Die im Stand der Technik bekannten Aufnahmevorrichtungen sind hinsichtlich ihrer Geometrie an ein einzelnes Stoßfänger-Serienmodell einer konkreten Kraftfahrzeugserie angepasst. Daher ist es nicht möglich, verschiedene Kfz-Stoßfänger-Modelle in ein und derselben Aufnahmevorrichtung zu fixieren. Dies ist insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Stoßfängern für den Ersatzteildienst nachteilig, da trotz lediglich geringer Stückzahl für jedes Stoßfänger-Modell eine separate Stanzmaschine mit speziell an dieses Stoßfänger-Modell angepasster Aufnahmevorrichtung vorgehalten werden muss. Die anderen Fixierarme hingegen befinden sich während der Fixierung dieses Stoßfänger-Modells weiterhin in der Grundstellung und werden für die Fixierung dieses konkreten Stoßfänger-Modells nicht benötigt. Durch die Auswahl des passenden beweglichen Fixierarmes ist es somit möglich, unterschiedliche Kfz-Stoßfänger-Modelle in ein und derselben Aufnahmevorrichtung zu fixieren. Bei der Fixierung eines konkreten Kfz-Stoßfänger-Modells wird dann entsprechend von jeder Fixierarm-Gruppe nur derjenige Fixierarm in die Arbeitsstellung überführt, dessen Anlagekontur speziell an die lokale Gestalt genau dieses Stoßfänger-Modells angepasst ist. Somit kann durch die Überführung der genau an das konkrete Stoßfänger-Modells angepassten Fixierarme von der Grundstellung in die Arbeitsstellung eine sichere Fixierung dieses Stoßfängers erfolgen. Falls in einem nächsten Arbeitsschritt ein anderes Stoßfänger-Modell fixiert werden soll, werden zunächst die zu dem vorigen Stoßfänger-Modell passenden Fixierarme wieder in die Grundstellung und sodann die an das nachfolgende Stoßfänger-Modell angepassten Fixierarme in die Arbeitsstellung überführt. Die Aufnahmevorrichtung verfügt über ein Grundgestell 2 und eine Fixiervorrichtung 3 zur Fixierung des Stoßfängers 1 auf dem Grundgestell 2 . Die Aufnahmevorrichtung weist ein in Fig. 2 nicht näher dargestelltes Grundgestell 2 sowie eine Fixiervorrichtung 3 zur Fixierung des Stoßfängers 1 auf dem Grundgestell 2 auf. Die erfindungsgemäße Aufnahmevorrichtung ist Bestandteil einer Maschine zur Bearbeitung der polymeren Kfz-Stoßfänger. Bei dieser Maschine kann es sich um eine reine Stanzmaschine oder aber auch um eine Maschine handeln, mittels derer mehrere verschiedene Bearbeitungsschritte an den Stoßfängern 1 vorgenommen werden können. Der Fig. 2 ist zu entnehmen, dass die Fixiervorrichtung drei Fixierarm-Gruppen 4, 5, 6 mit jeweils vier unabhängig voneinander beweglichen Fixierarmen 7, 8, 9, 10 für unterschiedliche Stoßfänger-Modelle aufweist. Die Fixierarme 7, 8, 9, 10 weisen unterschiedliche, in Fixierstellung an dem entsprechenden Kfz-Stoßfänger 1 anliegende Anlagekonturen 7', 8', 9', 10' auf, wobei die Anlagekontur 7', 8', 9', 10' der Fixierarme 7, 8, 9, 10 jeweils an die lokale Gestalt eines speziellen Stoßfänger-Modells 1 angepasst ist. Bei der Fixierung eines konkreten Kfz-Stoßfänger-Modells 1 wird jedoch pro Fixierarm-Gruppe 4, 5, 6 jeweils nur ein, nämlich der mit seiner Anlagekontur genau an dieses Kfz-Stoßfänger-Modell angepasste Fixierarm von der Grundstellung in die Arbeitsstellung überführt, während die drei anderen Fixierarme jeweils in ihrer senkrechten Grundstellung verbleiben. Die Fixierarme 7, 8, 9, 10 sind mit dem Grundgestell 2 schwenkbeweglich verbunden, um diese jeweils von der Grundstellung in die Arbeitsstellung überführen zu können. Für die Fixierung eines bestimmten Stoßfänger-Modells 1 werden beispielsweise die in der Fig. 3 jeweils links dargestellten Fixierarme 7 mit ihren entsprechend angepassten Anlagekonturen 7' in die waagerechte Arbeitsstellung überführt, um den konkreten Stoßfänger 1 zu fixieren. Die anderen Fixierarme 8, 9, 10 hingegen befinden sich während der Fixierung dieses Stoßfängers 1 in der senkrechten Grundstellung. Sofern jedoch die Aufgabe besteht, ein Stoßfänger-Modell 1 zu fixieren, an dessen Kontur die Anlagekonturen 8' der jeweils zweiten Fixierarme von links 8 angepasst sind, werden entsprechend zur Fixierung dieses Stoßfänger-Modells 1 nur diese Fixierarme 8 in die waagrechte Arbeitsstellung überführt, wo hingegen die anderen Fixierarme 7, 9, 10 in der Grundstellung verbleiben usw. Zusätzlich befindet sich an den beiden Enden der Fixiervorrichtung 3 jeweils eine Seitenfixier-Einheit 11, 12 mit jeweils vier Seitenfixier-Elementen 13, 14, 15, 16, die eine modellangepasste Fixierung der Seitenflächen 50 (Ohren) des Stoßfängers 1 (s. Fig. 1) ermöglichen. Auch hier wird jeweils nur dasjenige Seitenfixier-Element zum Einsatz gebracht, dessen Kontur genau an das konkret zu fixierende Stoßfänger-Modell 1 angepasst ist.In the Figures 2 and 3 all fixing arms 7, 8, 9, 10 are in a horizontal, fixing working position. In diesem Zusammenhang wird auf die Seitenansicht gemäß Fig. 4a bzw. den Schnitt A-A in Fig. 2 gemäß Fig. 4b verwiesen. Sofern die Zahnstange 18 jeweils nach oben verfahren wird, erfolgt hierdurch in Fig. 4a,b eine Rechtsdrehung des Zahnritzels 17 und damit eine Schwenkbewegung des jeweiligen Fixierarmes 7, 8, 9, 10 in die waagerechte Arbeitsstellung. Alle Unterdruck-Fixierelemente 19 sind an ein zentrales (nicht dargestelltes) Vakuumsystem angeschlossen. Zur Fixierung eines konkreten Kfz-Stoßfänger-Modellsl werden - wie zuvor bereits beschrieben - entsprechend zunächst die mit ihrer Anlagekontur 7', 8', 9', 10' an genau dieses Modell angepassten Fixierarme 7, 8, 9, 10 in die waagerechte Arbeitsstellung überführt, der Stoßfänger 1 danach auf diese Fixierarme 7, 8, 9, 10 aufgelegt und sodann mittels des vom Vakuumsystem erzeugten Unterdruck fixiert. Hierbei wird der Stoßfänger 1 an die an ihn angepassten Anlagekonturen 7', 8', 9', 10' dieser Fixierarme 7, 8, 9, 10 angepresst. Danach werden die Seitenflächen 50 (Ohren) des Stoßfängers 1 mittels der entsprechend angepassten Seitenfixier-Elemente 13, 14, 15, 16 fixiert. Claims (8)

  1. Holding device for fixing polymeric motor-vehicle bumpers (1) during a machining operation, in particular a punching operation, having
    - a main frame (2) and
    - a fixing device (3) for fixing the bumper (1) on the main frame (2)
    characterised in that the fixing device (3) comprises at least one fixing arm group (4, 5, 6) having at least two independently movable fixing arms (7, 8, 9, 10) for different bumper models (1), wherein the fixing arms (7, 8, 9, 10) possess different contact contours (7', 8', 9', 10') abutting in the fixing position against the corresponding bumper model (1) and the contact contour (7', 8', 9', 10') of the fixing arms (7, 8, 9, 10) is matched in each case to the local shape of a particular bumper model (1),
    and in that in the region of the contact contour (7', 8', 9', 10') the fixing arms (7, 8, 9, 10) each comprise at least one vacuum fixing element (19) which is connected to a, preferably central, vacuum system.
  2. Holding device according to claim 1, characterised in that the fixing device (3) comprises a plurality of, preferably three, fixing arm groups (4, 5, 6) by means of which the bumpers (1) can be fixed at several spaced apart points on the main frame (2).
  3. Holding device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the fixing arms (7, 8, 9, 10) are pivotally-movably connected to the main frame (2).
  4. Holding device according to claim 3, characterised in that each fixing arm (7, 8, 9, 10) can be separately transferred from a preferably substantially vertical basic position into a preferably substantially horizontal fixing working position by means of a pivoting movement.
  5. Holding device according to claim 4, characterised in that the pivoting movement takes place in each case using a pinion (17) arranged on the fixing arm (7, 8, 9, 10), the pinion (17) being connected to a pneumatic drive by means of a rack (18).
  6. Holding device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the fixing device (3) additionally comprises at least two side fixing units (11, 12) each having at least two side fixing elements (13, 14, 15, 16) which are used for a model-specific fixing of the side surfaces (50) of the bumper (1).
  7. Holding device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the fixing arms (7, 8, 9, 10) are demountably arranged on the main frame (2) such that they are replaceable for the purpose of adapting the holding device to different bumper models (1).
  8. Machine, in particular a punching machine, having at least one holding device according to one of claims 1 to 8.
