables the water outlet to be located in any position of the installation base at 360 degrees along planes in up, down, left and right directions, so that adjustment of the water outlet has a wider range.
  • The installation base of the water pump is simple in structure and is easy to produce, and a sleeving structure is adopted for the rotary shaft and the pump body, and limit surfaces of the installation base and the pump body or the rotary shaft are adopted to limit each other, so that the pump body, the rotary shaft and the installation base can be easily dismounted and assembled, and are convenient for users to use; meanwhile, it would facilitate manufacturers to reduce packaging and transportation costs.
  • In the description, the rotary shaft hole and/or the rotary shaft can be composed of one or a plurality of planes or cambered surfaces.
  • In the description, any of the first, second, third and fourth limit surfaces can be composed of one or a plurality of continuous or discontinuous planes or cambered surfaces.
  • In the scheme, an anti-sliding structure can be further arranged between the installation base and the rotary shaft or between the installation base and the pump body, so that the pump body and the installation base can be positioned relatively after adjusting the water outlet, so as to prevent random free rotation of the pump body during water pumping.
